Jaimi and her team were amazing and they informed us really well on what to do and how to treat at home! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the headache and let the professionals take care of it. 5STARS!!! They’re screened myself, my son and my daughter. Very easy process and well worth it. We ended up buying the oil! Thank you guys!!!!

This was our first time having lice. Once discovered, we ran out and bought lice-removal products, oils, and special shampoos. We also bought chemical sprays to treat our home. It got expensive quickly! We stayed up so many nights past midnight (sometimes until 3am), combing our hair with special combs and treating our home. None of which worked to kill the lice and get rid of the nits fully. I did an online search and found Jaimi and LCA. We didn't want to mess with lice anymore, so we did as suggested and brought our entire household to get checked out. This place is wonderful- honest, professional, clean, and courteous. Jaimi educates during the process so you can understand how to stay lice-free. Those of us who needed treatment received it. My child received the full treatment, and I received the express. The process worked SO well. We are around a month from being treated by the Air Alle device. The Air Alle dehydration process killed EVERYTHING- chemicals do not work! Thanks, Jaimi!!!

This service was amazing!! They were so through and explained the process to us. They made us comfortable throughout the whole visit and gave us tips on how to be proactive on preventing lice in the future. Also they got us in on the same day we called in and our kids were lice free by the time we left!! We highly recommend the LCA to everyone!!

My kindergartner picked up lice from some kids on the bus. Before coming here we tried Nix and even left the product in for twice the amount of time. Once you rinsed the Nix out though the bugs “came back to life” and were not dead. We are now lice-free thanks to the amazing folks at the clinic. They were professional, the office was clean, and after fighting these bugs for over 3 months, I wish I’d contacted them sooner. For under $200 it is totally worth the peace of mind and they even guarantee their work.

Amazing service and absolutely LOVED the lady that helped my hair!!! Iesaha you are amazing at what you do, thank you so much!! They do a heat treatment to get rid of all bugs and a oil treatment for the nits. So glad I was able to come in today!!

This place is such a relief! Knowing that a professional is going to put your mind at ease when you leave. The gal that answered the phone and scheduled our appointment was friendly and helpful. The staff member that took care of our hair was friendly, helpful and very informative. She was able to help us decide on products too. This place is great, but I hope we don’t return!

I have been battling lice with my girls since April. We have done over the counter treatments, combing, replacing pillows and brushes, and trips beyond trips to the laundromat. Yesterday the day care turned us away and told us my girls couldn't come back until we had this issue taken care of. Already well over $400 in over the counter products, new hair supplies etc, I broke down. I got online and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Jamie was so nice. I was feeling defeated, overwhelmed, and just plain exhausted. She reassured me that they were going to help and she certainly did! She never made me feel uncomfortable about anything and was so very patient with my 2 year old who was just as over all of this as I was. When I left I really couldn't thank her enough for being so kind and understanding, and just how helpful she was. Not to mention I was so relieved to know that this struggle wasn't only mine and lots of families from all walks of life are fighting this battle too. Thank you thank you sooooo much from the bottom of my heart! I would recommend this place a million times over for any parent who is struggling with this issue!!!

We had our first case of lice EVER this summer. After combing through my daughters hair yesterday we resorted to Lice Clinics of America. Jamie and her daughter were AMAZING! They were professional, caring, calming and soooo knowledgeable! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Don’t mess around with weeks of combing and drug store options just to end up being frustrated. If you find lice, come here immediately. You won’t be disappointed!

Wow! If you are dealing with lice this is the place to go! I have 5 kids and wanted to double check I didn’t have lice after combing kids who did have them out! It offered great piece of mind! Plus they sell a Chemical free oil treatment that is much safer than what they sell in stores.

We treated my daughter's hair with Nix, and days later found nits hatching, it didn't even kill them. We wasted $25 on a toxic product that damaged my daughter's hair and didn't even work. When I called Lice Clinics of America they were very helpful & friendly, they explained how their toxic free hot air treatment works and all the different options. I like how they check all the family's hair as well. It's nice to leave with confidence that the lice are all gone and not worry for weeks or months about reinfestation.

We have four people in our family and I was certain at least two of us had lice. I called Lice Clinics of America in the late afternoon and had an appointment for the family the very next morning. After screening all four of us only one case was confirmed and the peace of mind leaving the clinic lice free is priceless! Jaimi was fantastic! She is kind, knowledgeable and very understanding! Excellent service from ClinicTechnicians, Jaimi and Fallon at this Windsor Heights location. Our 34 year old daughter with Down Syndrome somehow contracted lice. This was our first ever experience with lice and the thought of our daughter having lice made us ill. Thank goodness for this clinic and for Jaimi & Fallon. Fallon provided our daughter’s service and she did great! I highly recommend this clinic.
