Doctor Loyal R. Stierlendo and his team performed with respect and kindness, as did the nursing staff and techs as well. I was very impressed with their attentiveness to my medical care they gave me. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the Oklahoma city area that should need medical attention to go to this hospital for care. I just wanted to give a heartfelt thank you to all of them. It is medical care workers like you that personify that their are warm caring people still among us. Thank you.

This was the best inpatient hospital experience I've ever had. Everyone was very pleasant and attentive. It was a very calm and peaceful atmosphere. Shoutout to Jennifer, Jenni(I think), and Emilee. They are awesome nurses. Keep up the great work!

Was having knee surgery. The entrance door to the surgery center wasn't working. Had to go to main entrance & walk the really long way around. Was told the door had been messed up a long time. IF U CANT FIX IT REPLACE IT. It was terrible I can barely walk. Other than that they took care of me. Real friendly and they weren't happy about the door either Wanted to add Samantha was a friendly & hard working nurse. Even laughed at my old jokes. All employees were friendly & made U feel at ease. That really helped before going into surgery. Thanks to all

Wonderful! I arrived at 6:30ish AM for my 7 AM CT scan. I filled out a single sheet questionnaire and then was directed to Radiology. I filled out another quick form and was taken back for the scan. Everyone was very friendly and I actually was back at my home (only a couple of blocks from the facility) at 7:00 AM which was the time I was to be taking my scan! Great job, folks!

In lots of pain emergency room wait was a little long. Took some before , that didn't seem to have a problem. Up & moving around but after I got taken back it went well. And surgery the next morning was sooner than expected. And the one's on the 6th floor was current & helpful. Thank you for you service.

The nursing staff on the fourth floor was outstanding. They were very caring and patient with my mother, who has dementia. The nurses and Techs never became frustrated by her frequent need for toileting/linen changes, her twisted IV lines and/or her constant attempt to get out of bed. They gifted my mom a kind smile and a respectful greeting each time they entered her room. They exceeded my expectations throughout my mother’s stay at SW Medical.

My Dad recently suffered a stroke on his and my Mom's 57th wedding anniversary. The ER staff was amazing! Of course, my Mom, my brother and I were basket cases but we were comforted by the staff being knowledgeable and professional. Dad was seen by his Nurse, CT Tech, Ultrasound Tech, MRI Tech, Hospitalist, Neurologist, Physical Therapist, and Occupational Therapist before he even left the ER. The Neuroscience Institute staff was just as knowledgeable and professional! My Mom has decreed that we never go to any other hospital!

They were a bit busy when I checked in to labor and delivery. They were nice and patient with me to make sure my labor was not progressing faster than it should. They also didn't make any choices without speaking to my doctor first which I loved.

Adopt A Rescue

I have had my mammograms at Integris SW for years and without exception everyone has been very friendly and communicates every step of the process to you. They are always ready for me at my appointment time which i really appreciate. A big plus for me, because i tend to joke a lot, is that they all seem to have a great sense of humor. There are lots of places much closer to me i could go to but Integris SW is my preference.

Me and my friend make our appts every year together and have for about 10 years. Both of us say each time how fast and friendly everyone is....everytime! And this time I was especially happy to get Donna as my tech....we both love her and will be sad when she does retire! But....everyone there is awesome! And they get the results back to your PCP quite quickly.....a well oiled machine!

I gave birth in February, via c section! My obgyn dr Jackson along with his team did amazing! Sarah, the travel nurse in l&d was absolutely amazing. My after care nurse Alec was amazing as well very patient, kind, and caring! Sarah also checked on me my entire stay until I went home! 10/10!

After the abuse my sister had in a local assisted living facility, I was concerned about transferring her to another facility. But the Integris Southwest staff was wonderful and took good care of my sister, who has Downs Syndrome and has a lot of anxiety. Special thanks to the ER and 6th floor staff!

I am a patient at Lakeside Women’s and was transported to SMC 3/15/23 after I was involved in a multi-car accident at 9 months pregnant. Every single one of the nurses and staff members were SO incredibly kind and helpful to me through such a terrifying experience, and I could not have had a better time staying overnight so my baby and I could be monitored. I had a pretty good experience until I woke up from surgery. The nurse by my side when I woke up was rude and holding me down even though I wasn't moving much. I asked her to let me go and she continued to be rude so I got upset with her. After that she let me go and quit talking to me like I was a "bad kid". Then, when I came out of the recovery area I was in the room for about 2 mins before being told I could get dressed and leave. I am not a custom to surgery so I guess it's okay to wake up from antithesis and leave a hospital in 15 mins. I felt very rushed out after my procedure. Nobody talked to me about what to expect after the surgery. I felt very overwhelmed after the surgery and like everyone was done with me, and they wanted me out. If you are looking to be "cared for" this isn't the hospital for you.

He have a level of professionalism, attentiveness, impeccable communication skills, very knowledgeable about what he is giving & how to treat his patients accordingly cause his observation is spot on. He listens & takes the extra initiative to not only make you feel better, but he helps you to understand that its a process & (Trusting) your health care provider, is one of the key components to being & feeling 👍 great. Should you end up here definitely ask for him. In closing be honest with your doctor always.

Integris Southwest did an amazing job during my recent surgery that ended up being an emergency surgery lasting over 5 hours. They kept my wife informed on what was happening and the doctor went out and talked to her after the surgery and discussed everything that went on and the findings and what we need to do in the near future. My experience was great... from checking in to my discharge. Surgery staff was very nice and comforting. I didn't get a chance to get the young lady's name, but she held my hand to help calm me down and when I woke up in recovery she was smiling and still holding my hand. I had a bit of a scare after surgery and the staff made my family comfortable and insured them I was stable and doing fine. I appreciate everyone, Thank you so much. 😊

My experience with INTEGRIS Southwest was very pleasant from start to finish. The facility was very clean and neat and everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. My appointment was scheduled at a convenient time and the wait time was minimal. My procedure was quick and efficient and I was able to view the results on the INTEGRIS patient portal very soon afterward. Overall, I was impressed with my experience at INTEGRIS Southwest.

Had an appointment with Dr. Alasad 0n 11/15 ay 2:00 pm. Arrived early with paperwork filled out checked in. Promptly at 2:00 I was ushered into an exam room, and everything began. Dr. Alasad was very cordial and pleasant and began the interview. So far, he has my recommendation for anyone needing an Oncologist. Will see him again in three weeks.

Dr. Christopher Green DPM and amazing surgeon. Education and specialty training at the one and only Cleveland Clinic! To have such a qualified physician here in OKC is a blessing! I really loved my stay here from labor to postpartum! The thing that made the stay so nice was all of my nurses. They were so caring and informative. They gave my little and I the best care. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because in my first night I had an overnight nurse with whom we did NOT mesh well with and didn’t provide us with adequate care. But everyone else was amazing!

Phenomenal care during my outpatient surgery. CRNA Randy bedside manner is impeccable. He was kind, funny and understanding. We joked about my eyelash extensions and allowing me to keep the 6 I have left. 🤗 Couldn’t of been in better hands. The nurse assigned to me was wonderful as well. She was kind, understanding in my concerns and gentle! She wasn’t abrupt, passive or impatient. Loved her! The 2 OR nurses were just as amazing. They understood me, my requests and accommodating. The nurse who wheeled me back came from the same field as me so we had some jokes on the way back! Recovery was great from what I remember. I briefly remember them addressing my pain and nausea post op and I really couldn’t of been happier.

I was very apprehensive about using SW Medical center due to unforeseen issues. They calmed my fears.

My wife in SW medical center. For the most part, her care was good. The doctors assigned to her were informative in explaining her care. I have a problem with some of the staff/nursing. I had called to speak to her nurse on Monday night. I was on hold for 30+ minutes. I called back and again ask to speak to the nurse and was told she would call me. I gave my phone number and as of Thursday, have not heard. I had asked to speak to the Charge Nurse, and still waiting for that person. My wife had an open sore, the hospital new this, and I had asked to see her nurse to get this bandaged. I still waiting. I even had asked to talk to the Director of Nursing. Still waiting. She was discharged yesterday, June 29 about 5 pm. The wound was not bandaged, I discovered this on June 30 morning. This is not what a hospital is about. There were a couple of nurses she had that was excellent. The staffing at the hub of the floor, 10th floor btw, seemed not to care, that is my impression, as I had called several times and as before still waiting for response. If it hadn't been for the few nurses that busted their behinds with the patients I would not have given a 3 star rating.

We were there several hours with a possible blood clot or broken bone. I could barely walk, my leg hurt so bad. They didn't do x-rays, they didn't examine my head (allergies yo) and they gave me toradal which is fighting a tiger with a butter knife. Overall, I think we'll go to the ER in del city, I think they are caring and helpful. This was a mess. It was obvious that they thought I was drug seeking. I get my prescriptions in Kansas because that's where my Dr is. That's probably a red flag, but still, there's no reason to treat someone the way I was treated. Their advice? Go home and prop your feet up. Absolute bs.

This was a 3-day test...3 appts on first day, one appt the 2nd day and one appt the 3rd day with Radiology for a nuclear test. All the employees were very nice and thoughtful. The Radiologist, Tom, was great. He knew exactly what he was doing. The tests were done very professionally but very personably. Everyone that I saw that is employed at Integris was wearing a mask as required...there r a lot of businesses I've been to lately including drs offices and other hospitals that do not wear masks even when required. I appreciate everyone I had contact with at Integris Southwest and I would highly recommend their Radiology Dept.

The wound care clinic is wonderful. The nurses are professional and really know what they are doing. They work as a team, so you will not get a different dressing from every nurse. They follow the doctor's orders completely. Dr. Green is a gem. He also knows what he is doing. He is able to answer every one of my questions with a concise explanation and does so in a kind, thoughtful manner. He is knowledgeable and affable. My wound is healing better than it ever has and I can see an end, if my system will play along. I am very grateful to have finally found Integris wound care. Please don't change except to give them all a sizable salary increase. They are well worth it.

I was at Integris Southwest Medical Center on Saturday, February 18, 2022, for a scheduled CT Scan. My sister and I checked in through the ER and I was assisted by a wonderful woman (I didn’t get her name but it was at approximately 10:30 AM). She was very helpful and after checking me in, she personally escorted my sister and me to the Radiology Department. I was helped there by I believe Joe and Amber. They were both helpful and professional. They made me very comfortable. The scan was over in a short time and then Amber personally escorted us back to the ER where we exited the building and went on our way for the day. I received the test results very quickly—on Sunday, February 19. I’ve already been in touch with my primary care physician and have an appointment with my ENT specialist. Everyone was great and my experience couldn’t have been any better. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing medical assistance.

Women's breast center; The service was excellent, starting from the front office staff. They were understanding and had patience with every person that walked in that door. My first appointment was with Radiology that took about 10 minutes and the Radiologist asked me if I had any more appointments. I told her I had lab in the big building. I had recently went to this facility to have a PICC Line put in my arm and I can only say that these guys and gals were very professional through this whole situation. The technician "Mark" was very nice and very professional he made this visit alot better for me because I was a bit nervous seeing that I had never had anything like this done before. I did not know what to expect and I was a little bit up tight at first but Mark made the whole experience very pleasant. Afterwards me and my fiance went to the cafeteria to have lunch and, believe or not, contrary to popular belief, the food was very good and we both really enjoyed our experience with Integris. I would definitely go there again if I needed any medical care. Thank you guys and gals at Integris for making our whole experience go so smoothly.

i originally had surgery scheduled for 17 Mar 2022, I received a call telling me it was moved back due to shortage of staff and beds? This is an out patient procedure. I get rescheduled to 31 Mar 2022 and told to arrive at 5:45 am, dang! Then I get a call on the day before my surgery telling me to arrive at 10:45am, alright! Get there about 10:40am and go through check-in, get all my IV's started and all that pre-surgery requirements done. Doc comes in and talks to me and lets me know the anesthesiologist will be in shortly. About 12:30 pm I ask what is taking so long, the nurse goes to check and comes back about 10 minutes later and tells me I have been rescheduled to 4pm. What the what!!! I have had nothing to eat or drink since 9pm the previous night and now I have to wait till 4pm. The scheduling departments need a change of personnel. I stayed because I just didn't want to wait any longer. Doubt I will come back to this hospital for any surgery if needed. The nursing staff was awesome though so kudos to them.

They did get me an appointment quickly as the MRI was ordered stat, but I had to go quite a distance due to to ER, registration area and the nuclear medicine department were each in different wings of the hospital. My husband who is 83 had to push me in a wheelchair and that was very exhausting for him. The MRI was negative and the tech made a comment that made me think he thought a stat MRI was not necessary which upset me a little. He had no idea what had happened or my medical history and it was necessary to make sure I didn't have a cerebral bleed.

They are not the best when treating patients with Type 1 Diabetes. They don't take into account of individuals dietary needs, unless you are vegetarian, and just lump you into a group. They serve you fat-free and low-calorie foods that are loaded with unhealthy artificial sugars. The nurses are hit or miss for care, but most were very helpful.

From the moment I check in to the completion of services I am there for, I feel appreciated, well cared for and have dealt with people that actually make me feel that they care. Even in the cafeteria where I had lunch, all the employees were curtious and respectful. I was very impressed with the overall experience and many would tell you, that is very hard to do sometimes.

Tara Ann in MRI Radiology was so pleasant and helpful for the entirety of my visit. I had to have two MRIs taken because the first magnet wasn’t strong enough but Tara made sure I was comfortable while I waited in between scans. My dad had to go get a CT scan this morning by himself. Since this is his first time at this hospital, he forgot where he parked his car and got a bit lost. The staff went above and beyond to help him. The security team was so kind! Not only did they help find his car, they also made sure that he is safe and able to drive home. His experience in the scan room was also great. The CT scan technician was very caring and careful in the procedure and made sure he felt comfortable. I'm grateful for the Integris staff for all the things they did for my dad today!

Once I got past the initial check-in desk (just inside the front door) it was great. Everyone in radiology was excellent! I have never seen so many people (and I personally had contact with about 7 of them) who were genuinely happy, personable and knowledgeable. The facility itself is showing its age, but with staff this good you can overlook that. They were running a little behind, and me being the impatient person I am, I almost got up and left. I’m so glad I stayed, they were definitely worth the wait.

Every one that I came into contact with were wonderful!! I just had difficulty locating the Breast Health Center. I first went into the hospital and then was directed to the next door to the south. That was the cancer center. They then directed to the next building to the north. I was told that there would be an awning to go through. I had to walk around the building before getting to the awning at the Breast Health Center. Let me add that I ambulate with the assistance of a walker. I had parked near the entry to the hospital but walked all the way to the Breast Care Center and back to my car. Needless to say, I was pretty exhausted by the end of the day. I didn't move my car because I was told several times it was located "at the next entry. I just will be more specific about the actual location of any clinic I am going to.

My wait was maybe 15 minutes, including filling out paperwork. I can’t remember the technician name who performed my mammogram, but, she was very informative, professional and friendly. She walked me through step by step on how to position myself, every move she was going to make and why, very good and knowledgeable lady. The equipment is updated and 3D, and it doesn’t hurt like the older model did. I will continue to get my mammograms done here. Thank you all for your professionalism and great customer service, which means a lot to me.

I was scheduled for an echo and I also needed a chest x-ray. From registration which went smoothly, I was pushed in wheelchair because I have difficulty walking distance, to radiology by the admission clerk. I stayed in wheelchair for transfer for chest x-ray. I was then wheeled to room for echo. All went smoothly and the echo tech wheeled me back to the waiting room where I waited for my husband. Everyone I met were courteous and friendly. All on day after Thanksgiving. No volunteers present. I would highly recommend Integris Southwest medical center.

Lowered the score because I waited for an hour, but I was pleased with the experience. The lady who called me in explained exactly what was going to happen. I really liked the radiologist who performed the test. He showed me the screen and explained everything he was doing. He explained what he found and assured me it was nothing to worry about. I thought the barium would taste horrible, but it was very mild and had a very slight hint of strawberry flavor. They gave me a soft drink afterward to kill the taste, but like I said it was not bad at all. The doctor's report was posted on my Integris and Me the same day.

I was in the hospital for 23 days, during that time I had 2 open heart surgeries. The surgeons and staff saved my life, which I'm forever grateful. The cardiac ICU staff, which I don't remember much of meeting, gave me the best care. More so they helped comfort and calm my mother during some very scary moments of my recovery. All of them are angels. The nurses and aides I remember most are the cardiac step down. They were with me the longest and by the end of the 23 days I had really got to know most of them. Those nurses treated me so well I can begin to say how thankful I am. They really got me through one of the most difficult times in my life. My doctors kept me informed and I feel gave me the best care possible. All around everyone I encountered were wonderful.

We were sent there to get chest X-ray's because my wife and I have had vivid and want to know through an X-ray to see if we had pneumonia. Upon entering the hospital we asked for wheel chairs and 2 male auxiliary gentleman didn't even budge to help us I had to wheel my wife to patient registration having difficulty breathing as well clear across the hospital. Thanks I believe was her name was about the rudest person I think I have came across in a hospital, I'm a Christian learning to become a Pastor and we are to show love towards everyone. But this young lady needs reevaluate of her job. Radiology Dept had the most curtious staff, although we weren't feeling well everyone was polite and showed care in there hearts. Once completed we had to walk all they way back through the hospital with no help, and yes we passed many nurses and staff and yet no one even offered to help us. At this time no one was at the main door to help us and had to walk back to our vehicle having difficulty breathing. At several points of almost passing out because we couldn't breathe.

The medical complex at Integris SW is so large that I always get lost.I'm currently somewhat handicapped and its difficult for me to walk or stand for long. This in mind, I always ask my fiance to drive. Even so, we parked in the wrong area and had a long walk to the correct area for mammography. Thank goodness I had a few minutes to recover, filling out documents, but the wait wasn't unreasonable.Was then shown to a lovely room to change into a gown. Had a bit of a wait there, but someone popped in to apologize. The tech that took the x-rays was very friendly and talkative and explained every step. She relieved any stress that I had about the procedure. All in all, it was a very positive experience.

This is a good hospital. I came in through ER. It was a busy day with a full lobby. None the less the staff was efficient. Got to a room in ER which took about 2 hours but again it was busy. The person in triage and the check in nurse are great listeners, when the DR came in he brought the ultra sound with him. Made a diagnosis and ordered labs and a formal ultra sound. Simutaneously talking to lead Physician and General Surgeon. This kind of efficiency was impressive. Next morning surgery. Everybody was very pleasant and professional and respectful. Again great listeners. Nurse anesthist made sure by taking precautions and for the first time after surgery i did not get sick or throw up. Thankyou to Dr stierlin and team for making this easier for me. You guys rock.

Everyone was friendly but figuring out which building to actually go in was a nightmare. We were told to be there before 7 for X-rays and once we found the building it was 6:48 and it took the receptionist 20 minutes to enter me in the system (though I had been there before). She told us we could held over to radiology and we had to contact the security to be let through a set of doors which was interesting. Then when we got there the sign said to call the extension number to tell them you were there. The lady had no idea what we were talking about and when she did she told me they were closed. I explained the situation and she allowed someone to come to us to do the X-ray. It took 20 minutes before the tech came to us and the process was relatively quick. All in all it was a headache that I hope not to repeat

The medical staff, especially the nurses and support staff on the 7th floor, were phenomenal during my 4-day stay. It was such a difficult time as I navigated a sudden and scary medical crisis, but every nurse I had was amazing and a real support and lifeline during my time there. I am so grateful. I don’t recommend you spend time in a hospital if you don’t have to, but if you do, I hope you get nurses and medical staff like I had. They provided key support for my recovery. They were personal and professional and treated me with humanity which can feel so easily lost when you are a patient in a medical crisis. They kept my spirits up when things weren’t looking so good. I am feeling so much better now, in great part, thanks to them.

We have had a wonderful experience at Integris Southwest. My husband had a quadruple heart bypass and the nurses, techs, nursing assistants, PT on the cardiac care unit and ICU were amazing!! Everyone who came into his room was upbeat, informative and caring. Special shoutouts to Kodi, Mary, Nieci and Johnetta for their care and comfort to me as well as my husband. When covid hit and I think( I might be wrong) that all hospitals were under the light scope and this hospital was rated an F so they finally realized it's time for a change. I swore I wouldn't go to this hospital ever again but last week my gallbladder started to swell up and I took an ambulance their cause it's closest from my house, emsa was super nice and got the IV in my arm in the ambulance which any other time they couldn't do it at all and would leave me bruised all up looking like I shoot up or something but this nurse did it the first time perfect and didn't hurt and I have no bruise. As soon as I got there, there was a nurse already in the room asking for urine sample so before I sat down I gave them urine which is the best to get it done before they hook you up to machines. Then when I got back their was 2 nurses, male and female, the female nurse held up a blanket over me for privacy while I got into a gown, the Dr came in and was super nice and understanding. They gave me the proper medicine to help the pain and nausea, about every 10 minutes a nurse or the Dr would check on me. The Dr apologized for taking so long cause there was about 15 other rooms with patients which I thought was super courteous cause he wasn't taking forever like he thought. Anytime I needed anything the nurse was there to get it for me. I for once felt like a human being and didn't feel like they was treating me like a kid. The Dr even joked around with me about my hair, he said he liked it but I doubt it cause it is pink lol but he was being a human being with compassion and not someone that comes to work in a robot mindset with no compassion. I hope this hospital keeps up the good work and improves even more. The old southwest that people think about isn't the same I promise.

My grandmother is 95 and has to be seen through the ER on occasion, even admitted on occasion for frequent infections she is prone to. Her most recent admit was the best experience for her and our family. The nurses were amazing and each took time to get to know her and try to customize her care. Our family members that stayed with her were treated great and encouraged to ask questions and help give input in how she would like to be cared for. We really appreciate the quality and thoroughness of her care. Will use this facility for all my family care needs because everyone really cares.

Highly recommend this hospital! My husband went to the emergency room a couple of weeks ago and we were seen and treated immediately and the staff was very caring and compassionate and were very professional. It was a great experience. I wish that we could remember the names of the nurses and doctors, but they were great! They explained everything every step of the way and answered our questions and reassured us every step of the way. We both have used the surgery center and the wonderful nurses and staff in this department are amazing! They are very kind, caring, professional and make a stressful situation so much easier! Some of the wonderful nurses that have treated us were Maggie, Tonya (not sure if I spelled her name correctly), Iris, Brittany, and so many others, (I am horrible at names!) On our last visit the nurses remembered us from my husband's visit and they treated us like family. That means so much and they were so fun and helpful. We were very pleased. We were kept informed of the process every step of the way. They explained what they were doing and answered any questions that we had. They are very proficient in the treatments such as starting the IV, vitals, and others, and after the surgery they made sure that the pain was controlled. They made us laugh and feel so comfortable during our stay. It is hard to find that kind of caring and compassion today when so many are in too big of hurry or too busy to talk and listen to you. We felt very cared for and special by each person we encountered from the registration to the recovery and everywhere in between. If we need any future surgery or God forbid need to visit an emergency room we will be back!

Have used the ER, got checked in and into the ER room quickly. Saw an intern then the Dr quickly. Waiting room filled up fast with non-Americans. But we still got into the ER quickly. Was examined then waited to see the Dr. I don't feel the wait was long concidering the number of people they had to see. Then this time, still s number of people that come in. We had a little wait. But the Dr said my wife was going to be admitted. Wasn't too long to wait. Was here for 2 days. During that time she was many different Drs. She had a condition that may have been fatal. They personal during that time was caring, kind, willing to listen, that included the cleaning people to the top Dr there. If l was asked to recommend a hospital, it would be Southwest. Many thanks to all who helped out.

I arrived at the hospital yesterday morning at 5:50am. I only had to wait about 15 minutes. Someone came and gave me an ID bracelet and took me back. On the way she got 2 warm blankets for me. Next stop was my little room where I changed clothes. Later came, a nurse assistant and then my nurse Ashley. The Anesthesiaologist came next. She was very nice. After that the doctor came in and then another nurse named Kevin. He stayed in the operating room with me. The surgery went well even though it wasn’t good news. The recovery room nurses were awesome. They let my daughter come back for a few mins. Then I went home. All in all, Integras Southwest Hospital did great.

It's been 30 years since I've used this hospital. I've been kind of leery about it for really no good reason. I wanted to find a good hematologist/ oncologist, my research for a good doctor lead me to Dr. Janbay at the Integris Cancer Institue. I truley was not disappointed. He fully explained to me the process of my potential problem. He was able to bring it to me without producing anxiety in me. In fact I found myself really impressed with his bedside manner, his since of ease, and his knowledge. I'm a retired nurse that use to work in a teaching hospital with multiple doctors. I've seen doctors that I would not recommend seeing. He falls into a category of doctors I truley would recommend to my patients. Great job Integris and excellent job Dr. Janbay. Thank you.

I am Mrs. Perkins and I decided to have a hysterectomy. Dr. Jackson and his office got me scheduled quick. The process getting my blood work and the Covid test all went smoothly. The morning of my surgery I was greeted by a Wonderful RN named Sundie. This nurse did my IV and got me dressed and comfortable for surgery. She was also informative about the surgery. She made me comfortable by warm blankets and the remote control to the television. I don't know about you but this went a long ways for me. This helped calm my anxiety if any. It took my mind off of everything. Thanks so much Sundie. Next, I was greeted with a smile by Jack. Jack informed me that she would stay with me at the top of my head the whole time due to performing the anesthesia for surgery. Jack was so gentle and warm and totally made me feel comfortable with the process. I Highly Recommend Jack for Anesthesia. Thanks so much for taken care of me Jack! You are a Angel From God! When I woke up from the surgery. (God Bless Dr. Jackson and Amanda Berry) I opened my eyes to a very Bright smile from Aaron in Postpartum. His smile was so reassuring it made me smile and feel as if every thing went just fine as expected. He answered all of my questions in between me opening and closing my eyes. Thanks Aaron! You did such a Great job. You also were my angle from Above. You most definitely deserve a reward! Thanks again! After Aaron and his helper got me to my room I was Greeted Kindly by 3 Nurses that shared my over night stay. 1st RN Priscilla - She took care of me after Surgery until 7pm 2nd RN Alicia - She took care of me from 7pm - 7am 3rd RN Mayla - She discharged me These 3 Nurse get 5 Stars and If I could give 10 Stars they would have it. Over all, my experience was so enjoyable I didn't have a chance to worry and or second guess the procedure. I felt so blessed to be taken care of by Integris Southwest Medical Center and Dr. Jackson and crew. I believe in the power of Pray and boi did my God look out for me with this whole procedure from start to finish. God Bless You All! Keep up the 5 Star Work!! Came down with covid while traveling. Happened to be vjsylting a friend on Oklahome and was taken to the Integris Southwest Medical Center in OklHoma City after 9 days of isolation when I began to have breathing problems. I spent another 9 days in Integris and 4 of those were on high pressure oxygen. I cannot say enough about the caring, professionalism and excellent treatment for my condition. They quickly put me on vitamins, zinc, steroids, remdisivir and I consented to use actemra. Very blessed to make it through. Had the Pfizer vaccine earlier in the year. The main dr said in his opinion the vaccine saved my life. I agree with him. Very blessed to be alive. Ty Mark

I arrived at the ER in very critical condition. I knew something was wrong cause I was in so much pain but little did I know how close to death I actually was. I had gone into Septic Shock, I had dangerously low blood pressure and a blood clot was found in one of the right Chambers of my heart. I didn't know what was going on but I thank God that the experts at Integris did. I was immediately given antibiotics through one of my major arteries because a normal delivery through a small vein in my arm or hand would not have done the job. The battle for my life was on. The army of antibiotics were introduced onto my blood system in hordes as opposed to trickles. Antitoxins were also introduced through my jugular because time was of the essence. It was a race against infection overcoming my entire body and poisoning me to death. Had traditional means been employed I would have been pronounced dead and instead of my family awaiting my discharge from physical therapy rehab they would be awaiting cards expressing sincerest condolences. Everybody at the hospital worked in unison for the good of one individual... me. I can wholeheartedly say, (no pun intended) that had the professionals making the right decisions at the most critical time of my life had not been as knowledgeable and at the very top of their respective fields I would not b here today. Thankful and blessed to have had such a team of experts working on me is why I am still alive today. I thank God for these people from the most experienced to the one starting their first night that all are learned in their respective fields that I totally trust them with my life. I had 5 proton treatments and staff was great and had no problems with treatment. They didn't take long . Skin was fine and i diidn't even know when the did it. Treatment on lung 1st stage. Some require more treatments

The doctor was great. The offices, however, have a very strong smell of mold and mildew. I am highly allergic. I was glad for the mask requirement. INTEGRIS should probably do an air quality study sometime soon

I was released from Alliance Health Midwest after a 2 day stint with a bad foot infection and feeling very sick. They wouldn't listen to me and failed to provide even basic care. I came into the ER at SW Integris and was pretty immediately admitted and started on care for the next 5 days. I was in fact very sick and had MRSA and severe cellulitis. Im also a diabetic. I could've very easily gotten septic and thankfully I came into their facility, because they saved my foot, and my life.
