I would like to thank the young, beautiful doctor from this emergency room, the nurse Matt, the registrar Naomi, Erica emergency room front desk clerk, and more to mention. My husband was there on January 3rd, having stroke and less than 1 hour, and took him right away to the back for CT scan. Because of the fast efficient service my husband received, he's able to walk, speech clearly without deficit, and back to normal. Thank you to everyone who will help us out. Without your service, he will be in a wheelchair and paraplegic by now. Despite the covid 19 pandemic we are dealing with 3 years in a row, knowledge, professionalism, efficient service, and teamwork, you guys help us a lot. I am very, very impressed. I'm giving this hospital 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🤩.

My mother Dorothy just turned 86 years old and woke up and her hip/back hurt and could barely walk/get out of bed. The paramedics brought her to Elite Medical Center 3/30/22. My mother and I still talk about the wonderful staff and experience. Dr. Doctor was great explaining the situation, Set was fun and assisted getting my mom registered and signing all the forms. Kasper,Brian, Milena and Julia all were so pleasant with cat scan, x-rays, ultrasound, blood work, etc. My mom and I felt like we were at a 5 star hotel. When I aksed if there was a vending maching, Amber quickly responded no, but she had snacks. Minutes later Amber brought my mom and I deli sandwiches, chips and water. Delicious by the way. My mother also received too heated blankets when stated she was cold. I have had a lot of hospital visits between my elederly parents and sister and this was by far the BEST team and BEST experience hands down. Thank you to the entire staff. Brenda Determan

Omg. A life saver! I wasn’t feeling well yesterday and came to the ER. Everyone was so attentive. I got to the back quickly and they took care of me with compassion! Amazing staff! I was nervous going to an out of state ER but once I was there I felt like it was back home. I can’t remember everyone’s name but the radiology tech, the nurse tech, the two nurses, the registration tech and the physician were all amazing!

Everyone was great, they got me back there super quick. I nurse I couldn’t remember her name she was super nice and greeted me and the finished me up. Saw the Dr one time that was it, my be they had higher priority people that needed more help , so that wasn’t a big deal I understood. That’s where the Nurse was able to come in and finish me up and get me out. The sweet little Asian lady that was going over the discharge paper work was awesome. I got to rotate at Elite medical center for a month and it was such a good learning experience. I really enjoyed my rotation with Dr. Downes. She is such a patient and understanding health care provider. Everyone was so pleasant to work with. I really enjoyed working with Amber and Julia. They are such wonderful nurses. Lastly, Pablo who is apart of management at elite does a really good job at providing their staff with the support they need to succeed.

Today I brought my mother here for chest pain, a very scary feeling here at this emergency room. From the time we stepped in the front door we were greeted with so much care ❤ they treated my mother like she was there mother. This place is the gold standard of what an ER experience should be. Arrived here while on vacation when my son got very sick fast. Check-in was fast and efficient. Was put in a room right away an attended to right away. Test were ordered and carried out quickly, when an iv needed started and due to my son having hard veins to find and was dehydrated they tried once and got a specialist no do it. Every single person here from the check-in,nurses, X-ray& Doctor where the best of the best. They treated my son with special needs with care and respect. Could not say enough good things about this place.

Great experience on a not so great night. The facility is spotless. The staff friendly courteous and professional as well as comforting. Dr. Singh was efficient and concise and actually listened as well as explaining. My Pharmacy needed an adjustment and this was handled in a matter of minutes so that I could get my medicine the same evening. Highly recommend.

The team at Elite Medical was phenomenal. I was seen within minutes and everybody was really professional, especially Finch, Julia, and Susan. I was given a number of tests and they were done quickly and efficiently. Dr Singh gave me a useful and actionable diagnosis and recommendation. Nobody wants to visit an ER in a new city, but this was a much better experience than I expected.

When I arrived with a broken angle, I waited less than a minute out front. The care team, Julia, Polina, Kaspar, Michelle, and Paris saw me hobbling on camera in the parking lot and came out front to assist and got me into a room. Truly exceptional service. Dr’s Moore and Doctor were prompt, polite, caring and took time to get the best feedback from the orthopedic team. They went above and beyond to treat my injury. LPN Kaspar fitted my splint and helped me back to my car. His patience and customer service were beyond exceptional. I felt like the only patient there even though their tempo was busy. Naomi and Adriana had all of my documentation ready for signature in the room and provided imagery discs without prompt. They made me feel like a VIP. Overall I felt fortunate to be cared for by the elite team. There’s no better ER in the valley

No one anticipates a 'good day' when it starts in an emergency waiting room. A patient is extremely vulnerable and apprehensive. Apparently, the staff at ELITE have honed their visitor skills to a new art form. The site itself is modern, sleek and welcoming. The staff attended to me immediately. Noemi, who checked me in, forced a smile from me with her 'Aloha Spirit' and concern. I was attended by my nurse Polina (I hope I got that right) who was amazing in her ability to calm me down while fully explaining what she was doing while waiting for the doctor. Like all of the ELITE staff, she had a keen sense of humor and a professionalism that eliminated any fears I arrived with. Huge Kudos to Dr. Singh. The good doctor was the most honest and straightforward medical specialist I have encountered in 70 years! He explained what he was proposing and gave extremely candid observations for me to consider. All with warmth, humor and a professional demeanor that left no doubts that I was in good hands. Las Vegas visitors have no idea how lucky they are to have a place like ELITE on the Strip. Thank you team. I fully appreciate the work you do.

I went in this morning with chest pain. The team on duty was amazing from check in to discharge. Set in registration was fast and got me in right away. Nurses Julia and Polina where awesome got me hooked up and ready for the Doctor. DR. Downes made me feel at ease with her diagnosis of my problem. Tech Judy made sure everything was good and Emeline had all my test results back in a timely manner. I can not forget Brian the Radiologist who took a picture of my heart so everyone of these people are awesome. Just a thank you for your help today. I am grateful for your service.

What happens in Vegas... Right? My husband and I were having a good old fashioned wrestle fest before we had to pack up and fly home and things got out of hand. Let's just say I was somewhere on the bed and got bucked off and landed face first on the floor. We heard a crack, I saw stars and blood was pouring from my nose. Hotel Security came, inspected his knuckles for damage (just in case 🤣), called the paramedics and they suggested I go to Elite to check for a concussion. We had a flight to catch in 4 hours! The only time I cried was thinking I wouldn't make it home to our kids that day. The front desk was amazing. He watched our luggage while I was treated. I didn't catch his name. Seth in intake was efficient and offered comic relief that lightened the mood. Our nurse, Ashley, was sweet and knowledgeable and made me feel so much better. I felt terrible for bleeding all over the exam room. I wanted to pack her up and take her home with us. Dr. Bicer was thorough and patient with us and all of our questions. He obviously knew his stuff. We were worried about me but also worried about making our flight. They considered all of the above and got us in and out in plenty of time without compromising my health. The facility was inviting, comfortable and spotless and the staff was simply remarkable. I wish we had health care this extraordinary at home. Can I give 10 stars?? Thank you thank you thank you!

Professional, friendly, kind, sympathetic and prompt. Was on vacation and got sick. Upon walking in the paperwork was name, dob, symptoms and signature. This is important because I was in no condition to fill out lengthy paperwork. I was back in a room in 6min. Doctor asked what was wrong and after that he gave me options. He listened and to my situation and how I didn’t have 48hours to sleep it off as I was leaving in 2 days. I needed to feel better ASAP. This doctor did both. Got me up and running and then gave me rx for long term. I was seen by 5 staff members and each one was wonderful. Their customer service and attention to detail was the best I’ve ever experienced in a healthcare facility. I cannot say enough! If you are in Vegas and need emergency care/urgent care then go here!

Check in was good. The triage nurse was very nice. However, he was registering and asking me questions while I was on my treatment, and that wasn’t good. I They X-ray tech and phlebotomist were great! No one checked on me. I had two breathing treatments and both times they ran out and no one ever came back to check and see. 4stars!

Unbelievable visit I came in with heal bursitis I could barely walk. Anthony took care of me like I was his own family. The nurse Julia was amazing. The doctor also was out of this world. Every person I came in contact with was kind and gracious.

I went into the ER with an enlarged prostate and no ability to pee anything significant. I had urges to go every 15-20 minutes with spasms. I only had to wait for 1 person in front of me. So they got to me quickly. I gave a urine sample and they quickly ruled out an infection. The Doctor then did an ultrasound of my bladder and recommended they put in a catheter to remove the excessive amount of fluid in my bladder. The catheter provided great relief and they got out 1.2 liters. Their team was very good at diagnosing my problem and getting me back to functioning normally. I would highly recommend the Elite Medical Center,

After Elite medical center took such good care of my husband, and my grandmother needed a CAT scan. I knew the only choice was taking her there. Upon entering the building it was very clean, bright and well cared for. Security and front desk were kind and friendly. The wait time was minimal. Her care team was amazing. They brought her back and were efficient, thorough and knowledgeable. There bedside manner was impeccable. They took special care of my grandma and went above and beyond to ensure all her medical needs were met. Special thanks to her RN’s Amber, Julia, and Ashley. Have a very positive experience in this ER. Waiting is short and I was seen by the doctor and attended by staff immediately. The doctor, nurse, staff, scan technician are very efficient and courteous but most especially Nurse Matt who is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I was traveling on business working a conference. I would absolutely recommend this Elite Medical to anyone who needs urgent care in downtown Las Vegas. They treated me so good and took excellent care of me. At a time when I am completely stressed out and feeling horrible, they made me feel so much better. My experience here was so amazing. I was visiting from out of town for the Usher Show. I was having a very bad pain episode due to my sickle cell. This hospital was super close to the hotel I was staying at. From the moment I entered I was greeted by the ED tech Anthony who was so helpful & nice. He reassured me even though I wasn't home I would be treated like I was family. And boy was I!. Set made the registration process very simple & streamlined. He even came back to check on me before I left. The Nurses Amber & Julia were so nice (even when I caused a little but of trouble lol ). The where able to get an IV in me even though my veins are bad due to sickle cell. Plus they made me comfortable by talking about where they were from & laughing at my jokes. Dr Downes was so sweet. She gave me my home meds & some fluids & treated my pain as a Priority. I definitely would recommend to any in the Vegas area. This will be my new family whenever I'm in town.

The visit is $970 if you paying cash , plus they bill u out for any extra like x rays and other stuff . Was not expecting anything like that . My experience for Elite medical center are the doctors and nurses, are really do an excellent work for treating me better, and give me good medicine For my bronchitis cough, and my blood pressure, predasone, and antibiotics, helps me to stop my cough and clear my lungs, they did my ex-ray, take some samples of my blood, to find out if I get any diseases, or find any kind sickness, it take 8 hours to wait for my results and it came back with a good news, I don’t get any sickness, but only my bronchitis cough that need to be treated. I came in on a Sunday night. I had just taken a home test for COVID and it was positive. I was looking for an antiviral. Dr. Truax explained my options in some detail, advising not to take one antiviral due to my meds. We decided on a treatment together. Thanks to the doc and the staff: Brad, Matt, Judy, Maria, Emeline and Julie for the great treatment. I felt well taken care of. I highly recommend Elite Medical Center. I am from Florida, I was on a family vacation in Vegas and I had to visit this facility, it was the best decision ever! The whole staff gets 5 stars. Extremely professional and caring. Excellent experience from reception to clinician. My experience was beyond my belief. My wait time in both the waiting room and the exam room was very short. All my tests and CT scan were done very quickly. The facility is extremely clean, neat, safe and modern. I’m very happy and satisfied with the amazing service I reveived! Brought my daughter in who wasn't feeling well. Anthony checked us in immediately and had us feeling like a vip with the immediate check in and brought to our room. He was a gentleman and kept calling me ma'am and saying please and thank you. He gave my daughter a sticker and that made her smile for the first time in days. Our nurse didn't seem to interested she was in a rush to get out of the room I don't want to say her name maybe she was having a bad day but she didn't seem to think my reasoning for bringing her to a ER was good enough then I could hear her talking about other people at the nurses station unprofessional and uncomfortable but I can't leave a bad review for the place as a whole for a nurse who was maybe having a bad day. Dr. SINGH was amazing and listened to my concerns and got us in and out in a timely manner. On the way out Anthony gave my daughter another sticker for being a good girl and my son a sticker for being a good boy while waiting with my husband. I would recommend this Er to anyone who needs help and wants a VIP treatment. One bad apple doesn't ruin the whole tree.

These folks are amazing! I’m A tourist and found myself suffering some incredible pain in the early morning hours. This clinic got me in right away and addressed my pain before even asking for payment! Turns out it was my first ever kidney stone. They did everything possible to address the problem. We went to Elite Medical Center on Jan 9, 2023 after my gf, who has a kidney transplant, fainted on the strip. We were originally taken by ambulance to Sunrise Hospital ER, but essentially received zero treatment after 4+ hours because they believed she was "just intoxicated" (she had had a cocktail at lunch, nothing extravagant). When we got in the Uber, to head to the airport, she was literally doubled over in pain so I made the executive decision and after googling a few other hospitals, decided to go here. (You can find my full review for Sunrise Hospital on Google.) To say this place was better than Sunrise is a gross understatement. My only 'negative' was that when we first arrived there was no one in the ER / Reception area to help us. We had to get a security guard. When we asked if they took our insurance, the girl told us "we don't know what we take until you are admitted, but you can call the number on your insurance card" - by this time, it was nearly 10 pm, so the insurance was closed. We decided to take our chances (after all she was in great pain) and started the paperwork. We were taken back to the ER room within 5 min of handing the clipboard back to the receptionist - talk about service - not to mention, the Doctor actually came out to the waiting room to get us with the nurse and an assistant. Again - the DOCTOR (the one who gets paid the big $$) came out to the waiting room and greeted us and immediately started talking to and examining her. Within 15 minutes, the doctor said "Ok, this won't be an easy case, but we'll get to the bottom of it" - long story, she is a kidney transplant and has several other complications such as a spinal-renal shunt, liver issues, and even things like the fact that she can't throw up or typically doesn't run a fever, due to the immunosuppressants that nearly all transplant patients are required to take in order to keep the body from rejecting the transplant. So they immediately started her on some antibiotics, as well as pain meds and IV fluids. He also ordered a CT scan and several blood tests, which was a welcome change after spending 4+ hours in another hospital only to get some fluids and told to "go home and rest". Even the CT scan was relatively fast - about 30 minutes before they came and got her. So we had originally arrived around 8 pm, by now it was nearly 1 am but at least we had gotten some treatment. She had pain meds so she was feeling a bit better, and of course they had run several tests trying to diagnose and rule out any obvious issues - especially kidney related. It was about this time (1 am) that the doctor came in to talk to us and let us know that they were seeing a small inflammation at her transplant site and possibly infection. The doctor was very forthright, explained everything thoroughly and asked if we understood and/or had any questions. At this point, they determined that she needed to be admitted to a hospital that had a better kidney team and could better support her, since we were at a facility that was only urgent care. The doctor assured us that it would take a few hours but they would get us transferred over to Valley Hospital, their parent location. After a few hours, the ambulance came around 4 am and took us to the full hospital - but things got way worse once we arrived at the actual hospital. (You can read my full review of Valley Hospital on Google) In short - this facility was NIGHT AND DAY different from the first hospital we went to, Sunrise. The doctor was kind, helpful, and courteous and you could tell he really cared about his job and his patients. The nurses and other staff were helpful, friendly, and the service was quick. I would HIGHLY recommmend this facility for any medical issues, as long as you don't need a real hospital because their parent company, Valley View Health, is clearly motivated by money alone and will do anything they can to cut corners. It's a real shame that this facility is associated with the crooks at Valley, otherwise this would be a FIVE STAR review.

I went in for food poisoning and my 1st interaction was with Anthony who immediately took me to my room and took my vitals. He checked in with me throughout my time there to make sure I was comfortable. He even continuously brought me additional warming blankets because I expressed how cold I was. He was very pleasant, it wasn't forced and it didn't seem like he "had to be" because he work there. Amber on the other hand seemed a lil fake and phony. She would ask a question then would um hmmm right through the answer like she really didn't care to hear it. She inserted my IV in the fold of my arm and told me not to bend it or it will move out of place but shortly after that she brought me my 2 initial blankets and just set them at the foot of the bed and walked out. Trying to cover myself up was a struggle so I guess I moved it because when she had to draw more blood, she was moving the needle around in my arm trying to hit the vein then said "this might not be enough" then left like she was frustrated. Yulk! A "fake" pleasant attitude for sure. But...Anthony saved the day so my over all experience was great. I can't recall the names of others I interacted with so I'll just say with the exception of Amber, Elite is a 5 star experience.

I came in an absolute wreck. 102.4 fever - a complete surprise - and panic attack due to an issue with Uber that occurred on the way. I was sobbing and freaking out and delirious. Staff was awesome calming me down and getting me back on my feet. Noemi was particularly awesome! Clean and comfortable.

I am so thankful for the care I received at Elite Medical Center ER on July 13. My husband and I were in Vegas for a three day getaway. Last day I awoke very early with lower abdominal pain. It got so bad he found Elite to take me to. I was seen immediately! Each and every person I came in contact with were outstanding! They are just a couple blocks off the strip, I was able to walk there. I came in here yesterday morning with my toddler whos 2 and he couldn't breathe. I was stressing out so much and I got there they got me in and back right away in a nice room where they put the tv on with cartoons for him. The nurses Andi and Julia came in to start asking a few questions as to what was going on. Immediately after Dr. Singh walked in and listened to his breathing/cough and was able to tell me the issue. We tested my little one just to be sure and Dr. Singh recommended a shot which we got super fast and I can't even explain in words it was night and day. My little one was on his feet walking around within 30 minutes. The nurses were extremely accommodating and fast when administering the shot too my little one is strong and they got it done fast and efficient. I was so grateful. Any other hospital you would be waiting hours the service I got here was impeccable. The staff was all so kind and accommodating as well especially when my baby was crying a good 15 minutes when we got there. Doctor Singh was so nice and aa a mom he immediately made me feel better about my stress for my baby. I highly recommend going to this hospital whether you are traveling or live in Vegas. Which I live here and I will absolutely go here every time because the staff and the cleanliness makes such a difference. It beats any hospital like St rose which I dread going to. They need more of the elite medical centers around Las Vegas. Thanks again! 100% recommend

Best service I have EVER had at a medical facility! Staff were so friendly and they had me completely taken care of. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. I had blood work, ultrasound and cat scan done. I highly recommend them!

My daughter and I went to Elite Medical Center for a covid test for international travel. Phone the very first phone encounter the experience was AMAZING. They Actually answer their phone unlike every other testing facility in Las Vegas. Upon arrival at the facility, we were greeting promptly by the security guard who was very informative and extremely polite and well spoken. The front desk receptionist was also extremely helpful and friendly. The nurse, Amber, who administered the test was also extremely nice and proficient in her job. There was also a Rad Tech, who's name I did not get who helped Amber with the temperature screening was very polite as well. My over experience was not five stars... IT WAS TEN STARS!!!!! Absolutely the BEST experience I have EVER had at a medical facility in my entire life!!!

WOW…Elite Medical Center was absolutely incredible after I slipped & fell in the shower at Bally’s Las Vegas! Dr. Moore had my dislocated shoulder popped back into place immediately. Every single person I encountered at Elite was amazing and helpful. From my nurses Brad & Isaac to my ED Techs Kasper & Jeff and my Radiologist, Kenneth, I could not have been more satisfied with the care I was given. I feel extremely fortunate to had gone from a pain level of 10 to a 4 in a matter of a couple of hours. Even though Bally’s never followed up with my accident, Elite did. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO HELPED ME IN MY TIME OF NEED!

After being in the hospital for two weeks straight, at two different places with not the best treatment from the employees. I did not think my experience would get any better until I came to Elite. Each one of the nurses who checked on me, made sure I was okay at all times, or even prescribed my dose of medicine for the hour was so caring, genuine and provided the service I was looking for. This was an amazing experience. Actually unbelievable for a medical faculty to be this well run. I was suffering with flu symptoms and mountain sickness. They brought me in right away and were less concerned with paperwork than my care which is just great. Made me feel at ease. Very friendly greeting and the facility looks modern and completely sterile and clean. They do an amazing job hiring great, happy people who seemed genuinely interested in me and my care. I’ve never actually never been treated so well in a medical care facility. After being immediately admitted, I had a team of highly capable professionals working together as one. Very impressive team work and efficiency while being treated with complete dignity, genuine concern and respect. I’d like to congratulate the team and thank them. Turns out they we’re able to diagnose everything quickly with out rushing me at all. They treated me and sent me on my way. I was even able to catch the last flight out for the East Coast. Specifically I’d like to thank Dr Singh, super nice guy, great bedside manner and total expert, Sarah and Jessica were just amazing as the RNs, Kaspar, Brian and Sara were terrific Techs all so friendly and just all made me feel at ease. Noemi the registrar was fantastic too. She got me right in doing paperwork along the way no delay which made me really feel like they cared about me the most. No wonder this team functions with this level of efficiency. Great people and process as well as a clean and high tech facility. This team is a high level example for the medical field but also any business. Wonderful experience!! I’m very grateful and feeling much better.

Elite Medical Center makes you feel like you are part of an elite group. The staff makes you feel like you are their only patient. Within minutes of walking through the doors, I was whisked away to a room. Dr. Singh was attentive to my needs and listened carefully to everything I was trying to relay about my condition. Dr. Singh was extremely down-to-earth and very easy to speak with. What a fantastic bedside manner and a great doctor. Charles, the lab tech was not only conscientious and humble but also extremely easy going and made me feel comfortable with each poke, prod or test. Anthony, the other lab tech was a little more quiet but had a warm smile and also instantly made me feel comfortable with each request I made of him. Thanks to Alice in the lab for the speedy diagnoses. The nurses, Laura and Liz were a treat. They helped to ease anxiety felt by a family member who had accompanied me to the hospital. I especially loved the insinuation that the "hair removal treatment" when removing the tape was a free service the hospital provided. The front desk staff, Tara and Maricela were warm, friendly and efficient. They made it easy for me to ensure all my paperwork was in order and I had no other questions before departing the hospital. I would hope you never have to pay a visit to an emergency room in Las Vegas, but should the need arise, I would insist on the Elite Medical Center.

I was having trouble breathing and intense coughing, I went to Elite Medical. Center , all I can say is WOW this place is amazing! I was greeted by the front desk staff Tara and Gloria greeted me as soon as I walked in, before I even completed my paperwork Chris and Laura came to take me to my private ER room. I was having a hard time and Laura (RN) sat with me a while I explained my symptoms, making sure I was comfortable. The Doctor came in she was kind, I didn’t feel rushed while I explained what was going on. They order a breathing treatment helping to alleviate my breathing problems right away. The doctor also ordered a chest x ray, Charles from radiology was awesome explaining the process being very courteous. I was in and out within a hour or so. Elite was very clean and the staff was very compassionate and professional. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants fast, professional service in a clean environment. Elite Medical Center is the way to go!! Thank you 😊

Came in for severe abdominal pain. I knew it was OB related so I called my OBGYN first & they were useless. After three days of severe pain I decided to go to elite care ER. Dr. Singh and his staff were phenomenal, the process from start to finish was quick easy and efficient. They were very thorough in their work up, I had an x-ray, ultrasound, and bloodwork. Dr. Singh came in to explain the situation and the findings and what the follow up plan should be. I was in and out in under three hours. This place is top notch and I would highly recommend. Wish I hadn’t waited the 3 days!

I was greeted warmly by Gerardo at the front desk who checked me in immediately! Before I even had my papers filled out, Gena took me to my room and checked my vitals. Brian was on her heels to assist. Dr Downs came in moments later to assess my condition. Alyssa arrived a couple minutes after that to start an IV, get blood and give fluids. Milena ran the blood samples very quickly. The charge nurse Liz checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Brian did my imaging and explained every step of the process very well. This amazing team was able to diagnose me in less than an hour. I was referred to a surgeon who took care of my problem several hours later and I was back home the next morning. The staff are all friendly and professional! The building is very nice and extremely clean! Their processes are efficient and effective! It was absolutely the best ER experience I’ve ever had!

I came in there on 01-27-2022 with a friend for her Covid test. When we walked in nobody was at the desk to greet us then the er tech Anthony came from the swab area to help us register for the Covid test and give us the paperwork then right before my friend got swabbed Anthony was told he had to check someone in to the ER. He excused himself and when he came back thanked us for our patience. He was very helpful and polite and gentle I pray elite knows what a asset he is. He is the reason why they get 4 stars. They lost a star because we had to wait without being greeted then wait for him to help the ER which is understandable

I have to give credit to the best ER I have been to. Elite Medical Center is the top place I go to in Las Vegas. The staff is Curtious and very helpful. This ER is the absolute best all around especially in bedside manners. The whole staff has really great people skills and Noemi at the front desk was really sweet. I was getting checked into the ER and she had about three different patients come up to her while she was working fast to get me checked in to receive medical care. She handled the situation like a pro. The nurse, Sarah C. was very kind and made me feel less anxious about my visit. Dr. Karr was also very professional and actually listened to my questions and concerns, a lot of male doctors usually just dismiss women, but he actually genuinely cared and was very nice. I absolutely love this place! My mom and I took my grandma in over the holiday weekend. Excalibur sent a paramedic who referred us to Elite Medical Center. Gerardo immediately greeted us and was so kind. Danny came out to get us before I could even start filling out the paperwork. He quickly made us feel at ease. Within minutes of being taken to a room, Michelle came in to assist Danny with attending to my grandmother. Dr. Singh was great at explaining to my mom and I as to what was going on. Ken was so sweet to my grandmother when he took her back for radiology scans. He was very patient with her and explained everything that was going to happen. Rowena was great with the lab work. Throughout our visit, Sarah, Danny, Michelle, and Vicky would come and check in on us and ask if we needed anything. My family and I come to Vegas quite frequently, and if we ever need unexpected medical care, this will be our first choice!

This was one of the best decisions I have ever made when it comes to my health. Kayla and Maricella got me checked in instantly. Brian was taking me to my room with a minute of delay. My nurses Kayla C. And Andi went over everything with me and took paid plenty of attention to my needs. And Dr. Sighn was in to see me very fast, listened to everything I had to say and went over the best was to treat me. He really cares and at the same token he doesn't waste time knowing that I felt bad but I still wanted to be in the comfort of my home. Before I knew it I was treated and on my way to rest at home. Its been almost two days now and I feel so much better. I can thank the Doctor and the whole staff enough. And on a side note this was the cleanest ER I have ever been to. Thank you to everyone. I was visiting Las Vegas when I required medical services. Elite was right across the street from where I was staying, so I decided to go there. The facility is obviously new and very modern. All Covid-19 protocols were in place and strictly adhered to. The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. She multi-task like a boss! She was so busy but didn't flustered at all! Impressive. My nurse, Laura, was very efficient, too. She made me feel comfortable right away. I didn't wait long to see a Dr. He was professional and gained my trust quickly. I needed an xray and the xray tech brought the machine to me and took the xray right in my room. I was in and out within an hour! Another thing I appreciate was that I was given a website and password to use to look at my xrays and the radiologist's written report, which I plan to give my ortho surgeon when I see him next week! Very cool! Thank you to the doctor and staff!!

Being unfamiliar with medical facilities in Vegas, we didn’t want to go to a traditional “ready care” place but also knew that a major hospital would have wait times in the hours. We found this place through Google Maps, saw the high ratings and went there. We were more than pleased as we were seen within two minutes and were treated as well as or better than any hotel that we have stayed at on our trip. They did an ultrasound, blood work and more by a physician and a team of professionals that put us at ease. In addition, the wait lounge was super-nice and clean, stocked with snacks, coffee and soft drinks. We all agreed that we were blessed to find this place.

I had such an incredible experience here. I got the flue in Vegas and was having trouble breathing. Everyone there was amazing. Compassionate and knowledgeable. Wait time was almost nothing. I was sitting with the doctor within 30 minutes of walking into the building. The cost was less than a tenth of the cost of other emergency rooms I have been to. I can't recommend them enough.

Honestly, the best medical experience I have ever had. Went in for an ER visit for something discreet, and Tara at the front desk was extremely helpful and immediately understanding. Thank goodness for her. I didn’t even have a chance to finish filling out paperwork before the incredible nurse Andi came by and started walking me in to help me out. I was told no worries, and I can finish paperwork as I wait for the doctor. Andi was understanding, patient, and put me as such ease. Honestly, at this point, I was thinking the service couldn’t have gotten any better, and then came Dr. Daugharthy. Wow was she cool, also. She was funny, personable, and put me at ease throughout the procedure and Andi was by my side the entire time. I was in and out. And then Tara and Andi helped me with discharge paperwork. There was an RN named Andi. She honestly made the whole 24 hour + visit for my diabetic boyfriend, so much less stressful then it would have been. The staff is exceptional,however, Andi’s drive to help him feel better and deliver results/solutions was unlike anything we’ve experienced in a hospital/clinic before. She did everything in her absolute power to ensure that he was okay, no matter what else she had going on, she always had answers, and if she didn’t, she quickly tried to get us those answers, and solutions. I came to this emergency room because I pass by it every day on my way to work and was not disappointed. I cut my finger, which required stitches, and was quickly helped by Dr. Moore and Andi. This was my first time getting stitches and I am very squeamish of blood, but everyone at this center made me feel safe and taken care of. Also, I don't have insurance so I was worried about how expensive everything was going to be but thankfully it was not as bad as I thought. AMAZING experience!!! My boyfriend had a medical concern on our flight here from NJ. I didn’t feel comfortable waiting until we got back home. We were referred to Elite Medical Center by our concierge from our hotel. Our insurance was not accepted, however when we went to pay we were told “don’t worry about it your health is more important!” My boyfriend had a full medical evaluation including a urinalysis and they waived the fee! On my first day of vacation, I managed to fall and break my arm. The staff were great. I didn’t have to wait very long, and they were very efficient. I am a nurse myself so I might be even more critical of care- but I couldn’t find anything lacking. Went to get COVID tested and didn't have a great experience with the manager, but thankfully he has a team of amazing people. Andi, Sarah, Jess, and Gloria were very polite and efficient. I came in here for possible kidney stones and let me just say this has been the best possible emergency room I have ever been too. TALK ABOUT FAST!!!!! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. On May 7th while I was on a mini vacation I got sick, with what I thought was Allergies. I was coughing and could not stop, so we called the concierge at The Park and they recommended Elite Medical Center. We got there and was taken care of almost immediately. We saw Dr. Singh who was great. The RN Annabel was very nice and helpful. Also the techs on duty Charles, Anthony and Isabel we also nice. We were very impressed with the service and the wait time. I went in for Sciatic pain and did not have to wait to get taken back immediately. Noemi was very polite and took all my information quickly. I was greated by nurse Anthony promptly. He was very friendly offering me water and anything to help me get comfortable as I was clearly in a lot of pain. I did not have to wait long at all to be seen by Dr. Downs. She was very thorough asking me questions and moving my legs to determine where the pain was coming from. I asked her questions and she was explained to me what was going on. Nurse Anthony came back to give me a shot and he was very good at easing my fear. I was released and went back out to see Noemi who had all my paperwork in order. Wow! What a wonderful place Elite Medical Center is. My mom was having breathing problems and we decided to take her to the ER. Elite Medical Center had an awesome Yelp reviews and it was right down the road from where we were staying. Win Win! They took her back before I even got the 1st page of paperwork filled out! They accessed her, brought in a mobile x-ray unit and did lab work, and gave her a breathing treatment. Only 1 1/2 hours and we were on our way out the door. Awesome Service & Treatment! For someone who has recently retired after 20 years from the medical industry, I was overwhelmed by the professionalism and service provided by Elite Medical Center, 159 E. Harmon Ave., Las Vegas Nevada. Once I arrived I was met by Gloria, who immediately addressed my concerns and got me registered for a room to meet the doctor. RN’s Laura and Tijera, also moved quickly to get my vitals and information regarding my issue so they could forward to the doctor. After a few minutes with Dr. Singh, I immediately knew I was in great hands. In summary Dr. Singh is a superstar in his profession. A few minutes later, Charles, a bright, kind tech helped me with a couple of imagining issue and was immediately responsive to my issues. The reason I have taken the time to leave this review, is my experience in the health care industry has shown me the good and bad of our industry. Please be assured Elite Medical Center is a first-class acute care hospital, with amazing resources on hand to immediately address your needs.

While on vacation I had an unexpected visit to the clinic. As soon as I walked In, the staff immediately welcomed me and began assisting me. I was given paperwork to fill out while I waited to be helped. I was in a room getting my usual check ups before I even finished the paper work. Staff was amazing! While waiting for the Doc. Numerous nurses and staff walked in to check on us and make sure we didn’t need anything else. The staff was friendly, genuine, and seemed to care about my health. Due to regular hospital ER's being overwhelmed by pandemic issues, I've had to use this facility twice in the last 6 mos. I received excellent service all the way around. Facility was mostly clean (I'm a germaphobe and there was something brown splashed on the wall, but otherwise clean), staff was extremely pleasant, service was FAST- including x-rays & labs. On both occasions, I left with the meds I needed. I received a prescription for pain meds, but I didn't even have it filled. Until things calm down, it's definitely going to be my choice for emergency care.

Beautiful facility. Everything needed is readily available. THe staff were wonderful, especially Anthony and Brian, when I brought in my husband. They were fast and efficient and kept him company and comfortable. It is upsetting and worrisome to have a medical emergency let alone on vacation, but this terrific, caring staff made my husband feel like he was the only one there. They couldn't have been nicer and enabled us to travel home the next day. Know that if you have an emergency when you are in Las Vegas, you have a top notch facility with professional staff close by.

My wife was not feeling well on a trip to Vegas and we went to Elite. It was close, very clean and incredibly clean. We were in and out very quickly. While I waited in the reception area, The receptionist were very friendly. This was a shift change and I did not get the name of the lady that came up midnights but even after being there all night she was incredibly pleasant and helpful with information about the city. The daytime person (Noemme?) Made my wait much more pleasant. they had coffee and light snacks in a very nice waiting room with some televisions that had the news on so I could pass the time. The nurse's Dave and Anthony, The lab tech Beatrice along with the tech Kim and Isabel and the rest of the staff once again did a great job hopefully I remembered everyone especially Dr Karr who my wife said was very understanding.

Results were in hand within and hour and everything was handled perfectly. The front desk staff Noemi, as well as the RN, Carmen, who attended to us were both excellent. My only advice is to have them call all the Vegas hotels concierge services to let them know to send all their clients to Elite Medical Center for any of their services as we had a very hard time figuring out how to get tested to travel to Canada and no one had answers except Elite! First time to Vegas I'm all my 25 years.... got here 11/17/2018 with a small pimple like spot on the corner of my mouth. Within 24 hours that pimple turned into the worst bacterial infection I have ever had. So the first thing I do is go the closests ER and Elite Medical Center has amazing reviews. So in the Uber I went. I checked in around 12:45AM and within minutes was taken back to start my work up, tests, CT scan all within 30-40 minutes of being here I was feeling so much better. The pain was subsiding FINALLY! All because of the wonderful Nurses, Techs, and Doctors. This place takes wonderful care of their patients. It is 17 hours in counting, I am still here but I am still so amazed and grateful for the care given to me. The bed is super comfortable, you get a legit comforter so you can really snuggle in and go to bed, as well as the most hospitable care. I am on Round Three of IV Antibiotics so anytime now my swelling will finally subside as well as the infection but until then, I am perfectly okay with where I am at. Thank you Elite Medical Center! ❤️

So I fell like a little over a week ago, so you know when your not at your best you tend to be a little groggy, the moment my fiancé took me inside I felt the warmth from all. I just flown into Las Vegas and had an issue with my leg. My friend was worried it was a blood clot so I googled ER’s in LV and Elite Medical Center popped up. I liked the fact that it wasn’t a traditional hospital ER but had everything there to treat most issues and that they guaranteed I would be seen quickly. When I arrived I knew I had chosen wisely. The Center was super-clean and all the staff was professional and pleasant. I was in a room within 5 minutes and the doctor saw me within 10 minutes. After an ultrasound confirmed I didn’t have a blood clot the staff called a cab for me! I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and I wish we had an Elite Medical Center nearby. My experience was positive, the facility was sparkling clean and the staff and attending doctor couldn’t have been more helpful. I was in the ER for no more than an hour and the checkout process was very quick, unlike any ER I’ve been in. I HIGHLY recommend Elite Medical Center.

This medical centre and it’s employees are second to non! The care I received was incredible. I was here on my wedding day and they made that bearable by being so lovely. From doctors, nurses, receptionist and even the security is so kind. I can’t name everyone because I was back and 4th four times, meaning this would be the longest review. I’m pretty sure I met every staff member and each were brilliant I just can’t emphasise that enough. However, special mention to Danny who actually followed up on how we are doing and when we said we were back in hospital he asked if we needed anything which was great of him. This should have been written February 10, 2021, however, due to the recovery time and life in general, it is LATE. My apologies. I had a head injury that required stitches and I must say the scare is barely noticed. Dr. Downs sewing is amazing and I have NOT had one person even notice the scar. My wife awakened me complaining of flu-like symptoms during a stay at the Mirage in Las Vegas. I went online to check reviews of hospitals and ER's. Elite Medical Center had good reviews and I decided to take her there. We were not disappointed at all...She was seen right away (within 10 minutes of arrival). Dr. Downes and the staff (Laura, Will, AnnaBelle, Sara and Dedriane) were excellent, and started her on the road to recovery immediately. Diagnosis and treatment were on-point, and she walked out feeling 100% better than when she was rolled in unable to walk. Great facility, and was less than 10 minutes away from the resort.

We had such an amazing experience here!!! We had just arrived in LV and my 3.5yr had a rash on her leg that we had to get checked out. Of course I was a little hesitant about finding an UC right off the Vegas strip and especially for my toddler. Didn’t know what I would be walking into?! Elite Medical Center was nothing but amazing!! They took us back right away and I filled out my paperwork in the room. Everyone was so friendly and nice, the building was immaculately clean (I work in healthcare also so i notice these things!!) and everything was brand new! They were so quick with everything my husband and other kids were able to wait out in the car! I have recommended it to many friends who are going to Vegas just in case. All the staff was extremely nice and amazing with my little girl. Katy and Vicky were the RN’s, Sarah was the Tech, and Jen and Gerardo were Registar. Thank you again!!!! I alsolobed how the Dr called to check on my daughter the next day giving it that very personal feeling. If I every need medical aid in Vegas again (hopefully I don’t though 😄) I will go right there!

Great experience and great care provided by Our nurse Danielle and Anthony, our Techs Dedriane And Eric and Noemi! We are here are vacation and my fiancé became very ill. We walked to this facility and they immediately took him back, ran labs and xrays and had results on no time. He tested positive for influenza A and they took such great care of him. We were in and out in an hours time! So thankful they were so wonderful and caring.

My family and I are grateful for the care my husband received at EMC in Las Vegas. We were on vacation and an existing condition became critical while we were in town. I believe the prompt care my husband received saved his life. From the minute we arrived at the door, we were treated with careful concern. Akita met us at our Lyft with a wheelchair and Tara got the necessary papers on a clipboard so I could stay with my husband. Charles, Allan, and Isabel worked with RNs Olivia, Jessica, Karalyn, and Sarah to get my husband on monitors, oxygen, and start testing him. Dr. Karr had a treatment plan ready even before the tests allowed him to fully diagnose my husband's condition. The teamwork was incredible and, through all of this, we were treated with respect and kindness. We thank the whole team from the bottom of our hearts!

My first time in Vegas... Got a very bad sore throat, and googled a medical clinic close to my hotel, and EMC popped out, with the best reviews. Went there @ 7 AM, and was seen from a doctor within minutes! Very friendly and lovely staff, everything so clean and tidy! The reviews were short! This place is awesome! Although I ended up having pharyngitis (ouch!) I have to give a shout out to Noemi, Kim, Milla, Liz and Dave, and of course to Dr. Singh! On a side note, while I was being examined and treated, my boyfriend was sent to the waiting area, where he had cafe mocka and cookies, while watching TV :) Best Medical Place Ever!

Excellent staff; place was impecable as new; MD services were also excellent. My girlfriend was not feeling well she was having problems breathing and losing her voice rapidly. So we looked up for clinics close to our hotel and this pop up in a walking distance. So we decided to go and it was perfect. Really easy process at the front desk with the registration, considering we are from Canada, they explained really well how the process should work with our insurance. Once my gf was in the examination room I was sent to a really nice waiting room (coffee, snacks, tv). They took all necessary tests and gave her the corresponding medication (she got pharyngitis ☹️). We are really grateful for the services provided. Highly recommended.

A pretty bad eye infection brought me to Elite Medical Center. I was greeted at the front desk by Tara, I experienced no wait time. Robert and Anthony took my vitals found out what the problem was and Dr. Karr quickly saw me. Medicare was not yet accepted by this clinic therefore I thought I would have to find another place but Dr. Karr assured me that this would be a complimentary visit. He gave me a prescription for an antibiotic and my eye started to improve by the next day. Kris and Jessica finished my visit at checkout and I couldn’t be more pleased. Honestly, care was excellent as was the staff that I saw. Couldn’t ask for more when you are away from home.

Covid seemed to be 'someone else's' problems until I got a call from a friend I was working with at the election office that her husband came down with Covid and she tested positive. I spent over an hour trying to schedule my husband and I for a Covid rapid test, to no avail. Drove to the Elite Medical Center on Harmon, no appointment, no waiting, clean, organized and was greeted by Noemi in Admitting along with Kayla. WOW! Customer Service at it's best! So wonderful to see this at a Medical facility where you tend to be just another number at other places. Kudos!! Let’s just I have had to live in and out of Er since 2012 from multiple medical issues and 15 different surgeries. I happened to be here in Las Vegas on business and had to make an emergency stop to help my breathing. I woke up at 245 am and was in terrible shape but got right in. They are the only er room that has ever made me feel like I am the only patient there. Never except once when I was rushed to an Ed via ambulance dying have I ever received quicker treatment. Our first time to the US was to Las Vegas from Australia to celebrate my sisters birthday. The last thing you expect is to end up in a medical centre (or hospital). Unexpected medical emergency lead us to Elite Medical Centre. Being from another country we were very nervous to see a doctor we are not familiar with. We have been made to feel very comfortable and walking it was clear it was a very clean and tidy and the ladies at the front desk were very helpful. We waited less than 5 mins before Alyssa and Anthony greeted us and took us to the room my sister would be tested and treated. Alyssa asked the general medical questions before Sandesh arrived to ask for more detail. The service and facilities here are great and comforting when you're so far from home.

This place was literally a life saver!!! My wife happened to go into anaphylactic shock after eating anchovies at Caesar's Palace at their buffet and after some definitive signs of anaphylactic shock we grabbed her, cut the taxi line, and drove over to here and get her with an EpiPen right before he throat was swollen completely shut. This is a very very nice new facility. There was hardly anyone there so my wife was able to get the attention she needed. The rooms are brand new and nice! The waiting area for family members upstairs is super nice and comfortable! They have a wide variety of snacks and drinks free of charge. They take care of patients and family members well! I highly recommend going to them if you have a medical emergency! Plus, they are 24/7!

I'm just going to write about my personal experience this past Friday night. I was greeted by Darwin one of their Security Guards; he was so kind and professional. Between my pain and heart issues his empathy was at the for front. I was checked in almost immediately and taken back to nurse Jessica, and Michelle who were beyond amazing. Then enters this incredibly intelligent, and knowledgeable Dr. Dejong. Wow is all I can say! She's great. Dr. Dejong and her staff were remarkable, and expedient at getting me on my way to healing. I don't go to the ER often, but over the past year I have been to both UCLA Westwood, and Santa Monica a few times, and in my conclusion I will state that the level of care I received at Elite was so much more comprehensive, caring, and at the very least solvers. Thanks to this efficient visit I will boast about my experience for years to come with recommendations to make Elite the facility.

I was diagnosed with strep throat by a teleheath dr and was charged over 100 bucks to get prescribed antibiotics. At elite health Dr. Daugharthy went above and behind to make sure I was taken care of properly and at the lowest cost as possible, it was practically free. I couldn't be more thankful for her she is a real doctor that is trying to take of people and not just make money.

Lightning quick. We showed up and were back being evaluated within seconds. I.V. started, labs drawn, 12 lead EKG done immediately. Lab results were returned quickly, expertly evaluated and explained as well. Those folks really know their lab ranges!!! It's clear they have years of experience. RN Danielle was the best, she was able to clear snow from the television. The tech Eric, was courteous and comedic (best tech ever!). Tech Gena did a great job on 12 lead EKG and even furnished me with a perrier!!! RN Annabelle popped in and flashed a beautiful smile. RN Anthony came in and sat with us and was a calming force in a uncertain, stressful, and hectic scenario. Radiology tech Zaim was courteous and efficient. The person that checked us in was named Noemi and was kind and professional. Even the Security person Daryl greeted us with a smile. Paramedic Lopez brought the patient in in part due to the wonderful reviews. The doctor (DR De Jong) seemed very professional, knowledgeable and caring. All in all a wonderful experience.

I walked in with my 15 month old, hoping that this was an urgent care type of facility, turns to find out it was a Hospital. He was running a high fever so I wasn’t going to leave and go somewhere else, to say the least not excited for the “Hospital Bill”. Anyway my sons fever went down and I spoke with the doctor she was smart and her bed side manner was great! She considered it an evaluation and discharged us. I can’t thank the staff enough at Las Vegas elite. Day one of my vacation felt like I was swallowing glass and coughing to the point I couldn’t stop. For the most part I felt Elite did an excellent job providing health care. I was in and out of the facility 4 times during about 2 weeks. The only real issue I had was on the last admittance,. We were trying to fly home and asked if they could stabilize me for the flight. They said there was nothing they could do. We took our 2 hour flight and had to go immediately to the ER at home. I have since spent an additional 3 days in the hospital. Elite certainly could have administered a pulmicort breathing treatment to help open my lungs. This was one of the first things out ER did. All the previous visits I felt they did a good job but I was quite disappointed in their decisions. When I arrived at our home ER I was only able to breathe at 25% of normal. This is a stellar clinic. It’s actually an ER/Urgent care. Imagine urgent care on steroids. The staff was excellent. The doctor was superb. Issue was quickly diagnosed and a plan in place right away. The location is convenient too. It’s just off the strip. So, for you tourists who drink a little too much and injury yourself or get sick, this is where you want to go. For the Vegas locals, same. The facility was super new & clean.

I came to Elite Medical Center because I have been suffering a pain in my right wrist in for the last 4 weeks. It hurts so hard when I try to grasp things with my right hand. I was very worried because I rarely see a doctor for check ups but Dr. Tang and the whole Elite Medical Staff put me all at ease and got me IN and OUT SUPER FAST! Aside from being very professional, everyone was so positive and helpful. I really felt that they genuinely cared for me. Gloria from the Front Desk was very patient with me and helped me a lot despite I forgot my insurance card at home. RN Anthony wasted no time taking my vitals and getting my thorough medical history. Techs Ken, Charles, and Anthony assisted me in getting my wrist X-rayed (multiple views). Beatriz from the Lab popped in to see if there was anything that she could do. Fortunately, no lab work needed to be done. It took only 5 minutes for Dr. Tang to assess me, do a simple diagnostic test, and come up with my exact diagnosis. He gave me a simple treatment plan and also printed out some information about my diagnosis: De Quervain's tenosynovitis. Charge RN Vicky followed up promptly with discharge instructions and gave me a splint, and got me on my way! No words can express how impressed and satisfied I am with the personal medical care that I experienced! I would recommend Elite Medical Center to any one of my family or friends that need some urgent medical care!

I was in Vegas for my son’s wedding. I woke up on Tuesday, October 23 to find I had no voice. I wanted to find an urgent care close to the Bellagio. I found one but the taxi driver recommended elite bc it was closer to our hotel. The sign said “Elite Medical Center” which made me think that I could receive care for my illness here and that my insurance would cover it. I had to pay a $200 copay bc of it being an emergency room facility. I was not informed of this until after I had seen the doctor. The facility was clean, and the staff was friendly. I just wish the receptionist would have told me up front that my “urgent care” visit was actually an ER visit. Since then, I’ve been told that the staff would do a better job of informing patients about the type of facility this is. I did get medicine and was able to enjoy my son’s wedding.

I had to go to either an urgent care or an emergency room for my health concerns this evening. I was looking at another urgent care that I have been to before when Elite popped up in my feed. It is closer than most of the other hospitals, so I decided to give it a try.. I am so glad that I did. I was in and out in less than 2 1/2 hours and that was with full labs, IV, CT Scan with contrast, reading of report, speaking with all staff, getting prescriptions, discharge, checking out and then home. What a difference. That place is beautiful, the staff is amazing, and it doesn’t matter if your issue is big or small they will treat you Kindly and with respect no matter what. Thank you to the team That took care of me, Danny, Brad, Ken, etc. everybody deserves a shout out there for making it an amazing experience, including the security guard who came right up to us as we parked to make sure I didn’t need assistance inside the building.. we need more ELITE MEDICALS in Las vegas

if you MUST get a SARS-CoV-2 test for travel, i MUST recommend the CLIA-Certified and FDA EUA-test-providing *Elite Medical Center*: went on a Sat PM - no line, no waiting; was assisted immediately upon entering; after filling out 4 pages of paperwork (easy), was seen immediately; everyone was professional, nice, and accommodating. i can't emphasize how FAST and EFFICIENT the whole process was, except to say: I was in and out in 6 Minutes. their website-stated "24-48 hours for Results" was shortened the day i was there...to: 3 HOURS. Since their lab is on-site, i had my PDF and my 'travel-papers' via text, before dinner. so, basically - because They Could, at that moment - i got professional-, express-service with a big smile. I can also believe and expect that they would do the same for complicated situations (as they are also an Emergency & in-patient facility, too), even while they might be experiencing a larger patient-load. i am thoroughly-impressed, and will return...if needed!

If you require medical care in Las Vegas, I highly recommend Elite Medical Centre. The facility is sparkling clean without feeling sterile. The staff was very helpful and kind. I'm right in the middle of open enrollment at my job and will be changing to Aetna after the first of the year but Kaiser is what I have until then. I looked for in LV for days trying to find a clinic to tend to my ingrown toe nails, no-one could give me an answer about accepting my insurance but EMC did. The procedure went well and as much as it should have been uncomfortable I walked right out and didn't even have to do a copay. They are working it out with Kaiser billing so I don't have to deal with it. Thanks again EMC you guys and gals are FIRST CLASS!!!

These folks were awesome. Short trip from my hotel. 5 minute walk from the strip. I had an allergic reaction, they got me in and out with a steroid shot in a matter of 30 minutes. I barely had time to fill out my paper work before they had already taken me back. Very friendly and through in their explanation of their diagnosis and why. If you find yourself in an unfortunate situation as I did these guys will have you back doing your thing in no time!

From the moment i arrived at the clinic i was given immediate and professional attention to my injuries .The staff from the receptionist, to the nurses, and the doctors treated me with compasdion and a high standard of care . All helped me feel at ease and addresd my needs in a very efficient and effective manner. This clinic is much better than most hospitals. The clinic is very clean, orderly, well equipped, with an excellent staff. I am very pleased to have been fortunate to find the clinic in my hour of need. Special thanks to Dr. David for his attention, explanation of my condition, and fantastic tresment of my injuries. I highly recommend this clinic for immediate medical care.

I cannot be happier with our experience at Elite Medical Center. We're from Canada and someone stole my wife's inhaler. We didn't realize until it was almost midnight. We were panicking as it seemed like the only option was to go into a medical center. We were worried about going as back home, the only medical centers opened late are the ER which is minimum 6 hour wait and we usually end up waiting for 8-9 hours. (Same as our clinics back home.) Before we even finished filing out paperwork, the nurses were ready to take us back. I'd say we were in and out within 30 minutes, from signing in, registering, having the nurses take a look, and then having the doctor write up a prescription. I've never witnessed a medical center so efficient and with such friendly staff. We wanted to thank Kathie from the Registrar, the RNs Liz and Brad. The Techs, Danny, Nelgie, and Alan. And of course Dr. Mazz. As a Canadian, I have to say, I would way rather be paying for medical care here than receive free healthcare back home. Without a doubt this team and facility was extremely professional. Whatever your medical need may be, whether you're a local or from out of town, give these guys a visit.

Our property has been working with Elite since the onset of the pandemic. I have absolutely nothing but KUDOS for the entire team but I want to give a special shout out to Tijera Varnado who comes to our property regularly. Tijera is the most kind, compassionate and gentle person doing a really hard job right now. She makes us comfortable and has become an extended member of our Westgate family. I've also tested recently at the Elite facility and would like to recognize Kristen S, Brittany C and Tiana S who got us in quickly and were utterly lovely. Elite Medical Center Las Vegas provides Elite level comprehensive patient care. Huge thanks to Dr. Mazzorrana, RNs Brad & Liz, ER Tech Danny, Lab Tech Nelgie, and Registrars Kathy, Jennifer and Noami for their exception care of our daughter. Being out of state on vacation with our child facing an emergency health issue was scary. As soon as we arrived, the entire staff was attentive and immediately began testing and treatment while continuously communicating the status of her condition. We highly recommend this medical center. They even called the next day with follow-up lab results and to check on how she was recovering. EXCEPTIONAL!
