Reviews of Saint Joseph Hospital

I have been getting my annual mammograms here for several years and each time I'm impressed with the facility and staff. Everyone I've encountered is friendly, professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The techs are warm spirited and always strive to make the imaging process as comfortable as possible. The facility is impeccably clean. Although it's a medical office, it still feels comfortable. They have a complementary valet service, too, which is a very nice touch since parking is limited.

So I (m 35) and my wife (f 36) welcomed our newest member of the family. We were fortunate to have chosen St. Joe’s hospital. Every member of the staff, from the kind knowledgeable doctors, all the way down to the cleaning staff, were so great. I felt so well treated. I can’t stress enough how far out the way every employee went for me and my wife. Special shout out to the nurses! If you’re thinking about choosing this hospital, I would recommend to friends and family!

Had our baby here and received top-notch care from all staff in all parts of the process. The labor/delivery and postpartum areas are very nice!
Had to go back into the ER a week later, and wasn’t quite as smooth of an experience, but they did allow my wife to be seen quicker than what could’ve been because she needed to feed the baby. Overall the care team in the ER was nice, just took a little bit to get seen, like any normal busy ER.

I came in on Wednesday, for both of my arms after a skating accident. It was the best experience I’ve ever had in a hospital, especially here in Denver. From the security, registration, vitals, x rays, everything. Everyone was beyond polite, understanding, seemed to care. They all made me feel very comfortable and safe. It really means a lot when you have a good experience in places like a hospital, especially dealing with unknown injuries at the time. I want to thank everyone who helped me out. I know out of thousands of interactions and hundreds of reviews, mine is just a grain of sand but I wanted to post this so y’all know just how much the help and service, and honestly beyond that, the humanity, meant to me. Thank you again.

All the medical staff assigned to my care during recent surgery at St. Joseph’s are exceptional. The hospital itself is a wonderful facility and everything from check in, to being wheeled to the car afterwards was done with kindness and efficiency. Everyone was truly wonderful and if I would ever be in need of medical care or surgery again, I would absolutely want to be at St. Joseph’s. Very grateful to my surgeon and the anesthetist, and the exceptional nursing staff - I was anxious and emotional, and you all were compassionate and kind and left me with no doubts that I was in the best hands possible. Thank you!

The staff was very caring and professional. I was told exactly what I was going to have happen and how long it would take. Staff made sure I was comfortable and there were no issues. I felt that this is the best hospital in the state, and the staff cares about the patients. I am glad I was referred to St. Joseph’s.

Went in for surgery due to cancer, all the doctors and nurses were extremely kind and gentle. Surgery went well with no issues, the nurses in recovery are so nice to you and make you feel comfortable. Overall a very calming stay with them.

The hospital and the staff we encountered were excellent.
The two issues we had were:
First, The cafeteria. We called every 5 minutes for more than an hour and couldn’t get breakfast ordered. I had to go to the cafe and purchase a breakfast sandwich and juice for my wife.
Second, my wife was admitted for tests but the wait between tests is many hours. She has been here for 22 hours now and has only received 3 of 6 scheduled tests.

I have had 3 stays in St Joseph and 6 ER visits in the ER over 4 years, so I have seen this hospital from the inside at all hours, and over the years. All the staff are kind, patient, they listen, and explain everything well. Being in the ER is very stressful and they realize that and act accordingly...supportive, showing confidence, good nature, and good spirits, and focusing on me. I have once been in for 2 weeks for surgery, and the staff - doctors, admin, and the doctors were generous with time, listened to my concerns, were always professional and helpful. There is also excellent pastoral help.

During my 4 day stay for surgery I commented to the hospital staff that the "Hilton Hotels have nothing on this place." Staff is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous with smiles on their faces all the time, and good people to be around. BEST hospital I've ever visited in the Denver Metropolitan area. I give them 5 Stars.
Linda Hardin
I had an outpatient procedure last month at St Joe's and found the process to be seamless. There was much support between the staff and myself. The attending technician (Christopher Dyke) was clearly highly skilled and was very professional and empathetic in his manner. Thank you so much for your wonderful care!
Jayme Lilevjen
Saint Joseph Hospital is one of the best I've ever had to go to. The place is clean, the staff brought tears to my eyes on how caring they were and just overall made me feel like I was important and not just another person or job to them. Highly recommend. Amazing!

Staff was really nice. Thorough doctor's! I felt like a person here, everything was explained throughout my visit. Nurses were great, friendly and comforting.

To begin I had the most Amazing doctors and nurse’s couldn’t have asked for anything better. I had a difficult labor, all my nurses and doctors were so loving and caring towards me and my beautiful baby boy. Always checking on me and making sure i was always confortable. I will be coming back for all my labors. I absolutely love Saint Josephs Hospital. ( My healthy ST Joes baby) ♥️

Our family has always received quality care at St Joseph Hospital.
Outpatient surgery staff, doctors, anesthesiologists have all been superb. I have been going to St Joseph Hospital for over 20 years and have yet to have a bad stay or visit.

First time in a hospital. Staff and doctors were great. Surgery went smooth. I felt I was in good hands thru out the whole experience. Thank you!
Kodi Keller
Another good experience here at St Joe's. Not perfect but in the 1 small issue they had, they did what they could to correct best they could. Something's are beyond control and you just deal with as they arise. Staff did great job and, I thank you for the care.
Richard Carver
The personal at Saint Joseph Hospital were great in taking care of my health needs. I am making a full recovery because of their health care skills.
Carolyn Wake
I was greeted with common courtesy, kindness and understanding. They took good care of me and helped to calm all my fears, concerns and answered all my questions. Thank you all for helping me feel very comfortable. God bless!

Misti Steiger-Ashby
I just had a hysterectomy. I could not have asked for a more caring or knowledgeable team. Recovery has been smooth. My team of doctors and nurses have been astounding. The room service here is amazing. I feel so blessed to have had this procedure here. Thank you, to my nurses and doctors. Thank you so much.
Raya Shines
I absolutely recommend this hospital for urgent emergency needs. Wonderful experience!! Staff members were very personable, caring, attentive, informative. The amount of urgency shown toward my time there as well as my heath concerns were very validating. It's so nice to be heard!!
Judy Clark
The staff, nurses, and doctors were awesome. Very caring, informative, and good at their bed side manner. The only thing that was difficult to handle is made to leave your child at the hospital after major surgery because of restrictions on visiting hours. I’m not visiting my child, I’m supporting and reducing anxiety/stress, which a hospital should know is important to recovery.
Scott Goldberg
Could not have gone more smoothly, rom the reception desk to being discharged. Nurse Jesse was fantastic. I had a fantastic surgeon and all the support staff were great. I've had Kaiser insurance for 11 years and see no reason to make any changes.
Sarah Lamm-White
I had an amazingly positive experience at St. Joseph Hospital on 6/17/2022. I was scheduled for a thyroid nodule biopsy and was worried about a positive result. From the very beginning on 6/17/22, every employee was welcoming: complimentary valet; the welcome desk; the pre-op nurses, the RNs who prepared me for this surgical procedure, and those who watched over me after the procedure. It could not have been better!
M M
I am utterly impressed with the facility and the staff, most especially the Labor & Delivery team. My newborn and I received exceptional service and compassionate care throughout our stay. Thanks, St. Jo's for the awesome experience.
Buffy “Buffy” Wojciehowski
My first mammogram and I had no idea what to expect. The Breast Center was clean, friendly staff and super efficient! I went with my twin and we had appointments at the same time. The staff were very nice and had us in and out in less than 30 minutes! Results were back in a few days! Overall, I was super impressed and would recommend this place to anyone who needs a mammogram!
M Winkler
Staff was extremely efficient. They kept me informed about the procedure and any delays. I felt comfortable and respected. I would recommend St Joseph to anyone in need of hospitalization.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the ER crew who took care of me a few days ago. Had a really good experience, everyone made me feel calm and made me laugh so I was in good hands. I was thoroughly examined and diagnosed.

I protectected the old, "Exempla St Joseph Hospital" from 1992-2003 back when it was the double towers on Franklin st. I was one of the daytime security officers. Its sad to have seen the towers gone. I spent 11 years protecting them, but I'm glad to see St Joseph STILL around & having made progress. I loved the staff & miss them terribly . God speed St Joseph ✝️
Stacey Owsiany
I had such an amazing experience at St. Joe's. I was transferred there from another hospital and was met with so much kindness and compassion. The staff took their time explaining what was wrong with me. The doctors were quick to take the edge off. Their observation rooms are really nice and comfortable. I felt truly cared for and not as if I was a burden (which is how I felt at the first hospital).
Paul Barnes
My mother was a patient here for a week. The doctors and nurses were compassionate and competent. There were some weak points though. Communication with us, the family, was spotty. The nurse would call for respiratory care, and it would not come, and would call again and again. Just seemed like things were not really well organized.
William Lind
The free Valet saved me time, Gary was wonderful! He gave me my MRI and explained everything. Directions on procedure were easy to understand. The hospital was very clean and organized. Great experience!
Alex Anderson
I've never been to a more competent, clean, and friendly hospital. While this was my first time ever being admitted to a hospital personally, I have dealt with many hospitals in the past due to many family health issues.
I have always been wary of hospitals due to malpractice causing my father's death and the mistreatment and misdiagnosis of my mother who is still recovering from the poor care at other hospitals.
I was so incredibly lucky to be taken to St. Joe's for my emergency surgery and so grateful to the emergency room nurse (Aries), surgery team (Dr. Griffth, Priscilla, and staff), and the medicine west team (Maggie, Julian, Pearl, Abbey, and Annie) for giving me the best care possible.
Justine Taylor
Recently, I had several appointments at the Cancer Center of Colorado at Saint Joseph Hospital. The entire staff, the Valet, check-in receptionists, Medical Assistants, medical NP Katie Snell, Lab Tech, and Infusion Nurses, were polite, caring, courteous, and provided EXCELLENT TREATMENT. Katie Snell, NP has been the BEST medical provider I have ever encountered!
Haleemah K
This was the most professional, kind, genuine and sincere service I have ever experienced in a Colorado hospital. The wait was long but the Dr's and nurses were working while we we're waiting. They ran all the tests and kept us informed about everything that was happening. By the time we got to the room, all the test results were back and right after the nurse talked to us the Dr came in. All the staff really listened and talked with sincere kindness and genuine care for people as if they were caring for their own family member. The surrounding hospitals need to take training from your staff. Props to you for a perfect ER experience !!! We will always use this hospital and its services from here on out.

I had the most positive experience during my ER visit the other day. Within 5 minutes I was meeting with a doctor and within within 15 minutes I was seen by a hand specialist in the observation room that I was moved to. I received outstanding care during my required overnight stay to stop a rapidly spreading infection. The care I was given exceeded my expectations during this pandemic. God bless our Healthcare workers.
Johanna Whalen
Great facility with excellent personnel! I had the best possible experience with out patient knee replacement.
Bandele Ganiyu
Breast Center is excellent; I've been going there for about 10 years.
James Esteban
I came in for a Biospy and a tumor removal. I was very impressed with their protocol as I moved from one area to another. They were always careful to ask me what I was there for. I was kept comfortable and I love the new blankets with the warm air circulating through them. I met my Surgeon whom I already knew and my anesthesiologist. The staff is very friendly and supportive. I've always liked going there even though I tend to be quite scared of surgery.
Jason DiManna
Recently had surgery and had to spend a night. The facility is amazing, my son was born at St. Joe’s 14 years ago in the old building and what a change. The new building and equipment were awesome and appeared cutting-edge, beds were comfortable but the hidden asset were the people. The staff was excellent, caring, I had no complaints. Some areas were staffed lightly due to the current political situation of 2021. That being said I was always able to have any concern or issue I was experiencing addressed.
I am worried with the current mandate they will lose some great employees which will be disappointing. Choice is everything.
Michelle Krag
Great and caring staff from so many departments or functions.
Only one but important lack was not one asked if I wanted or needed a wash cloth towel or soap or a toothbrush or toothpaste to freshen up as I was admitted without a family member or friend who could have brought those small items of comfort.
I understand keeping costs down and that a majority of the old fashioned welcome tubs of these items re usually wasted but they should still at least be offered for a little necessary comfort for an unexpected stay for those guests who need them.
John Aragon
The staff is perfection at its highest. The only problem was my fistula was clogged on Sat, April 2nd, so I received no dialysis treatment. . On Monday, April 4th, I entered the hospital for a fistulagram was performed to clean out the blood clot and to clean out my fistula in my arm. I was able to go to dialysis on Tuesday April 5th with no problems. However on Thursday April 7th, my fistula had another clot, so I could not get any treatment. Plus my arm has been bleeding since Thursday April 7th to April 13th.
I am going back to Kaiser to find out why I am still bleeding in my arm.
I have had problems with this arm fistula in the past, so I don't blame the doctors.
Great hospital and I will continue to go there when it is required

Going to the emergency room is never a great experience but they did an amazing job here , the wait was about 2 hours but that’s expected with a busy location . All the staff including drs were very sweet and patient. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable and listened to my concerns without rushing me . Over all I feel the wait time is worth getting the proper care , You don’t go into ER to get rushed and then sent away , you go to get treatment and be cared for . I will surly come here every time .

I’ve recently relocated to Denver. This was my first screening mammogram here. The Breast Center staff was kind, efficient, competent and friendly. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I’m very glad I chose SJH for this evaluation. I would appreciate a “wait for results” option; it was available at my former center in Chicago and truly reduced my anxiety.
Thank you!

I'd like to give an enormous shout-out to Meghan and Alex, who accompanied me on my first journey at Saint Joseph's. I had a Coronary CAT Scan this morning, and they made what might have been an unsettling and nerve-wracking experience endurable - and actually as pleasant as any such matter can be.
I very much appreciated their matter-of-fact way of talking me through every step - and everything happened EXACTLY as they said it would. I felt more at ease from the very first second and am also grateful for the "door-to-door" service of being accompanied back to the waiting area.
Sharon Hill
I recently had to have a DAT Scan and everyone couldn't have been nicer, more helpful, and made my experience a good one. Great place and great staff.
Nancy Melton
We had a wonderful experience in the ER, Intermediate Care and Procedural Cardiology. The staff were kind and helpful. Every single person we had contact with were great. This is a exceptional hospital.

Thankfully we moved from denver health to Saint Josephs Hospital for the birth of our baby. They have been very attentive to my wife and her needs and had a successful birth process after she had a rupture in her placenta and she was needing to bee induced. Overall experience was phenomenal from the nurses down to the housekeepers. Mama T. Was our house keeper very respectful and very good at her job enjoyed having her in our room helping us keeping it clean. Our nurses and midwife tori and jennifer were great at making sure everything went well with the baby and my wife. Haylee the nurse would continuously check in on both my wife and the baby making sure they were ok, Summer the lactation nurse making sure that the baby got her nutrients and teaching us how to have her latch was very helpful. I appreciate the hard work from every single person and hope their bosses look at my review because overall with the visits and the nurses we got, they deserve a raise for sure!
Clarissa Cordova
I had the most wonderful nurse's helping me during my recovery from a partial hysterectomy. Carla and Molly on the 4th floor. They were both exceptional at their jobs. They made me feel at ease when I was in a lot of pain. Nurse Carla came to check on me every 2 hour's if not more, even got me multiple hot blankets throughout my night. Molly was very encouraging to have me walk and made sure I safely got back to my bed even though I want technically not her patient.
Karna Hall
I love this ER staff, Dr. Kaplan and the facilities. They are amazing, caring and very efficient.
This is a review that I left after our experience at Lutheran Hospital ER!
*Lutheran* - I would give them a 0 Star review if it would let me. So ridiculous. We have been here 5 1/2 hours with my husband having sever cramping and in major pain in his back and chest, and are no closer to be being seen than we were when we got here. I decided to look up the reviews for something to to do and see exactly what everyone is talking about. My husband is on his way up to the desk to get the unnecessary IV taken out so we can go to another hospital for care!!
Update on this review: We spent another hour waiting to get the IV out of his arm so we could leave. So 6 1/2 hours total spent at Lutheran ER never being seen by a DR!
***We ended up going to St. Joe's the next day, since it was already 2:00am. we waited to go to St. Joe's at a better hour. As it turns out my husband had a large blood clot on his lung. In a 6 1/2 hour time frame we drove to St. Joe's from Wheat Ridge, were seen within 30 min, had blood work and a CT Scan, Dr. Kaplan's diagnosis and treatment plan, drove out to Kaiser got all of the prescriptions and drove back home. I live about 5 blocks from Lutheran but will never go back there for any type of treatment especially Emergency!***
LOVE ST. JOE's!!
David Brown
My wife’s feeding tube needed to be replaced. They told us it would take 2 visits. When we arrived we were informed that the device was on hand and would be replaced that day saving us time and money. The staff was excellent and treated my wife with respect and dignity. Highly recommend this facility.
Mark Taht
I went to get an ultrasound imaging. The front desk told me I needed to still wear a mask due to their concerns from COVID-19 even though I had been vaccinated in April. This was completely fine for me.
The clerk at the Ultrasound department was very diligent and polite as was the ultrasound technician and of course they made me feel safe.
I had a very pleasant experience.

I don't have the words to say ,to those people working at the saint Joseph hospital, you are wonderful ,you did a good job

I had to spend the evening in the emergency room last night. Everyone was so amazing! They were fast, efficient and so kind.
I’m so grateful for the wonderful care that my family always receives at this hospital.

This is the best place. Everyone is always so kind and friendly. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Thank you to all the nurses and doctors that took care of my father. Especially Nurse Erin for being really patient, kind, and understanding. You're the best.
Brenda Lujan
Everything went very smoothly. Everyone that I encountered was very kind and understanding. Made me feel comfortable with is difficult in the hospital usually. And everything was on time no delay. I appreciated every moment of it.

The observation unit, I would have to give five star they made me feel comfortable I like the conversations and the laughter we had, they have good bedside manners, every body in the whole unit deserves a five star!! Thank you for making me feel relaxed and comfortable

I love this hospital so much! I had a really hard pregnancy, I was in & out the hospital many times because my Placenta was very low so I struggle with feeling my son during my pregnancy I would only feel him if I drank something very very cold or ate something very spicy. On September 22nd 2020 I went in to get check into why I couldn’t feel my son even after trying every method they had told me to do. Came to find out I was out of fluid, they transfer me upstairs where they would start to induce me, I was 37 weeks& 7 day days which meant that I would turn 38 weeks on September 23rd. Well before i got induce they allowed me to get something very delicious because I had not ate for 1 day & half with all the nausea. I ate around 11am I didn’t get induce until 6:00 pm. They have gave me a pill to have my cervix start dilating but I was already dilated into 1 cThey checked me again at 6am & I was still 1 cm open, by 10 am they wanted to start my labor a little bit quicker so they were talking about entering the balloon will by around 11:30 AM they came in rushing telling me that my son had really high blood pressure and that I wouldn’t be able to have him natural that I had to go into a C-section I kid you not I never thought I would have to go through a C-section but does experience that I had with them was one of the most amazing labor and delivery I’ve ever had. Not only that after my C-section I was throwing up like crazy because of all the medication and they stood there throughout the whole way making sure I was ok and my son was OK they were always check in to make sure we didn’t need any help and if we needed it we can call them. A week later past exactly my son due date and I had to get my appendix removed and oh my God I was so scared because I had just went through a C-section Surgery for them to tell me that I had to go through another surgery in less than a week but man they did an amazing job because I recovered so quickly this hospital deserves millions of stars thank you so much St. Joseph💕 my son was born September 23rd 2020

I had such a great experience in this hospital. I had surgery for a broken leg earlier this summer and had to stay overnight. The recovery floor was clean, inviting, and quiet. All of the nurses were absolutely wonderful. So accommodating and caring. The food was actually pretty good too! The hospital is very aesthetically pleasing and we appreciated the free valet parking. Absolutely would recommend Saint Joseph's for surgery!
Ursula Dombrowski
Very pleased with the care during my recent procedure at the hospital.

This place is fantastic. My wife had major surgery and was treated great. The staff was awesome, keeping me informed during the surgery and the recovery. You never want to spend time in a hospital, but if you have to, this is the place.
Holly Houser
I got my Covid vaccine there today and WOW! It was a well-oiled machine. The entire experience was easy to follow and the staff were SO patient and friendly! I was expecting the experience to feel rushed and impersonal but it was so opposite. Awesome job rolling out this huge vaccine endeavor!!

With my first visit to this facility after traveling 6 hours, I was very pleased with all staff members I came into contact with from the beginning to the end of this visit. My comfort was paramount from that beginning to the end. GREAT experience all the way around.
Stefano de Peppo
I had a fantastic experience at this Hospital. Living in NYC unfortunately I am used to rudeness, overcrowded hospitals, so when I checked in at the ER for a little cardiac scare and EVERYBOdy was extremely nice and kind, I was almost shocked! From the ER (dr Smith and dr Young and all nurses really great!) I was hospitalized for one night in a room that could have been almost a very nice hotel single room. Everything super clean, everybody super efficient, cordial and kind. All the exams/tests were done quickly and efficiently.
All the nurses at 6th floor were amazing.
And I think it will be hard to find a more patient, kind, emphatic and efficient doctor than dr David Jackson.
Thank you!!
Beth Trinh
Valet service excellent! Hospital was clean and staff were very nice! Outpatient services was very efficient. I was seen very quickly after checking in.

I went to the emergency room yesterday for an issue I was having with my throat. They quickly diagnosed it as a potentially life-threatening inflammation of a part of my throat after having a CT scan. The physician assistant and most of the nurses were fantastic. I was on meds and back home after only a few hours. Now I'm feeling better and able to swallow without pain for the first time in several days... Not to mention that last night was the first night of more than a couple of hours sleep in over a week.
Only hiccup was the initial nurse who hopefully was just learning his job. He was a bit of what I would describe as a bro-man. I think he saw throat pain on my chart and immediately went to what most people currently have (which I also have on top of the other issue) which was a respiratory virus. When I describe my situation and the issues that I was having in my throat which were clearly not a normal sore throat, he completely ignored everything that I said. He was also not prepared with any of the usual equipment that he needed and after asking me questions left me three times mid-sentence while I was responding to his questions to go get other things that he'd forgotten. When he passed on information to the physician assistant he told the physician assistant that I had a simple sore throat. After I explained the same symptoms to the physician assistant I heard him later talking to that nurse saying it was not a simple sore throat and that I would be getting a CT scan to figure out the issue. No need for lower rating since everyone has to learn their job at some time, and the correct diagnosis was quickly made.
Thank goodness for good doctors and a good facility. If it had not been diagnosed quickly, I potentially could have died (or ended up with a tracheotomy at minimum). Thank you St Joseph!
Yesenia Jimenez
Great experience, great staff. They make you feel very comfortable. I finally found a place were they really take their patients seriously. Thank you so much
Cory Donovan
Had the best experience yet in hospital here. The staff from beginning to end went above and beyond to assist me with my injury. I had initially thought I had a bad sprain from snowboarding and thought I could tough it out through the night without seeing a doctor. The pain grew so unbearable I went to the ER. Dr. Dearstyne got to me very quickly and after asking a few questions, observed my level of pain (I was literally shaking in pain) and provided me adequate pain relievers and swelling reducers. I nearly teared up when she did this for me so quickly. All of the staff were very kind and had great senses of humor and made my visit enjoyable during such pain. The financing department also greatly worked with me given my financial status. I am forever grateful for their help and hope the highest management receives my feedback.

I had a very caring and good experience at Saint Joseph's Hospital with my out-patient surgery. Thank you to the whole team for such comprehensive and good care.

Really grateful to the staff at St. Joseph. Had a bit of an unexpected emergency today while receiving a vaccine and nurses noticed/intervened before I even realized anything was wrong. Thank you to everyone at St. Joes working hard to keep the community safe.

An unexpected visit to the ER and it was so pleasant! I was attended to right away and everyone was kind and thoughtful and very interested in taking care of me. If you have an emergency this is the place to go!

I feel it is important for any practitioner of medicine to fully understand those that trust them with their health/life... Not that this is a bad hospital, in fact it's very good. However no doctor knows a patient's body better than the patient themselves. Would like to see staff that cares regardless of insurance status

I had my first baby here and I wasn't really sure what to expect. I am so happy that I went with this hospital. All of the nurses were SO amazing. Kind, compassionate and attentive. I even preferred Dr. Kim over my obgyn that was supposed to help me deliver. I can not recommend them enough. You can tell they love their jobs and really care about their patients!
Reyne Shoemaker
I hadn’t been to St Joseph hospital in years, it was beautifully remodeled and very secure. I was pleased with the care I received and would recommend this hospital to anyone needing care.
Jack Torres
By far the best hospital we have ever been to, the staff is so giving and take great care of you and your family, we were in the women and infants division and the staff went above and beyond to take care of our needs they are polite helpful and concerned about your well being. I would recommend this Hospital to anybody that is looking for Quality Care hands down.

Such a nice and clean facility. A gentleman I care for was on the orthopedic floor and the staff there is absolutely amazing. They pay attention to detail and truly care about their patients. They answer call lights so quickly and address the situation at hand so diligently. I have to be there for fall prevention 12 hours a day and am truly impressed with the staff here
Maria Carrillo

Fantastic communication from staff. Very Helpful front desk. Every interaction with staff was pleasant and they constantly checked up on us and brought us what we needed. Amazing doctors too!
Susan Miller
We were in the city visiting and my husband came down with a fever. The only bad thing about being sick is when you are in another city and you’re trying to figure out where to go and what to do. We went to St Joseph’s ER and from the moment we walked in they were really fabulous. They took the time to listen to us. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful. Even my husband (who was pretty sick) said how nice they were. And the place was really clean. Unfortunately we have been in a lot of hospitals and this was the best experience we have had. Many thanks to Dan our nurse and Dr Adams our doctor.
Erin Ware
I've delivered 2 babies at St. Joseph's and been to the ER once. All 3 experiences were great. The staff is very supportive & kind. I love this hospital & would definitely recommend it.

Went in for surgery on 12/4 and I received excellent care here. From the nurses all the way to my surgeons and anesthesiologist. I would highly recommend. They really took the time to care for me before my surgery and afterwards while I was in recovery. Amazing place they deserve the 5 stars.

I can NOT get over how wonderful this hospital is!!! When Aurora Med Center off of Potomac neglected my Dad and didn't give him his medicine, and after I brought him here around 2pm he started getting better within HOURS!! By 10:30 pm, he was SSOOOO much better!!!! I will ONLY take Dad to St.Joe's after that experience!
Dana Duffy
I feel that the staff is amazing! They took great care of me in outpatient surgery.
April Lundberg
My dad was brought here for a heart attack and my family and I were SO impressed with pretty much every person we came in contact with (there were a lot of doctors and specialists coming through). They kept him and the family well informed from the moment he got there to the time he left and were pleasant to talk to. One nurse even stayed with him throughout the night to monitor him closer (he wouldn't stop bleeding and she wanted to keep an eye on him) and we can't thank her enough for her care! Dad said even the food was pretty alright!! The hospital itself is also very nice and actually has a cozy feeling to it somehow...
Anyway, I highly recommend this hospital!!
Alexia Flores
Best care I have received. Great staff, from the valet to the doctors everyone seems to care and actually show that they like their jobs.
Laura Bishard
Loved the facility, loved the staff. Staff was helpful, professional, took care of any question or fear. Overall a wonderful experience.
Robert Hubbard
Had an eleven-year-old pacemaker replaced. Everything went smoothly. I couldn't have asked for better care.
Jamie K
Everytime I’ve had to go to this hospital the doctors, nurses, and staff were amazing! I highly recommend St. Joe’s in Denver.
Boni Bichler
First time Using the Mobile Mammogram, much better than going to hospital or other facilities. Fast easy & hassle free.
Cyndy Marsh
I had Anaphylaxis from a food allergy and ran into your ER from a back door. They on the spot saved my LIFE. ER Nurses and Docs Exceptional. Forever GRATEFUL . I Love you guys!!!!!!! ....
Jennifer Barnes (Jen)
Loved it when I had my son here years ago and now about to deliver here again. Friendly staff! Very clean hospital.
Lindsey T
Excellent care for delivery and postpartum. Physicians, nurses and educators were outstanding! Highly recommended!
solen18
These people are amazing. They are acommadating to you, and your family. They understand having your loved ones close is crucial to your health. They have continued to work with me on the bills, will go here again if God forbid anything happens to me. (I had open heart surgery)
Rachel Yamiolkoski
Fabulous. First-rate nurses, especially. They were cheerful and positive, not stressed and grouchy. They listened to me. A great touch was that they offered little aromatherapy pods for nausea as well as drug interventions and they took my own suggestions well. I couldn't choose a favorite because they were all completely awesome. I have sampled many hospitals and this was the best by a mile.
Chris Geist
Excellent staff and food. I went in for ESRD and they helped me take care of everything including getting me on dialysis.
Steven Baker
I worked here for many years. The ER is the best in town. Though not a trauma center. All my children were born here. And family members have passed here. This is Denver's hospital.
Sahalu Saidu
i love this hospital. very clean and super friendly people. they have one of the best restaurant's. the food is great and nutritionally tops. i have been at SCL Health about 10 times. every time. i was treated awesomely well. the building is modern and very clean. CD B
Great experience with thoughtful and kind nurses, doctors, and staff!! This place will be my first choice if I ever need something in the future.
Chad Butler
My first child was born here 10/04/18 the staff took amazing care of both me and my wife throughout the long process. If you’re reading this wondering if you should have your baby here or not I can say you would be doing yourself a disservice not choosing this hospital.
Jeff Sagerman
From the time I checked in for a surgical procedure (involving an overnight stay) until the time I checked out, I felt safe and well cared for by these ultimate professionals. Every doctor and nurse that interacted with me prior to surgery checked ALL pertinent information with me first. After my procedure, in my room, the nurses and nurse assistants took great care of me. They were so good at their job; moving with confidence and authority, and so friendly too.
Elizabeth Black
I have a very good team of Dr's taking care of me. I'm convinced that I would have died anywhere else. I have been very sick. Now out of ICU and slowly getting better.
J P
Excellent hospital. Very new. Felt like I was a guest in a upscale hotel. Staff is very attentive.
gabby anderson
I gave birth to my first child here and it was a horrible experience. Me being a first time mom had so many ideas on how it should and would go but it didn’t....... The doctors were very rude, when I was pushing they kept coming in and out of the room my boyfriend and this nurse that was still in training were guiding me and holding my legs so I could push. We stayed there for three days and our normal doctor came in and started talking stuff to my boyfriend and said he could just leave but I can’t because I just gave birth. Long story short on day two they gave my son his first bath with out me there. I wouldn’t recommend them EVER. It was a horrible experience and they are so unprofessional it’s crazy.
arturo garcia
Wife delivered here. Great nurses and doctors. Friendly staff.amazing hospital!
Teri Fotheringham
Very clean, staff was very nice. Definitely would use this facility again.
Joseph Gorrocino
Amazing and phenomenal staff, who care ❤.
Ashley Yago
I liked this place, because I wasn't being a "Patient in the Hospital". My Fiance & I, were just dropping my Fiancee's Grandfather off, at the Hospital. The Grandfather was the "Patient".😊 …
Mackenzie McHale
Matt RN, Tech Nick, and Dr. Pei got me back on my feet quickly. Thank you for outstanding service, expertise, bedside manner and kindness.
A Ailill
Spent a few days with wife and newborn. Entire staff was very kind and patient.
Mike Morris
They’re too busy to allow family members reach elderly patients by phone. I live in another city. I learned from my mom’s elder care residence that she’d been taken to St. Joseph’s. I had to call 5 times throughout the day before they could connect me to the phone in her room. The first three times, I was connected to the nurse station by her room and twice connected with the wrong room. The third time, I was asked to call back later and told I should ask the operator to stay on the line when I called back to make sure I got connected. Due to work, I wasn’t able to call back for several hours. I told the operator about the issues in the morning and asked her to stay on the line. The operator refused and said it was up to the nurses. When the phone rang through, my call was cut off. I called again, reached the same operator, said “we’re now up to call number five”, and said it would be nice if she’d stay on the line so I didn’t have to run the phone maze again. She snapped, “this is a busy hospital” and sent my call through. Happily, I got a friendly nurse on the phone and got to talk to my mom after a day of worrying. I’ve had relatives in busy hospitals before, but never had so much trouble reaching them by phone. I take them at their word that they’re too busy to care about that.
Ian Hodges
Just had our 2nd baby at St Joe's. Supportive, intuitive nurses, fabulous doctors. We felt very well cared for.
Brentney Kaye
Delivered my baby and everyone was super friendly and helpful. It’s clean and felt welcomed and relaxed. Defiantly would recommend!!! 😄 …
Loree McCormick
Awesome experience, I've been hospitalized @ St Joseph ' S on mumberous occasions with life threaten emergencies, had it not been for God & the Dr's caring for me I would be dead.
There' s rude & unprofessionals everywhere you go, Doctors & most of the health care professionals @ St. Joseph' s are Wonderful.
Heather J
I am not sure if this place may receive an HCAP from a visitor or not. I do not feel I should review on behalf of another. 5+ 🌟 s, please. Thank you to J&J (not to be confused with Johnson & Johnson-although I've seen a pic of a pretty mom with white teeth who may work with the second J&J I mentioned) for starters ❤❤. Thank you each VERY much 🌹 🌹. I hope you realize how important you are along with the specialist who came by. Please convey such thanks to the whole multidisciplinary team you have. Thank you. From the time you walk in past the organized valet; you may inquire at the desk shall you need. I chose to merge right for my first stop past the cute gift shop. This place is relaxing and clean in a peaceful, pretty part of downtown.
Valentino Jeremiah
Very fast service went in with a sprain or broke foot I think with then the first 20 minutes they already checked vital, xray, and have me meds. I thought they were very friendly.
Moe Zabani
I take my father in to appointments at Saint Joseph Hospital. They are always caring, attentive and knowledgeable. I have gratitude for them!
Alexander Wilde
Had a great day at the hospital today! My
surgery went well and I was in and out very quickly! The nurses were excellent and my surgeon and anesthesiologist were great. They all seemed happy and knowledgeable I am new to the area and didn't have my family to stay with me but they made me feel welcome and entertained. I definitely am not a fan of registration and accounting people. The lady who had me sign my waivers and bills was very awkward and annoying. The last thing I want to do right before my surgery is be hassled about putting a down payment on a procedure your going to hassle me about every waking minute for the next couple months. Plus her social skills was quite horrible. Didn't even say "good luck" or any words of encouragement. The second I explained I didn't have a card to pay she instantly became dissatisfied. I still gave this place 5 stars because of everyone else though. I just don't see it as being professional, especially with a great insurance plan to be hassling a person, about to undergo surgery, for money.... how about I make it through ok and then we can talk money, but that's what u get with our lovely health care system. Thank you nurses and doctors for everything! Maybe the accounting and payment people could learn some social skills from the professionals making them a fortune
Lauren Butterfield
The on-call doctor lied to us about when our surgery was. The admin and nurse staff was very polite though. Lots of available parking.
Mary McCormick
Treated my husband with respect and very friendly and dedicated nurses.
Shanna Maldonado
Best Hospital Ever!!! The environment is friendly. Free tasty water in the front of the hospital. Front desk help is friendly. Free computers to use in the lunch room or Resources Center. And 2 gift shops
Joseph Franco (Franco)
Clean , decent food in the cafeteria. some of the staff is rude and makes it obvious they don't like their jobs. ( always frowning and never friendly)
Howard Hall
My wife was brought to this hospital ER by the Denver Health Paramedics today. First the paramedics were fantastic in their assessment and treatment of my wife's heart issue (3 hours of rapid 170+ heartbeat). Upon arrival at the hospital the attending ER doctor and two nurses were equally fantastic in their quick and gentle care of my wife. I was so reassured by their competence that it relaxed me from my anxiety. And my wife said she too became confident she was in good hands. Thank you Saint Joseph's ER.
Courtney Lucas
I had my daughter here in January 2015. It was an overall good experience, no complications. I did not have a birth plan, and by the time I got to the hospital I discovered that I have a very low pain tolerance and would be having that epidural after all! Everything went as expected, and we stayed two nights after birth.
The only complaint I had is that the nurses came in ALL THE TIME. One nurse would come in to check baby's vitals. 15 minutes later, another nurse would come in to give me pain meds. It was nonstop, not coordinated. I got maybe 2-3 hours of sleep in 3 days thanks to this. Apparently there is a sign by the door you can flip to indicate "Do Not Disturb". They didn't tell us about this, but my husband found it. They came in slightly less frequently after this, but it was a relief to go home and not have people barging in constantly!
Matt Groves
Various members of my family have been here several times since the hospital has re-opened and they were very happy not only with the medical treatment they received but also the care the staff provided.
Rob Martinez
Had a family member spend extended time here. The staff was very kind and attentive. The room amenities were very nice.
Happy Ash
I had my second daughter here and it was a pretty bad experience. I would give them fewer stars, but I was reasonably impressed with how they handled things afterward. Two things that were the worst (although many others were not great): First, the doctor broke my water without asking me first which really ticked me off. Then later the nurses wouldn't believe me when I said I was ready to push. They kept telling me the baby would be born after their shift change. Excuse me? Babies don't care about your shift change.
Then they have a policy of waking you every 1 to 2 hours all night long. Apparently the doctor came to check on my during one of the only 15 minute stretches of sleep I got and they didn't wake me up. So I had no follow up until 6 weeks after the baby was born (a Kaiser policy). Since they don't provide birth notes or records to your provider, I had a time trying to figure out why things went so wrong.
I filed a complaint against the doctor who broke my water and received follow-up that she had been spoken to. I was pleasantly surprised by that although I don't know if it will make a difference. Then after literally hours on the phone, I was able to talk to the patient manager or something like that who was able to get the medical notes and go over them with me to try to understand why some issues and the baby's status at birth. That was very helpful, but it seems like that should be routine not something you have to work so hard for.

They brought my daughter into this world with the utmost care and respect for our family! Definitely will be back for round 2 if you know what I mean!
Ohh Donna
Had surgery a week ago. From the lady, Bobbi, who checked me in (bed side), to my pre-op nurse, Pat, to that nursing staff who took care of me through the night -- shout out to the 4th floor nurses, to the people who brought me food, I felt very comfortable and very well cared for. Everyone was attentive and quite competent. I have not one negative thing to say.
Douglas Smithman
I was re-directed here from Denver Medical after a late night accident. They weren't very pleasant but they did get me taken care of so that is something.
Linda Brown
best heart doctor in the world. They saved my husband's life by doing a quadruple bypass. he was 48 and is now almost 66.
Kimberly Schmit
I had a family member who was a patient at Saint Joseph Hospital. The staff, the nurses, the doctors, and everyone else at Saint Joseph Hospital are excellent! There was nothing that my family member needed while at Saint Joseph Hospital. His needs were met, and beyond. Other family members were also impressed with the care, the cleanliness, and the general atmosphere and feel at the hospital.
The hospital is huge. From what I've been told, from one end to the other, it's seven football fields long. So, if you get lost, ask someone for directions, instead of wondering around. If you do wonder around, you'll see what I mean. It's just a nice hospital.
The cafeteria is good, the food is good too, although I've had better at other hospitals. I'm not knocking it, just wish they would have other choices, more variety.
There is free valet service outside the hospital, but be sure to tip them several dollars, as they really work.
There is a wonderful Emergency Department here, as well as a Oncology Department as well. There are two gift shops, one on the first floor, and the other is on the 4th floor, Baby Joe's. Parking is free, in a large parking garage.
Saint Joseph is a good hospital, founded by the Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth. They accept multiple insurances too.
Thanks Saint Joseph, for taking such good care of my family member. It is truly appreciated!
Anna Jones
I was in and out before 7am. Thank you!
Christopher Albro
I couldn't have asked for better care
Bonnie Kleis
I am from Michigan and recently spent almost two months in Denver because my son's family had a serious medical emergency. Everyone we encountered as far as hospital staff was wonderful to us. From nurses, to front desk employees, doctors, cafeteria workers...everyone was wonderful to us and made our ordeal much easier to bear.
Jane Warren
Very pleasant stay, staff were great.
I was in the Oncology ward.

I was admitted into St. Joseph Hospital late afternoon June 13, 2018 and discharged late afternoon June 14, 2018. To start the new hospital is beautiful, very clean and I was greeted by a friendly staff and very well informed. Afifa had all my information upon arrival and personally took me to my room. I was admitted into the Cardiac Unit room 6523 where again I was greeted by friendly Stephanie who gathered information and got me settled into my room. Stephanie made the orientation very relaxed and at times fun,she also introduced me to my night nurse Danielle.
I am sorry I did not remember any last names but wished I had. Danielle was very polite and kind she made my evening and night very pleasurable. Danielle checked on me often and attended to my needs always with a smile and a kind word and interesting conversation. In the morning I hated to see her leave but she turned the day shift over to Rebecca. Rebecca was amazing, she was always one step ahead of my needs. When attending to my needs Rebecca made nice conversation and although extremely professional she was more of a friend than a care giver. I was made comfortable with full confidence in the care given.
I honestly have to say I didn’t want to leave. I have had hospital stays in the past that could never compare to this stay. Although my condition wasn’t the best this staff made me feel as if I were the most important person in the hospital. Again, I am sorry I don’t have last names for the nurses because they are best I have ever had the pleasure to meet.
I want to thank all the staff for a great job and highly recommend St. Joseph’s Hospital to anyone.
Respectfully, Tony Cito

Was visiting Denver and ended up giving birth early, very accommodating, clean, friendliest/funniesy staff ever and pretty attractive as well lol
Jennifer Gardner
Every summer, my family and I drive through Denver from Chicago to get to our family cabin. On the way through Nebraska, I had signs that could’ve indicated a heart attack/problem or an anemia deficiency, or something else. Since we will be hiking and there is no medical care immediately available, I didn’t want to take a chance. I looked at reviews for ER’s in Denver and St. Joseph came up. Based on what I’d read, I decided to give them a chance. So glad I did! The entire ER staff has been efficient, thorough, and absolutely professional, kind and friendly. The ER is clean and attractive. I hope this will be my last visit to St. Joseph, but I would recommend this facility if you need it!
Adriel Ricardo Burrola Garcia
Best hospital, very good service and many caring nurses and doctors.
Merrilyn Moynihan
Went here to deliver my first kid. Spark notes version: The midwives and nurses during the delivery were amazing! Recovery was made miserable by the nurse named Amy. If Amy is assigned to you as your nurse, demand a new nurse. Do NOT put up with her crap because she is TERRIBLE!
Long version: The midwives and nurses during labor and delivery made 32 hours of labor bearable. The midwife who actually delivered m kid, Laren, was wonderful and I'm so glad she was the midwife to deliver my little girl. She did a great job of telling me when to push (because I had an epidural and couldn't feel anything) and an amazing job of stretching me between contractions so that I only tore a little bit instead of needing an episiotomy or tearing my perineum.
Things went downhill after delivery the next day. The nurse that was assigned to me for the day shift, Amy, on the first day at the hospital after my kid was born was incredibly inconsiderate. She came in around 6am talking at the top of her lungs while my baby and husband were asleep after a long night of being labor and delivery, and didn't bother to lower her voice when she saw that they were sleeping. Then my family came to visit later in the day--my parents, my grandparents, and my two siblings--and Amy came in with them all present and said, "I have bad news about your baby" without asking for the rest of the family to step out, or asking for a moment, or introducing herself or anything. She just walked in and said, "I have bad news about your baby." Of course everyone's minds go to the worst thought imaginable with that kind of intro. What was the bad news? My baby's blood sugar levels were 4 points below where they would like them to be. We all sighed in relief and told her that wasn't bad news, but she insisted it was the worst thing that could happen. Instead of offering us options as to what to do about the blood sugar, she said the only thing we could do was to use donor milk because I wasn't producing enough food for my baby at the time.
Things only got worse from there.
I had diarrhea starting the day before going into labor and going through my entire hospital stay, and hemorrhoids on top of that. I had no control over my bowels. Second day at the hospital, I ended up having an accident while in bed, and was out of the hospital pads they provide you with, so I rang the nurses' station to ask for another pad so that I could change myself. The nurse at the station forgot to take me off of speaker right away and I heard her say, "Amy, isn't that your patient?" and Amy's response of "Yeah, I'll get around to it." I waited 20 minutes sitting in my own filth for her to "get around to it." I realize the nurses all have a handful with all their patients, but to wait for 20 minutes when she knew about both my hemorrhoids and my diarrhea is unacceptable. I changed, spent 10 minutes in the bathroom crying because it was so painful, came out and stood around crying because it hurt too much to sit down. She came in and asked why I was so upset, then insisted that I never told her about my diarrhea and eventually ran out of excuses and had to admit that she was in the wrong.
She would also come in throughout the day and tell me that my sessions with the lactation specialist went "terribly" and that my baby would never survive if I couldn't make milk for her, and continued to harass me about how I wasn't doing enough for my baby. After putting up with her for a day and a half, I finally had enough and talked to the charge nurse to insist that a different nurse be assigned to me.
The rest of the stay after Amy was fired from being my nurse was considerably enjoyable, and I was able to start producing enough food for my baby once I was no longer stressed out because I was being harassed constantly about how I wasn't doing my part.
Moral of the story: If Amy is assigned to you after you deliver your kid, demand a different nurse. Do not put up with her crap at all.

Fantastic people efficient and courteous!

So my mom just recently was admitted into St. Joseph's hospital for a cis that needed removed. She was in there more days than excepted. But the hold time she was in there everyone treated her so well, except DREW (one of the training nurses or residential nurses). My mom said that he came in to tend to her needs for one day and just up and left never returning to check on her. BAD DREW! But I would like to thank all the staff (Doctors, Nurses, Attendees, service workers and everyone in between)at St. Joseph's who to took the time to care for my senior mom Janet Hamer.
You All Rock!
Her Daughter,
Deana J. Hale

Nurses were considerate and welcoming. Delayed communications between staff and family memembers. Delayed testing and processing could use improvement. We Waited over 1 1/2 for pregnancy testing alone. Stayed through 2 shift changes
Alexandria Garcia (Lexxi)
I was born here and I dont have any real issues besides what I have been diagnosed with. Thanks I think you did great (:
Charles Tappan
Staff is very professional, friendly, and toughtful of my medical needs. Hospital is very modern, with amenities you might associate with a nice hotel. Breakfast and lunch served at your convenience. Nice family waiting room with balcony on 7th floor. Private rooms with Tv you can watch movies, Search the web, check your meds, and play games. Over all very pleasant and comfortable. Thank you st. Joseph's Hospital of Denver and all of your staff
Cailey Cogburn
When I walked into St. Joseph's with a seemingly non-urgent issue, staff was still quick to great me and get me back to be seen. Every employee, even the lab technicians and room service team, is kind, smiling, and concerned with how your treatment progresses.
I was hospitalized after they found out what I thought was a small issue was really a life threatening issue. Been here a few days so far and have recived the best treatment I have ever had at a hospital. I would like to mention Dr. Cappa (sp?) from the overnight ER, his residents, Savanah and Sara from the Oncology department as outstanding staff member's!

At Saint Joseph Hospital, we’re happy to tell you about us: our compassionate caregivers, our clinical excellence, our award-winning care and even our beautiful campus. But it’s really all about you. Our patients and families are the center of every thought, communication and action that takes place in this healing space.

-Dear St Joes Valet,
On October 3rd my husband and I left our car in your care so we could deliver our sweet baby boy. We were beyond excited. He arrived, but I had preeclampsia and we had to remain in the hospital for an extra 3 days. Then, it was time to go home! With no sleep, a fragile body, and so many emotions we loaded our new family into his Truck that your team had in your care only to find you had stolen our breast pump along with small items that were in My husbands truck. I started crying. Not for me, but for my son. He was only 5 days old and someone had already stolen something from him. He needed that pump so he could be fed. He had lost quite a bit of weight in the hospital and we were put on an immediate feeding plan that required me to pump frequently. I was crushed. Instead of going home with our new son we had to stop and buy a new pump, boil all the parts again to clean them, and figure out if we could find our first pump. We filed a police report and video surveillance confirmed the truck was not touched outside the time it was in valet’s care. I think back often to that day and wonder if you knew it was a breast pump. Did you need it for your own family? Did you know you could sell it? Or were you just hoping it was something valuable and took it? Doesn’t matter now. My son is 4 months old and well fed. The one thing I can’t let go of is the thought of another family going through this experience. Delivering a baby is exhausting and thinking that you are stealing from these families while they are in the hospital breaks my heart. I often wonder what kind of person you are to steal from a baby. Maybe you haven’t thought about what you are doing at all. I just ask that you reflect on this and the pain you have caused others and think on a human level before your grab something out of a hospital patient’s vehicle. Also if you read this and want to make it right, please Donate that breast pump or one you BUY to a family that truly needs it.

My husband had quadruple bypass surgery recently and his stay and treatment at St. Joe's was outstanding. The staff (special kudos to Sarah in the ICU, Alex and Nicole on the 6th floor) was exceptional. There were other nurses whose names escape me who were also tremendous. Thank you all for making an unpleasant experience as comfortable and caring as possible.
Rita Morgan

Most fantastic experience for both my wife and myself. My wife accidently stabbed herself in the foot. When we arrived at ER we had valet take our car and bring us a wheel chair. At the ER desk, we were processed quickly and taken into fast track. All the nurses, doctors, radioligists and every other staff member involved; have our upmost respect for the fantastic manner in which they conducted themselves..their sense of humor & professionalism shown and given to us at such a hectic time in ER was outstanding!
Along with the state of the art equipment used, our 5 hour visit was not only comfortable but uplifting..and to a person in drastic pain, this means alot. You all (really) need to know we appreciated our time there and you all need to know just how fantastic each & everyone of you are!
Thank you to you all from both myself & my (Aussie) wife Kathey.
Thank You Dr. M Scheider & team!
God bless you all.

They popped my eye back in no time. I just wish we lived in a society that held healthcare as a human right. Paying to get my glass eye reinstalled over and over gets pricey.

I had surgery here and then stayed 2 nights in post-op recovery unit. Didn't really have a choice where to go, since this is where my surgeon assigned by Kaiser-Permanente does his thing. No regrets though - the level of care and attention was fine, the nursing staff are all good and attentive, rooms were comfortable. Food was not bad - try the omelettes for breakfast. The PACU room I was in had plenty of space for visitors - my wife was able to stay overnight. No complaints, other than that this is a long commute from home (Boulder), but that's what you get with a Kaiser Permanente plan.
