At O'Hare Airport in Chicago, we signed up to be tested for COVID-19. Using my phone to put in details, I realized I'd mixed up info between hubby and me. Asked for a refund, were told to call customer service. Phoned customer service and we instructed to send an email. My email got a response within 45 minutes advising me that our refunds were processing and would be on our cc within 24-48 hours. Less than 24 hours later, I see it on my cc. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Only 4 stars because at the airport, it was a bit confusing as to what to do to be tested.

Was able to get Covid test appointment same day online with no issue and results emailed within an hour I highly recommend especially nowadays because it’s so hard to get an appointment anywhere else in Chicago within a day. The set up does look a little weird basically it’s an open door with a plastic barrier and you get tested while standing outside but it’s trustworthy and effective.

I used them in Sept 2021 all went perfect. Will use them again end of Nov 2021 and had a hitch with finding my appt to make sure all good. Customer service figured out what happened and all is good and corrected. I had my paperwork but the system couldn't find me. Thankfully customer service was nice, friendly and figured it all out. I will use them again in July 2022 for a trip too. Reliable - quick and you have results as they specify. I received my results and printed out for my next day flight!

Doctors Test Centers is a really safe, convenient and easy to use resource for travel COVID tests. I had traveled to Canada recently and was able to schedule, pay for and confirm my test appointment online. Upon arrival to ORD, navigating to the test center was easy and the test process itself was quick and easy. What more reassuring here, is that their customer support team is top notch! I had to email them to ask for a receipt that I had mis-filed and they were super prompt in getting me a duplicate. They are very responsive to customer requests. I am on not planning to go through to Canada again anytime soon, but if I do, I will use Doctors Test Centers again at Chicago's ORD because it was totally easy to work with.

We booked at the centre at Key West. No queue, very friendly and efficient clinician, and test results back within approx 30 minutes. Also very helpful and quick to respond when I needed another copy of my test result sent to me. No hesitation in using again.

We had a Covid test at 1:30pm and received a phone call within 2 hours that my wife was positive. It was very organized, very safe. Even though it’s downtown it was easy to get to and parking wasn’t a problem. The $95 fee is one of the lowest I’ve found for a rapid test.

Could not have been an easier process! We had no trouble getting an appointment, the test was quick, not painful (just kind of awkward) and we had our results back within 45 minutes. It is essentially a walk-up location, but you can park your car on the street as the test only takes about 2 minutes. Hopefully I won't need to get another COVID test anytime soon, but I will absolutely be returning here if I do!

I called customer service to have my test expedited and the service was AMAZING. They took excellent care of me and sped up the test for me so that I can have my results right away in time for my flight. I highly recommend this testing center for anyone who is stressed about flying or making it on time for their results for COVID testing.

I found out I may have had direct exposure to someone who tested positive around 1 pm, did some Googling (and the first places that come up are ALL booked ALL the time), and found Doctor’s Test Center. I was able to make an appointment for 1:40, was done by 1:50, and had the results by 2:30. SO easy and accessible, great location, and highly recommend if you need a rapid test!

Honestly COVID-19 testing is unpleasant in its self, but truly they made the process. I was able to book an appointment same day and get the results within the hour. I drove waited in my car for not even 5 minutes walked to the door, tested, drove home, and results came within the hour. Just under $100 for rapid, but worth the piece of mind.

My son needed to be tested. Scheduled a couple days ahead appointment @ 10:30am arrived at 10:20 called the number instructed. He was tested by and we were on our way home by 10:35. Received results via email (negative) at 11:20 am. Super efficient and easy no lines no waiting. Would highly recommend for stress free Covid-19 rapid test.

Easiest way to get tested in the city. No lines. Day of appointments. Pay and go. Easy to book and took less than a minute. When you arrive you will be called up - test takes 10 seconds and your results are send within 30 minutes. I was blown away with how easy it was. Everything else is so difficult. No staying up until midnight to maybe get an appointment elsewhere. No sitting in tour car for 4 hours in line at a drive through. Book and go within the hour.

I work in the medical field and was terrified when I found out someone I came in very close contact to had tested positive for covid, the thought of having exposed everyone I work with and especially my elderly parents kept me up all night, getting in for testing is getting harder to do and I just could not wait 2-4 days to get tested and then 2+ days to get results. My frantic search brought me to Doctor's test center, these were the best 95 dollars I have event spent. It was quick and easy and the ladies there were super sweet and patient.

This place is providing a valuable service to the community. The sign up process is simple and you simply show up, call them, step up to a plexiglass window, show your ID, get swabbed (not too far up) and wait for either a call to tell you if you are positive or an email to confirm that you are negative. The process couldn't be easier. Also, if you drive there, it looks like they are allowing folks to park on the street without getting ticketed since they know that this is a testing center. One thing I would recommend is that if you get there early just call them anyway as they get through these pretty quickly and you might get called up earlier.

Fast COVID tests. Easy to book online and appointments available same day. No waiting in lines and the actual "appointment" is just being directed to the swab area, getting swabbed, and leaving. Resulted emailed within an hour.

I had to get a rapid test so I could get back to work. This place made it seamless and was able to get back to my office same day. you can not go wrong here. Everything about the process went as smooth as possible and the price point is unbeatable if you need results back quickly (45 minutes for me)..

This test was super easy and safe. We drove up and waited in the car until we got a call. Walked up to a plexiglass window and a very handsome masked person did the nose swab. The whole thing took probably 15 minutes. Test was BD Veritor System. We got results within the hour. It's a bummer that it costs $95, but I'm hoping our HSA pays for it.
