Words simply can not do justice to what a terrific job the staff did. Their Professionalism and caring attitude turned a bad situation into a life-altering positive for my family. Everyone I interacted with were courteous, kind, professional and friendly. Great experience! Highly recommend!

Had a really good experience in the ER. Maybe 5 minute wait in waiting room. All of the staff were helpful and kind. The doctor efficiently evaluated and counseled on issues in a tactful and non judgemental way (weight). Of course they sent in the most buff tattooed muscle man they could find to hook up my EKG all over my chest which was embarrassing! Only reason not 5 stars is because I know the bill is going to be outrageous. They are out of network and based on all the forms you sign and signage about billing hung in rooms I'm guessing they are going to hound patients until the ungodly bill is paid.

They were Very Nice and Dr. David Actually took his time to talk to me to work out best course of action. And he gave me a referral because I needed to see a specialist. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the issue of my back was addressed, but no imaging was done for my abdomen area after explaining the pain I was experiencing there. And I have PCOS

I visited last night around midnight. EVERYBODY (staff) i had any interactions with was amazing. The gentleman who helped us check in, the nurses, assistants, the doctor himself. AMAZING. They made me feel so welcome, like a priority, like they genuinely cared. I did not feel rushed at all. I suffer from severe anxiety and social anxiety. I refuse to go to hospitals / emergency rooms at all cost unless I absolutely have to. Which unfortunately I have to a lot due to health issues. I have never felt so safe and comfortable anywhere as I have here. I will never forget the wonderful staff who helped me during one of my roughest nights. I hope I don't have to return for a long long time, but if a situation occurs. I know exactly where Im headed.

The staff and Dr. Woods are fantastic. I totally recommend the Family Hospital at Millard because they will find whatever is ailing you and take care it. I went to my primary doctor and emergency room at another hospital, both said my lungs were clear. Turns out, I have pneumonia in both lungs. I'm now on my way to recovery, thank you Family Hospital at Millard.

My son needed stitches yesterday and we had a fantastic experience. The doctor and the nurse were kind and efficient. We were in and out in about an hour!! I've never had such quick service at an emergency room. They were so quick about getting us back that I filled out the majority of the paperwork while the nurse took vitals and got my son situated. All of the staff was so wonderful. Warm and welcoming the facility was very clean and the whole environment just felt really good. We actually ended up here randomly because I saw the urgent care on our way home. It is close to our home but I didn’t know anything about it. After feeling very overwhelmed, and welcomed and chaotic at children’s…. my seven-year-old daughter looked at me and said “mama I do not wanna be here I can’t be here. It feels creepy and not good “. Normally I would say it’s OK I got you… Everything is going to be fine here it’s just busy. But I also got the same weird unwelcoming vibe so we didn’t finish checking in at children’s and left for Millard Family urgent care just to give it a try since we were so uneasy With children’s. walking in we immediately felt at ease And felt very cared for. This will be my go to location from now on for all five of my children and myself.

I was unable to find someone to watch my kids so I could go into the ER. They were very understanding and kind with my three kids under 7. They even gave them a stuffed lovey each. It made the experience less stressful on me. I will recommend them to anyone.

Just moved to Omaha in July. Twisted my knee some how and was in so much pain. Really didn't want to spend hours in ER. So I told my husband there's a like a hospital clinic up the street. So we went in and I was amazed how fast things happened. Didn't even have time to finish one page of info on the tablet. Had me in the room Dr. Came in, pain pill given, Exray took,Dr back in with results, prescription given and out the door we went. Less than an hour. The Staff was amazing. I strongly recommend Millard Family Hospital.

I arrived to the ER about 5am. They saw me quickly and I was out by 715am. The doc recommend paxlovid. But I asked him it really worked. He was honest about its efficacy. I like honesty above all else.

Everyone has been Very Helpful and Very Nice. They are stocked with good snacks, lots of beverages, coffee too, (a kuirig). You also get to order your meals through Uber Eats. They take care of that all!! I would definitely recommend it to anyone trying to get clean. It's a bit pricey, (my insurance wasn't accepted) but that's not to say that yours wouldn't be. But 10 out of a 10 😀from me. Hopefully I have helped Thanks I also wanted to put in a good note for Nikki, Dillan, and Laura. Super nice and accommodating. Nikki will be my advocate and find me in inpatient program that is right for me. Also, they let you smoke and/or vape outside anytime you want, that is, if you do smoke or vape. Granted there wasn't any other patients when I came, my trip was speedy and thorough. My trip, included an examination and x-rays and it took less than an hour despite being a new patient. The staff was courteous and helpful. I would recommend to anyone who needs urgent care especially if you need an xray or something not at a smaller urgent care facility.

Our experience was absolutely amazing! After hours of waiting in a hospital Emergency Room we decided to leave and go to Millard Family Hospital. We get checked in right away taken back to a room within 30 minutes the had run all of.the tests on my child and had a diagnosis. They were so amazing with he as well. We were in and out within an hour with medication scripts my mind at ease and highly satisfied with the services we were given.

The doctors here are absolutely wonderful! I've had two separate visits in the last two months due to covid and both times each doctor there was very compassionate, thorough, and personable. I was treated like I mattered to them and not just another patient,which is very rare nowadays. The nurse the first time I was there was friendly, amazing comforting, attentive, and understanding. A true angel 😇. The nurse the second visit was a little more "do the job" and less patient beside care. I was his end of the night shift last patient. So I think he might have just been ready to go home, and that's why he wasn't as friendly and attentive. However he still did a good job at what needed done just a little flustered at times. All in all I highly recommend this hospital to everyone I see.

I received the best care and attention at this ER that I have ever received. The wait to be seen was only minutes. The Doctor, Nurses and technicians were very professional and caring. They truly seemed to care and be concerned about their patients. I even received phone calls from the Doctor and from the Nurse checking on me a few days after leaving the ER! The best urgent care I've been to! I was in and out for stitches in less than an hour, didn't even have paperwork filled out before they brought me back to a room. Everyone was so nice and accommodating, my daughter even got a stuffed animal from them while I was getting my stitches. Hopefully I don't need to come back,but if I need urgent care,this is where I'm going!

We had a great experience with the drive up covid testing at the Millard Family Hospital. The scheduling and check in was very easy and convenient. The nurse was great with my young child and made the experience of nasal swabbing a 4yo go as smoothly as possible. The physician also stopped by the vehicle to make sure there were no symptoms that were needing to be treated ASAP and made sure we had no concerns. The results were delivered in a very timely manner and communication was provided regarding the test/results/follow up. Overall, I couldn’t be more satisfied. Great team from front desk/registration to the Physician.

First time I visited was due to a work injury. I broke 2 of my fingers and needed 5 stitches in each. They did a fantastic job!! I was taken immediately back to a room where I received great care! Second time I visited was much the same experience but it was my 4 year old who needed stitches in her forehead. We were in and out within an hour! Dr. Woods and all the staff were incredibly caring and calming. My little one wasn’t afraid and didn’t shed one tear through the whole experience. Absolutely top notch hospital. I highly recommend!

Whenever I need an emergency room, I'll choose Family Hospital at Millard. From their receptionist, to their nurses and doctors their team is amazing. They truly care about you. From the time I walked in, and to the time I left, they were truly a blessing. Also, I was able to talk to them regarding billing and she gave me the number to their billing office and told me who to speak with directly. There has been no bouncing around on the phone, or having to wait in your car until they are ready to see you. Thank you Dr. Woods and staff, you were truly amazing yesterday.

Two parts to this review. The staff and doctor at this location are very good. The larger bigger corporation based out of Round Rock, TX is horrendous at best. The billing and customer service department is a joke. I once received 13 indivually postmarks identical bills in a single day. I have had a zero balance for months and yet I still get a bill every week. When I call thier customer service tells me that their computers automatically generate the bills even though the balance is zero.

Everyone was wonderful at this facility. The testing was super quick, we had an appointment and didn’t wait at all. Our results came back within hours. They even gifted small stuffed animals to my kids. Highly recommend coming here if you need to be tested for covid!

Everyone was very professional, experienced, knowledgable, considerate and kind. We were seen very quickly and as procedures were being done, told what was going on. If the staff felt that you would receive better care at a different facility, they kept you informed as to why and what was available. The payment was explained very well and was told what to expect. The facilities were comfortable, clean and welcoming. They kept my family informed during my stay. and was reassuring through the procedure. I would recommend, for health emergencies going to Family Hospital at Millard.

I have visited this clinic/ED twice…once for my daughter and once for me. Both experiences were incredible as both were emergent and required attention. The staff was more than attentive from the first person we talked to up to the doctor. Beautiful facility with top of the line imaging equipment and diagnostic tools. This is not a typical hospital system but for an emergent visit or first step or even just a sports physical or COVID test/vaccine…this is the place!!!

Service was great and quick! The only concern was the way I was greeted. One of the ladies standing at the front looked at me and said “ma’am you do know this is an emergency room, right?” In the most condescending way. I brought my son in for a gash on his head that required stitches.. I’m pretty sure I can read the large red letters out front... definitely made me feel unwelcome at first. Other than that the nurse and doctor who helped my son were phenomenal! Thank you both so much! I’m still giving it 5 stars due to the overall service. The lady at the front could use some customer service courses.

My 19 month old needed stitches. We called and asked if they could not only see her but if they could do a cosmetic stitch, as it was on her face. They assured us they could. This is by far the best medical experience we have ever had, let alone at an ER. Dr. Woods assessed her quickly and made us feel reassured we could get her the treatment we needed. The stitches were beautifully done and she even got pampered with juice and babies . We will be retuning when needed AND telling all our friends Update 7-27-21 Her scar has nearly disappeared and we have continued to put the gel and sunscreen on the scar (as they recommended) and there does not appear to be any discoloration.

I had a friend test positive for COVID, so I knew I needed to be tested. I could not find anywhere to go that could do the testing for two days, until I found Millard Family Hospital. They were doing testing appointments into the night. When I got there it was pouring rain outside, but the nurse stood in the rain to ask/answer questions as well as do the test. She was very kind and supportive. Then I spoke with NP and she, as well, was very nice and helpful in letting me know what came next. We count on staff like this every day, to be there in the roughest times and I want them to know how appreciative I am that they are doing what they do.

I was there for a scheduled covid test. I pulled up to the ambulance entrance and after a few minutes a staff member/nurse came out. After I give him my information he went back in to grab what he needed came out and swabbed my nose. I did have to wait 10-15min for results which is normal. It was a pretty painless and fast process.

It doesn’t matter if you’re coming in with a broken arm, needing major surgery or help detoxing from drugs and/or alcohol! You’re family! If you are looking up reviews on this facility as a result of seeing your EOB from your insurance company and are in sheer panic mode, rest assured everything will be okay. They will not be partnered with an insurance company, so your insurance company will see it as an out-of-service provider, but don't freak out. I repeat, do not freak out. You're going to want to, but don't. You have received world-class care at an amazing facility and after you talk to their billing coordinator, you will be pleasantly surprised. Trust me.

I went it extremely very late at night anxious and thinking something was seriously wrong! ( I had covid a few weeks ago and have been experiencing all kinds of new issues afterwards) They made sure to run the tests necessary and patiently listened to me and the symptoms I’ve been having and gave me answers. I was seen minutes after entering the front door. The nurses and doctors were very kind and professional. Everything was explained to me in terms I understood and in detail. They put you at ease. The person at the desk was helpful with getting me signed in and then with final instructions. A dr called me the next day to check on me. And then the billing person called to explain their billing procedures and the final cost is much cheaper than any other ER in the city. Here they are concerned with you and not paperwork or costs. This will be my ER/Hospital of choice. Conveniently located as well.

This place was wonderful. I’d never been to an ER before and I was absolutely terrified. The physicians and nurses spoke to me with respect and treated me like an adult (which doesn’t happen often when you’re 21). I never once felt like a burden even though I asked a million questions and was vomiting frequently. They advocated for me by contacting the urologist for me when my kidney stone pain was getting worse rather than waiting it out to see if I would pass it. The staff was quick to identify that I needed fluids and pain medications. I could not be more thankful!

I’m a travel nurse that came to help a facility out during the Covid-19. I tolerated pain for 4 days until I couldn’t anymore, I googled the nearest ER near me and found this one. They are very quick about getting you seen! The wonderful Dr. came to the door himself to screen me in. Registration has all my paperwork finished within 5-7 mins, as I was going to sit down in waiting area the nurse was already calling me back!!! The nurse got me triaged in and within 10 mins the Dr. was in assessing me and giving a game plan. So within the first 25 mins I was registered,triaged, and seen the Dr. The next 30 mins consisted of getting IV started with fluids, pain medication, labs, CT scan, and another walk through update with nurse and Dr. Everyone went over and beyond to make me comfortable, decrease my anxiety(nothing is fun about ending up in an ER without any family)but they helped me tremendously and I can tell you that everyone of them stood by there path to provide patients with the best care. I was observed for many hrs and each person from the team came to check on me at least 4 times a piece, I wasn’t just a number, a quick fix, they listened to everything I had to say and made me very comfortable....I LOVE THEM ALL AND COULD NEVER THANK THEM ENOUGH....BETHANY, KERRY, and DR.DEVIN THANKS AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING!!!
