Just want to shout out Lindsey Davis for being such a great PCP! She is hands down the best provider I’ve been to and I’m so grateful I found her. She goes above and beyond and not only listens but always has an idea to get you back on track! Some doctors you have to beg to listen to you or move with urgency — not Lindsay! She’s extremely smart and sweet and great at connecting the dots. Could not recommend her enough — she’s a gem!

I became a new patient of this practice a couple of weeks ago. My experience was nothing short of phenomenal. The Nurse Practitioner, Lindsey Davis was very knowledgeable, kind, caring, and empathetic. I was advised to wait in my vehicle until I was called to come inside. The staff was professional and the lobby was setup with patient safety in mind. I would recommend this medical practice for all of your patient needs.

I'm a heart transplant patient since 2017, Jade Smith has been treating me through it all, she is absolutely professional as they come and just a genuine great lady, she has worked with my transplant hospital during some major infections and I credit her for having part in saving my life, I was septic and about gone but through prayer and the Dr's working together I made it through, Charleston internal medicine has been great and I would highly recommend.

She stays very on top of things when managing my health care, and I feel so confident in her knowledge and experience. Suzy listens to all of my questions/thoughts/concerns and genuinely cares about her patients as individuals.

I visited CIM today as a new patient. I saw Lindsey Davis, FNP; she was so pleasant and and took the time to ask and answer questions thoroughly. The support staff was equally fabulous. I felt apprehensive going to a new primary care provider, but my visit went smoothly and it was such a relief! I couldn’t recommend CIM more strongly!

I have been a patient since 2007 and while my first doctor was excellent, my second ok, my third very good, I am now on my fourth. Not sure why such a turnover. Very unhappy today that although I had a needed prescription called in on Friday, an authorization was needed by insurance ( which has never happened before) and Tues at 3:45 they still have not called my insurance - when I questioned why, the clerk asked if I knew how many she had to do. Perhaps she needs assistance! Unacceptable as my samples are gone and I will be without a statin - does she know my history or my family history? Unacceptable! Will be looking for another practice.

I am also so glad to learn that they have a chronic care program which sends providers into the home to help manage conditions. This is a godsend for my family!

On-site services include DEXA scan, Aesthetics, Ultrasound, and many other laboratory services under one roof. The providers and staff are always courteous and compassionate, prioritizing dignity, respect and autonomy. I highly recommend Charleston Internal Medicine for all of your healthcare needs - they take the hassle out if healthcare!!!

The providers are great, the staff is polite, however, there are too many layers of para professionals between the providers and the patient. As a result the patient is required to jump through numerous hoops and red tape for issues such as prior authorization of medication.
