I have not had problems with the care. However, it should not take 2 hours to get a mammogram and pap smear. Every time I have an appointment, I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time.

I was with them for most of my pregnancy and gave birth there. I will say I had a fairly easy normal pregnancy and a very easy birth, well as easy as birth gets. Over all I loved my experience and have no complaints. I highly recommend. The things I really liked were: I always felt listened too. I never felt rushed. All my questions were answered thoroughly and without judgement. They always seemed happy to see me and that they just wanted the best for me and my baby. Nurse practitioner Koli was my favorite! ❤️She is a little ball of joy. I was never surprised. Every appointment I knew what was going to happen and I was told what would happen the next appointment. The communication of all staff was awesome! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My birth plan was read and respected by everyone who cared for me. Nurses and doctors alike. I will say my birth plan was pretty basic. But it was still very important to me that the respect was show to it. The doctor understand the spirit of what I wanted. I even got to pull my baby out and up to my chest myself. I didn't know that was an option but he understood that would be something I would value. The staff is kind and organized. They are easy to deal with and pleasant. My information was never lost or confused. Even when they were in the process of hiring a bunch of new staff. They stayed organized and professional.

I was very iffy about this office and some of the doctors until i met Dr.Chapman. He is absolutely amazing and I would recommend him to anyone. I didnt get to meet him before delivery but now I don’t want to see anyone else ! He has listened to all of my concerns and guided me through delivery and voiced his opinion on what would be the right thing medically all while still respecting my decisions.

I love the midwives at the practice especially Darci! I saw them my whole pregnancy. Never had to wait for an extended period of time at my appointments. The only issue I have is with their phone system. It’s rare to get an actual person when calling, you have to wait for them to call you back which is usual the same day a few hours later. I never had any complications or concerns in my pregnancy but I felt uneasy because if I did I would have to wait around for them to return my call concerning it. But all the nurses and midwives that I’ve come in contact with were attentive and pleasant. I was always comfortable going there and got all questions answered. Darci delivered my son and that was better than I would imagine. I would recommend the midwives and hospital to anyone expecting!

So sad they are shutting down midwife program! Loved all those ladies!!! It was wonderful while it lasted. Had both my babies there. Will be looking for care elsewhere for baby number three!

I love all of the midwives. Darci Putnam is wonderful and very hands on with patients and cares to get to know the patients and develops relationships. Donna Andrews delivered my baby and I couldn't ask for a better experience she walked me through it all and was very caring and even checked on me before she left me the next day. As far as the front desk goes nobody EVER answers the phone sometimes you can leave a message and sometimes they want you to sit on hold for a year. I still haven't received a phone call back from the billing department since I first called them in the beginning of my pregnancy back in March. Whichever midwife is on call when you have questions or think your in labor in the middle of the night they will always answer your questions and make you feel so much better if you don't have to come in. I couldn't be more thankful.

Been a patient for 3 years and absolutely love my Mid-wife (I followed her from another practice). The staff is friendly and I have never had a problem with wait times or testing. I generally see nurse/midwife Tonya Bridges (I've been her patient for 12 years). She is absolutely awesome and takes the time to answer any kind of questions you may have. I have seen other midwives as well and have never had a bad experience. I would highly recommend this practice.

I switched to Lexington's midwives in my third trimester (was not happy with the care I was receiving in Sumter). It was NIGHT AND DAY with how they took care of me. Everyone was nice and professional, patient and attentive with answering any of my questions, and when I delivered, I was there from 6am-9pm and saw two different shifts of nurses on the delivery floor, and not one was unpleasant or neglectful. Their doula was also so sweat and fantastic company! I didn't know having a baby could be so pleasant, thanks to the amazing care they took of me and our baby. Beyond happy with the decision to drive an extra 50 minutes to be seen and deliver with them! P.S. Love love LOVE all of the midwives! I hear great things about the doctors as well, but luckily didn't need to see them for any complications.

I am a patient of Dr. Jaime Brown Price and could not ask for a more kind, compassionate doctor . She makes you feel as though you are her only patient and spends as much time needed with you, which is so rare today. Her staff is great as well. Megan is wonderful and has returned all my calls and was so helpful after my surgery. Everyone in the office has always been so kind and considerate. I would definitely recommend Dr. Brown Price and her entire staff. They have been a true blessing when I definitely have needed it the most.

Friendliest staff! I transferred here toward the end of my pregnancy. All of the midwives are wonderful! They always took the time to listen and answer all of my questions. Very informative. Never had to wait more than 20 mins for appt. Labor and delivery was better than expected. Debbie along with the nurses helped make it a wonderful stress-free experience. All of the midwives came to visit me and the baby after delivery. I will definitely continue to go here in the future and recommend them to everyone.

They delivered my two children. Of course there are things I’d change but, there’s not much you can change about these places that are run like this. We are just a number really. I keep telling them a Lobito a pain I’m having in my breast and he keeps saying he sees nothing and acts like he doesn’t hear me. My mom recently died of breast cancer so I’m concerned but I guess I’ll died before I’m taken seriously.

I recently switched to Lexington Women's Care after deciding that I would like to try switching to a Midwife for my women's health needs. I saw Donna Andrews for an annual well woman visit including a physical exam & pap. She was extremely professional and courteous. She answered all of my questions/addressed any concerns I had, never making me feel rushed. Her bedside manner was excellent and I felt confident in her skill level as a provider. I will be happy to return to LWC for future OB/GYN visits.

The Best Women's Center ever. The friendliest staff, the best service and atmosphere. Ive never had a bad experience here. My overall experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend this facility as well as the hospital to anyone!!!! Wonderful all around!! I have successfully delivered two of my children here. Dr. Estes, Dr. Skinner, Dr. Gallery are some of the best doctors here.

I have been a PT for about 17 years, mainly seeing the mid-wives. I now see Jaime Brown Price after my original mid-wife retired. Jaime is very comforting, attentive, genuine, answers any question or concerns I have, very professional yet treats you as she would her own family. I had an issue arise a few years prior and her staff was able to get me in right away and she took care of me. Dr Jamie Brown Price referred me to a great surgeon also. It's great to have a Dr. You know will honestly take care of you and if not will make sure your taken care of when having to be referred out for surgery!

I've been seeing Dr. Thompson for several years. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He takes his time to listen and understand any issues you are facing. His nurse is on top of things and has always done a great job communicating. The front desk and billing department is very kind and helpful. I've never had any issue with billing.

The staff is super friendly. I've had some pretty major issues with billing but at no fault to them (mainly my insurance). My OB is wonderful and I'm looking forward to having our first child there in January!

When I was pregnant with my son, Dr. Wilcox and Dr. Plyler were the best! They get 5 stars! My experience with the nurse practitioner didn't go as well. My original NP Dr. Robin was away and a different NP came in. My cycle was late but I wasn't pregnant. She wouldn't give me an ultrasound to see what was wrong, changed my BC instead of giving me the medication to start it, and CLAIMED I had bacterial vaginosis even though I had NO obvious signs. All in all, I do NOT recommend seeing that particular NP (Can't remember her name.. Sorry..) Unless it's an emergency, just reschedule if she's your only option. I do recommend Dr. Wilcox, Dr. Plyler, and Dr. Robin .

I've had a pretty good experience. The best midwives I would have to say are Darcia Putnam and Tonya Bridges. I feel like some on the others are rude and talk down to you when you try to explain how you're feeling. I've had only good experiences with with the front desk ladies.

I had a hard time getting someone to see me I was told I was too far along, I had called 8 different places this was the only place who had no problem seeing me and getting me in. The front desk ladies are absolutely wonderful, they were helpful as can be I had to cancel a couple of times due to transportation but the front desk assisted me and made me feel better. I was having a really rough day but the lady who help me was so nice and went out of her way to help me. I am very grateful.

I have seen Dr. Thompson who is currently my obgyn, Midwives Beverly and Debbie during pregnancies and they were amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. I have been going there for 8+ years...... never had a issue period, with the exception of them giving me wrong appointment time but they bought me free lunch for the miscommunication. Love them......

I have been going to Lexington womens care since my teenage years, I have always had a great experience here. They have helped me successfully deliver and have two children. After being diagnosed with an incompetent cervix. Dr Estes is by far my favorite, great caring man. The staff is also so delightful!

I loved it there. Doing the centering pregnancy when I was pregnant was the best choice. The midwives and nurses were so kind and always available to answer my questions especially Tonya and Jessica. Glad my first pregnancy was there!

Everyone was extremely in tune with me, my husband and my son! There was one doctor I wouldnt recommend but it may have been my experience that made him seem a little off. Dr. Skinner and Wilcox were awesome!! Dr. Wilcox decided to induce me. Dr. Brown-Price didnt meet me until the day of my pregnancy and she was so amazing that I switched obgyn's! She was in tune with all 3 of us the entire time! Very down to earth and just so calm and collected! She didnt even flinch when my son came out cyanotic, she put him on my chest for a few seconds to let us meet each other, then took extremely good care of him! Now he's 6 months old, happy and healthy!

I was billed 45 minutes face to face TIME as a new patient with Dr. NAFFTIGER that was erroneous. I waited nearly that time to see the doctor 😂. I doubt seriously that I talked to the doctor 15 minutes about HRT. Beware. …

Let me just say these people really are here for you. From the front desk to any doctor or ultrasound tech, they keep you informed and they treat you so nice. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. These people really care about you!! Especially with this being my first pregnancy and not really knowing what to expect, they make sure you are comfortable every time.

Dr. Austin is absolutely amazing. My wait time is minimal, never more than about 10 min. if that. Prescriptions are always called in within a timely fashion. The doctor actually takes his time explaining things to you to be sure you understand. He is very personable and educated. The front desk staff is always friendly. Brittany at the front is very kind and welcoming. The nurses are great, always able to provide a timely response to MyChart questions. The check out staff is great with billing questions and follow up's. The office runs very smooth. It is such a pleasure to have such a stress-free OB/GYN provider.
