This is the best hospital I have ever been too. Their receptionists were welcoming, and their lobby is decorated so beautifully. They offer a variety of free snacks and drinks in the waiting room. I filled out quick paperwork and was seen almost immediately by my doctor, William Fisher, whom genuinely cared about me and getting me thoroughly checked for all possibilities. All of my nurses were so kind and comforting, and the entire staff had great personalities. At the end of my visit, I expressed to them how thankful and impressed I was for their exceptional care. You absolutely won’t regret coming here!

Everyone here is seriously the nicest ever. I saw and talked to about 7 of their staff, and every one of them was so comforting. Dr. Vincent had great bedside manner and I could tell he cared about what I had going on. They were able to do all of my testing in minutes. Highly recommend to anyone looking to avoid long ER wait times.

Dr. Jason Gukhool was extremely professional and is an excellent ER Physician. Great bedside manner! We had no wait time, they immediately called us back to a room where my daughter was able to lay down. They did the lab work in no time. My daughter tested positive for flu. They gave her a steroid shot and we walked out with the recommended prescriptions. Their staff were awesome-Arlene, Jasmine, Clarissa, Victoria, Maria, Mary and Birgit. Thank you! I took my 3 year old son here to be seen and had an excellent experience. The check in process was quick and easy. We were seen within 5-10 minutes. His care team was kind and thorough. Dr. Antill, Victoria and Nina made him comfortable and gave him 5 star care. Would have 10/10 recommend this place for your emergency care needs.

I absolutely loved everything about this place! Everything was very quick and efficient. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Jamie the registrar is a pro at getting you signed in and back really fast. Both of the nurses Martin and Victoria were THE BEST. Nina, Olivia, Vickie and Ryan were all Phenomenal! & I can’t forget about Dr. Fisher. He was so funny and the nicest Dr. I’ve ever had a pleasure of seeing. He really cared for me and my concerns. I would say I’d be back but I’m kind of hoping I don’t have to ever come back lol

My experience from the minute we walked through the door was exceptional. This place is top notch and their staff is too. I have to brag on Mary. She went way out her way to make me feel more comfortable especially while waiting for my results. You could truly tell she cared about me and my welll being. She also continued to check on me throughout my visit. Very impressed with the place as a whole and hands down Mary is phenomenal.

Ive had to take two kids here so far and each time the staff, Nurses and Doctors have been amazing. I definitely recommend! Dr. Serrano, Jessica, Valerie, Jazmin Sara and Tyler are an awesome crew! As busy they where , they still treated everyone timely and accurately! Thank y'all!

To the front desk nurses doctor ultrasound tech and nurse desk, you guys were amazing!! Very fast to the point service. The doctor was amazing!! Ultrasound tech you were very tentative. Thanks a lot everyone. I cam in on 1/31/2023@ 12:36 was out in about an 11/2 hours. AMAZING

Overall not a great experience second time around. The staff made it apparent they had more patients than they could handle and their lack of communication between doctors and nurses was evident when I would ask one staff member about the status of something the doctor discussed with me and the nurse had no idea what I was talking about. I would go there again if I needed immediate stitches or something simple, but if you have anything more complex like severe pain, swelling etc. don’t expect to leave with any peace of mind or answers because they just don’t have the equipment there to handle complex concerns. Your CT scan will never show anything and your basic blood test will always be negative. At best they send you home with a general guess based on symptoms, or a very politically correct statement like “well, we know what it isn’t” so they wont have anything negative come back on them. The nursing staff is very pleasant, I just don’t think Dr. Fischer has the expertise needed to address most complex concerns. I followed up with another Dr. the day after my ER visit and he fully listened and took care of the issue right away.
