I like my primary care doctor just fine, but Think Whole person Healthcare is just another for-profit machine, in which all of us patients are just numbers. Our time is meaningless to this business. My personal experience on two different occasions is that when your in extreme pain in the middle of the night or after hours, you can definitely not rely on this group of doctors to do anything for you. When Covid-19 was at the beginning and fully politicized, when we were all scared, I had an extreme tooth pain, for which I had a specialty dentist appointment the very next day. I called and spoke to a totally unsympathetic person, hopefully not a real nurse, who was totally uncaring about my pain and treated me as if I was an opioid addict shopping for pills. She refused to contact my physician or any on-call doctor to try to help. Her solution was to have me come into an urgent care that was likely full of the very patients that we were all afraid of being around. I complained to their office manager who never even returned my call. They are really quick to cover for each other. This is the second similar situation that I have experienced. They don't care about their patients! But, God forbid you miss one of their appointments, because they will be very quick to send you a nasty letter threatening to drop you as a patient if you are late again. What a laugh! Many of the nurses look like their own health is totally unimportant to them, so how can I rely on people that do not take care of themselves, to take care of me? To the owners and office managers of Think Whole person Healthcare: YOU NEED TO STEP UP YOUR GAME!

I wish everyone in Omaha, the world, could have access to this facility. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable and genuinely seem to want you to feel your best. I'm currently able to come here because of my Medicaid care but I will lose that in May, I hope to find a way to continue seeing my doctor's here under another form of insurance. Thank you to everyone on staff, including the barista that makes a great latte in the coffee shop!

During my appointment 9/1/20 there was a person wearing their mask around their chin in the lobby for around 15 minutes on the fourth floor. The staff walked past him multiple times, one stopped to talk to him about something unrelated and none of them enforced the mask policy. I hid his upper face in the photo for privacy purposes. I've only received the best care from this facility in the past but this is extremely disappointing that they aren't ensuring the safety of all patients.

I'm more than satisfied with the treatment I get from doctor Crowley is an excellent doctor with personal attributes and very businesslike manurisms. We always love coming to Think! Great people from the moment you walk in the door! The physicians here are top notch, we have seen several including a podiatrist for some ingrown toenails, they all do a great job! Their billing dept is brutal though, if you have a balance, you will be transferred to billing before you’re able to make an appointment, so keep that in mind.

The care at Think can’t be beat. Dr Susan Scholer is the most wonderful, caring physician. PA Jessica Gross is also very good. My experience was great today and always is. From check- in with Michelle, imaging with Rebecca, to Tanya in the gift shop, my experience was so pleasant. I actually enjoy going to my visits at Think! Highly recommend!

This is a great idea for healthcare to have it all in one place. I’ve had experiences whee it feels like they care about you and your health, almost as much as you do. However, the last time I was there, my checkup felt EXTREMELY RUSHED. My doctor couldn’t get out of my room fast enough. She didn’t even ask if I had any other questions and I had to stop her before she walked out the door to ask her another important question that I had. I hope this isn’t a new thing to put doctors on a timer. So sad.

I am not a patient here, but my dad is. He dislikes the vast majority of the doctors he sees (and he see's quite a few) with the only exceptions being his doctors at Think Whole Person (Dr. Mancuso, and now Dr. Engle). Dr. Engle and his staff are incredibly kind, thorough, compassionate, and dedicated. They take phenomenal care of my dad and, if that weren't enough, he always leaves his appointments laughing and happy with his experience (which is saying a lot because he has a tendency to be quite the grump lol). The majority of the credit for this 5 star review rests with the staff at Dr. Engles office (shout out to Kim, the best around!!). They (Dr. Engle included) have gone to bat on my dads behalf on numerous occasions. In all the times I've called with questions or looking for assistance in navigating the choppy waters of the health care system, they have never once made me feel like it was an inconvenience or burden (despite the fact that they must have extremely busy days) and have jumped into action *immediately*. The help they've provided me, and in turn my dad, is astounding and SO incredibly appreciated. They are absolute lifesavers and I am so grateful that this is where my dad is receiving care because I know he's getting the best care possible. 12/10, would absolutely recommend.

Think is super friendly, professional, and efficient. I filled with them until recently, due to insurance restrictions after switching healthcare providers. 😔 An example of their exceptional patient care: A while back I had been having an especially bad day. I needed to refill a medication I had just run out of, while already quite tired from my night shift I had just come off of. The technician that processed my refill was quick and kind in getting it through insurance and starting the filling process. While I waited for the medication, I visited the small coffee bar set up inside the lobby and ordered a coffee and a snack. While the barista was still making my order, the technician from earlier actually walked over to ME! She let me know my medicine was ready and just needed me to complete the verification and co-payment. I paid for my medicine and when asked if I had any questions for the pharmacist, I responded that I did. Just as the pharmacist came out to greet me, the barista walked my order over to me at the Rx counter. Since I couldn’t hold both my medicine, coffee, and muffin at the same time the pharmacist offered to carry my coffee and muffin over to a table while continuing to answer questions. It was at that time I found out that the pharmacist was ACTUALLY the director for all of the pharmacies at Think Whole Person Healthcare!!! It may seem small, but to personally experience the level of care, kindness, and courtesy all the way from the directors to the greeters and baristas, made my day and solidified my belief in TWPH’s standards of patient care. I moved from out of state and needed a new primary care provider. I picked a doctor from the Think website based on their picture and who I thought look the nicest haha. Dr. Margo Anderson Fowler was one of the nicest doctors I’ve ever met and I’ve never felt so comfortable meeting someone for the first time. I don’t have any major health issues however she was extremely caring and let me know that she will be there if I need anything. I highly recommend her!

I love that I can do everything in one location...from a mammogram to an eye doctor. Also patient access online on my portal. I had lab work done and i was even able to email these results to another doctor at another location. Bonus points- they even have a coffee shop!

I'm so impressed with this new type of healthcare model. The first visit I made was to their Urgent Care. I was seen nearly right away and was diagnosed and treated within the hour. I noticed how clean the facility is. The treatment room was huge but I was made to feel very comfortable. I was given a suggestion for a new primary care doctor, actually an internist. I subsequently established my care with him and so far I am so happy with the care I've received. My doctor and his MA actually care and listen. I highly recommend Think WholePerson for excellent care and highly knowledgeable medical staff.

I've seen a couple different Dr's and had a great experience with them all. It seems like all of the staff are highly qualified. Rare to find such a high standard in a medical institution.

Edit 04/30/21: While I continue to enjoy the services offered here, I am dropping my review by one star. The pharmacist I have spoken to are all knowledgeable and helpful, but the wait time has been consistently longer than any other pharmacy I have ever used. I think they could use a little help with expediting orders. Give yourself a little time cushion before you swing in the drive thru line too. ******* I love this place. Just like any office, your experience may be different based on who your doc is, mine is awesome. Think Quick is also fantastic. I really like being able to see someone without an apointment when I'm sick, that my medical record is all there for my regular provider to see and that this bills as a physicians office instead of urgent care which makes it much more affordable after my insurance. They even have a drive thru for the pharmacy so I can stay in my warm car!

Went here today for the first time and I wasn’t very pleased. The building is nice and most of the people I interacted with were as well. The trouble I had was, they had to swab my throat 3 times for a strep test because twice mistakes were made. They told me I could leave and would get a call with the test results today. Never got a call and the office is now closed. Now I don’t know if I should be picking up a prescription to be treating an issue and treatment is now being delayed.

If you are looking for a great foot doctor then Dr Copple (along with and his in office nurse Sarah) is it, he is very knowledgeable and will tell you what is needed for your health and not what most doctors wants to do (costly surgery you may not need). This is especially true since we have visited for both myself and for my youngest son numerous times. Therefore, he is the most honest surgeon we have the pleasure of knowing, and one of the best ways to judge his character is by his staff, they are attentive, caring and passionate with a great deal of patience. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 I thank Dr. Copple and his staff for the excellent work he did on my foot reconstruction surgery and post op treatment. 🦶🏼🦶🏼🦶🏼 I highly recommend anyone looking to do any type of foot surgery take the time to consult with Dr Copple and see for yourself the highly qualified, honest and sincere nature this doctor will provide.👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

I have had good and great experiences with providers at Think. The Think Quick provides great, fast urgent care service which has been really helpful when my doc is booked out. Jeff in optical is great with helping you find glasses that look great and are very comfortable. I have seen other providers and though I have had to wait, I feel I have been treated politely and given good care.

I accompanied my mother today at her doctor's visit. I was disappointed that the facility does not require all patients to wear masks but encourages them. Another reason I have this concern is because when I was waiting in the designated waiting area, two women without masks were talking extremely loud. From findings by the CDC & other experts particles are expelled at a farther distance than 6 feet when people are talking louder. I would hope your management would take this into consideration.

I get my monthly prescriptions at the Think Pharmacy. They're Great.! They deliver it too.! My general doctor, Dr. Frigyes has an office right there in the same building on the fifth floor. It's all very easy to access. The elevators are quick and comfy. Below picture is taken from the fifth floor looking towards the back of the building. The architecture is amazing inside this modern structure.!

So far the doctor I see seems fair. UA on first visit which is to be expected. Doesn't believe in Soma so switched me to flexeril, it works but not as well. VERY patient being I showed up with two children under two. Very nice looking building.

This place has really great doctors and a good staff- however and a BIG however scheduling an appointment for there is a complete joke. You will NEVER get someone on the the phone no matter how hard you try. You always have to leave a message and then no one calls you back for hours. It is the worst. Please do yourself a favor and hire schedulers if you are going to run a health center.

Was very impressed in the beginning, but since the corporate takeover it has really suffered. My doctor decided to leave and I am a much bigger fan of my primary physician than the poorly managed operation at Think. This is too bad because I am really impressed with the actual facilities, no fan at all of the management.

Always a very positive experience. Rather than visit a physician I went to pick up an Rx. There were three people at the counter, when I walked up another pharmacy assistant stepped forward and got my prescription. It was a matter of seconds and it was I was her hands. At that moment a register cleared and she rang me up immediately and offered information on the prescription if I had wanted it. Time spent was three minutes. Better than standing in line at Walgreens any time. They also mail them to the house if requested.

The staff is amazing and friendly from the moment you open the door. The building is breath taking and very modern. It promotes wellness in all forms; from vitamins, herbal remedies and self help books. All VERY affordable! My medicine that was over $50 at Walgreens is $8.99 here! I cannot applaud this enough!

I've had kind of a mixed experience at this place. Their pharmacy is awesome and having everything under one roof is convenient but I've also had doctors there complaining about my insurance (which I have no control over) and, if possible, they seem even more rushed than other doctors.

Very nice medical bldg. I went to Ortho Nebraska clinic. There's a nice gift shop, eyeglasses clinic, pharmacy, and other medical services. Everyone is screened for covid, etc at the door. There's a traffic light at 71st & Center to give you easy access to parking for the "tall building with the 'O' on it".

The new building is spacious and airy, and the care I receive from my physician, Dr. Will Ostdiek, is superb. The "scribe" function means he can spend more time on patient care than paperwork, enabling him to practice a much better standard of care. The "pouching" of the medications makes it easier for me to pack them for travel and ensures that I'm more compliant about taking them. All the staff there have been courteous and cheerful.

I really like coming to Think Wholeperson Healthcare. I have followed my Dr. Here when he was at another location. I receive the most extensive care seeing him. I won't give you his name, because then everyone else will want to see him and that would make me getting an appt. with him harder. I'm stingy with him that way. I like the care I am receiving. I like the building upon entering. The staff, from the valet service to the greeters and to the gals who check you in are awesome...friendly and professional. The best part is The pharmacy. I can't say enough good things about them. They call me at home when I am due for refills. They confer with me and my Dr and they can home deliver my meds if I choose this option. They also offer the pill daily packaging if you choose to do so. I would recommend this facility to everyone.

My doctor's internal medicine practice moved into Think when it opened. After a few bumps as things ironed out the first couple months, it has bern a great ecperience! There are more than enough staff to greet, sign in and take you to your various appts. (lab, radiology, doctor's office). I use the pharmacy delivery service and the drivers are so nice. One of them (I believe it is Greg) even carries dog biscuits for my dogs! And my doctor's pharmacist, Neri, is outstanding! She is knowledgeable, efficient. helpful and kind! The schedulers are polite, efficient and helpful, although you may have to hold a few minutes when calling, particularly during peak times. I have recommended Think and my physician, to many people.

I'm a bit sad to be leaving a semi-negative review about Think Whole Person, because I was happy with them at first. We've been taking my daughter to Dr. Woodruff since 2014, when he had his own pediatric clinic, and we stayed with him when he made the move to Think Whole Person. I always felt very lucky that we discovered him - he seemed to genuinely care about kids, as you hope to see from a pediatrician, and was knowledgeable and thorough during appointments. However, after we started seeing him in the Think Whole Person setting, I began to feel like things had changed. Over time, his care team seemed less and less eager to see us, almost as if we were becoming a burden. The nurses don't spend much time, if any, trying to build a rapport with the kids anymore, and there's a lot of complaining in that passive aggressive-satirical manner about not wanting to give them vaccinations because of the crying and pain-induced stress. They seem impatient and irritated, which only works to worsen the already tenuous atmosphere in the room. During the last few visits, especially after our second child was born, I just haven't felt very welcome there. At almost every appointment we've had at Think Whole Person, I have received happy comments from various employees about how they never get to see kids in the building, so at first my kids seemed to be a novelty to a lot of the staff. Now, I'm starting to wonder if the TWP doctors just don't specialize in family medicine where children are really concerned - and if that directly relates to why we don't get a warm reception from Woodruff's care team anymore. (I will say that during an appointment when we weren't able to see Woodruff, we got in with Dr. Hare instead, and his PA was exactly what I expected from a pediatric team. He chatted and joked with my daughter one-on-one to make her feel more at ease, reassured her, and had an excellent bedside manner with her overall. As did Dr. Hare. But that only left me feeling even more adrift with Dr. Woodruff's team.) The deciding factor to leave TWP happened at our last appointment with Dr. Woodruff. He made a private comment to me about the doughnut-shaped critter characters on my daughter's shirt in regard to her weight, paired with a silent, weighty look. I didn't know how to react so I laughed uneasily and moved on, but on the way home, I got fairly upset. What characters my kids have on their clothing has absolutely no bearing on what I feed them, and I would furthermore challenge any parent of a young girl in this decade to find a piece of clothing that doesn't feature a unicorn, latte, doughnut, or slice of pizza, or all of the above. That's the style of clothes for girls today, they think it's cute and enjoy seeing it on their clothes, and it doesn't relate to their health whatsoever unless you're feeding them lattes, doughnuts and pizza all of the time, which I am not. I felt his comment was just unnecessary, and accusatory. Mostly, it hurt me. He knows my entire family, we've been seeing him for four years, and to openly suggest that doughnuts on my daughter's shirt is undeniable proof that I feed her irresponsibly made me feel absolutely terrible. Am I being overly sensitive? Was it just a tactless joke? It's hard to really know. All I know for certain is, it really stung me, and I don't feel like I should be holding back tears on the way home from a doctor's appointment because of accusations of guilt that are false to begin with. I really loved the feeling of trust that I had with Dr. Woodruff for my family's healthcare, but after that, and everything else, I can't go back there, and I just feel very sad about that. And disappointed. Like I've lost a friend, in a way. So I guess my overall feedback is that I think Whole Person Healthcare has some very good attributes, but not I'm sure I would recommend them for families with children who are looking for a pediatric service that seeks to build their doctor-patient relationships with finesse.

This is a beautiful building it is very warm and inviting as you come in there is a pharmacy there's an eyeglass Division a beautiful gift shop with lots of lovely and affordable items or it though is upstairs as well as some of the doctor's office I really liked the one stop shopping

Yesterday I went here. I was going to go to the think quick urgent care because I couldn't get into the doctors. They got me in to a doctor right then and there because they said I needed to be seen by a doctor not a pa. When I got upstairs even though my boys were with me and making things hard I waited maybe 10 mins and got straight in the room. After getting my vitals done the doctor was in right away.
