Great and fast service. No wait time and friendly staff! Just be aware that if you have Harvard pilgrim insurance, they are not doing the free glasses on first eye exam thing here (most you can get is 75 off the lens).

The Doctor and the staff are all very knowledgable. The quality of the care is outstanding, and they always try to accomodate customer's needs. My daughter broke her glasses so many times and each time they fixed them or replaced them. They also helped us keep the costs down at times when we didn't have insurance. I really appreciate the culture there, it's not your regular store.

I called looking to convert my old rx glasses(since I had PRK a year ago) to have as protective eye wear for work. After a few places declined the work, Vision house said they could do it. The owner is so kind and easy to talk to. My glasses look great. I reommend for any of your eye needs :)

Great customer service and friendly people. I went there for my first time 8 months ago and picked out a pair of eye wear which was a little out of character for me. Once I got the lenses and took home my wife couldn't keep a straight face looking at me. Took glass back in and they allowed me to trade them out with a $50 "restocking" fee even though I was told the glasses would go to charity.
