Dr. Singh is awesome, well worth waiting to see, he is extremely knowledgeable and he has performed multiple surgeries with special needs on both my parents and would explain procedures so we could understand clearly. Kelsey RondeauAfter 2 visits to the ED with my father-in-law within a few days, I was on my way back in for the 3rd time and called West MI Cardiology and spoke with nurse Laurie (the ED referred us there). Laurie gathered information, talked it over with other staff, and gave me the words I needed to advocate for additional tests and get answers. I'm confident that Laurie is the reason they didn't send my FIL back home immediately and kept him long enough to get the answers we needed. So thankful for her encouragement to go back in and how she empowered me to effectively advocate for my FIL!
Vern MisnerDr. Singh always makes your appointment very comfortable and is always honest and straight forward about things. His receptionist Ann ALWAYS greets you with a smile and makes you feel comfortable.
David YoderI saw the medical assistant, the nurse practitioner, and a student observer, but after one and one half hours the doctor still had not come in, so I walked out. Totally unacceptable. No apologies from anyone either.
