Eventually I always get my supplies. In 1 year I have received 2 timely orders. My insurance changed 1/17 and yet they have billed my old insurance in February, March, April and May. I moved in April and updated my address. Today when ordering my supplies they STILL only had my old address on file... we'll see where order is delivered to. I am generally pro Unity Point and only seek treatment under their umbrella....this is CLEARLY their weakest branch. I switched from Hammer Medical as forced by my insurance...meaning I have no choice.

I live in a Ankeny and receive services through their in home infusion services. My regular infusion nurse is amazing (Kristen). She is professional and really knows how to access my port. Julia and Malia are 2 in home Infuison nurses that have been great when Kristen is off work and I am in need of a my port accessed.

If you're looking for the DME store, the directions are a bit wonky. Google Maps gets you to the beginning of the Northeast side of Aurora Business Park. UnityPoint at Home is located on the Northwest end and faces North. Look for the ROYAL BLUE awning , building #9.
