The Doctors visit was great however, the Labs were the exact opposite. I waited 3 hours for a simple blood draw. This past visit was the worst; the previous visit (6mos ago) the blood draw took 1/2 an hour to get the Labs done. I hope the service improves with the new Company.

Dr. Miller has been my doctor for about 20 years+. I can’t praise him enough for the excellent care that he’s been providing me and my family throughout the years, as our family doctor. I would highly recommend him if you’re looking for a doctor that genuinely care’s for you as a person and not just another patient! I have another ascension medical group located less than 5 minutes from my home. However, we prefer to drive 45 mins to his location because we refuse to see another doctor. We love you Dr. Miller!!!

I genuinely do not understand the bad reviews I just took the time to read prior to leaving this comment. I have been seeing Dr. Bogema for quite some time and I've had no complaints. I'm called back usually within 5 minutes of my arrival, sometimes even less (and that has happened even when I've been 10 minutes late for my appointment). Likewise, when I needed blood work (without a prior appointment), after a visit, I'm called back within 5-15 of requesting the labs. I understand some people may have a bad experience sometimes, but none of my experiences have even come close to resembling those discussed here. Zero complaints whatsoever. Dr. Bogema is an excellent physician who seems to genuinely care about his patients. He takes the time to ensure his patients do not leave with unanswered concerns. For that reason, I can see how some patients may have a longer wait occasionally, but is that not what most of us want...a physician who isn't rushing his patients out the door? I'm almost 40 years old and have had many medical problems over the years and, without a doubt, Bogema has been the best doctor I've ever had. ❤

Staff is friendly. Dr. Miller, who I have gone to for several years, is amazing! He’s patient, knowledgeable, spends plenty of time discussing my health condition and bed-side manner is a good as it gets! I highly recommend him!

My virtual visit went well though my wait time was about one hour after appointment time given. Also want to use this forum to voice my dissatisfaction with the billing system. Annual visit is usually free this was confirmed by staff as I asked reason for not being able to pay online as usual prior to scheduled appointment earlier this and was told my 1st annual visit is free; guess my surprise when a collection agency sent mail!

The last time I went into express care, I made the appointment near closing time. The NP was so kind and patient with me. I had an irrational fear that I actually verbally reasoned out with her to find that it was completely not based in truth, but she STILL paid attention to it, even after I acknowledged that it was just fear. She was patient and kind and peaceful and thorough—even when I came in when it was almost time for her to go home. Thank you. I wish I remembered your name for a more detailed review!

I wanted to leave a good review to balance out these other ones (some I think are a little harsh). I got there like 5 minutes late, got right in, and didn't even have to wait for a doctor after the nurse was through with me (I brought a lot of reading that I never got to). My doctor was great, patient and generous. I got more help then the last 3 quick/urgent cares combined. The facility was great too- couldn't believe the low score on here, probs because it's sort of new. I'll also add that scheduling my app was really easy and I got in in less than 24 hours. I hate trying to figure out doctors and everything, so this place is great if you're sort of transient like me.

I recently sent the following in letter form to Lenox Village: In late October I became a first-time patient at St.Thomas Medical Partners. I can only tell you that the care I experienced from your staff was seamlessly professional from start to finish. From the pleasant and helpful receptionist I dealt with, through my initial assessment, blood work, radiology and orthopedics, I have never received such polite and competent help with my health care needs. The punch line is that I simply Googled you because I was in need of a clinic near my home that provided a doctor on staff as well as x-ray: I did not expect to have my needs met with the gentle demeanor and obvious skill of your staff there. I have already been recommending you to anyone I speak to, usually after they admire the orthopedic boot I’m wearing as I type this. In particular, Sara Cowell and Josh Sloan stood out as examples in their field. I was thoroughly questioned and the advice and options I was offered were helpful and reassuring to me. Thank you for providing such good medical care to the south Nashville community. You clearly know your work and you’re doing it well. It is appreciated, and I will continue to spread the word about your staff and services.

Polite and professional team. Have been a patient at St.Thomas in Lenox Village for over 3 years and I feel very fortunate to have them near my home. There is usually a wait from the time I arrive but that seems to be the case with all the offices of this type. Overall the team is knowledgeable and caring. They have contacted me ahead of appointments to help me be prepared so my insurance would not overcharge. Dr.Chen looks out for my financial, physical and mental interests. I would highly recommend the team at St.Thomas Lenox Place.
