I-693 medical requires that 1. A persons vaccination status is up to date 2. That a complete set of laboratory testing is done to rule out other disease. 3. That the designated civil surgeon completes the 14 page forms to provide to the patients after completion of the entire medical exams and that all requirements have been met. Fortunately, this information is provided when an individual makes an enquiry in the office via phone call. All the cost involved is clearly explained to the applicant including addition testing and imaging such us chest X-ray if needed. This applicant By the name of Justina Duru was given explanation and clear instructions about the process but after her interview, she chose to write a review which is baseless and untrue and with malice. Over the past 5 years this office has been providing exceptional immigration medicals at a reasonable price for anyone who uses our services. Good news is the USCIS does not allow deceptive and untrustworthy office to offer this exams. So the assertions made by this individual is baseless and and unfounded, it’s a simple refusal to accept her financial obligation after obtaining her complete medical. We offer in house blood work and now, you get to pay for both at time of your visit and Quest diagnostics allows us to give you a good discount. I have been enjoying this service for 5 years and never have I to complain. The past 5 years this Dr in both his two offices have served me with distinction. Excellent and friendly front desk staff. Clean and serene environment. Dr is professional and excellent with his job. He spends a lot of time on each client and dedicate quality time with them. I was broken depressed,and hurt. He took me through all the process of getting back to my feet. When I returned with waist pain,he treated me and for 4 years now I have been fine. I could never have been any happier than this. About a month ago, the aforementioned review was posted by Hassan Swaray a one-time client of ours. This review is malicious and factually inaccurate for the following reasons: i. Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, the service requested by the client has to be sent before the immigration process begins. The USCIS rejects documents that do not have the document attached to this. As this is the first step in a long process, it is impossible that the said client missed their interview. ii. It is only after receiving this document that the USCIS begins processing the request. iii. The supposed "interview" which you can verify for yourselves is the last step in the process. At best it takes an average of 6-7 months for this interview to take place. iii. It is only at this point in time that they can get their travel documents. iv. As to the cleanliness of our office, we maintain high cleaning standards in our office. I have attached pictures of the state of the Office for your review. v. Finally, with regards to the issue of timing, every client is required to book an appointment before showing up. Without an appointment, Hassan Swaray, showed up to receive the service. My office could have politely denied him service but we chose to allow him to wait in line. Considering the aforementioned it is clear that this client could not have missed their "interview" nor "travel". It is a non-existent argument as neither of his assertions happened. Additionally, his contentions were unjust and not truthful. Adom Family Medicine Center prides itself in providing quality and timely service including Immigration Medicals to our clients. It is unfortunate that we encounter this blips in our path. Nonetheless, it will not falter us in our quest to ensure every client receives a fair and equitable treatment.
