I did forget to address Thyroid med issue...Likely need labs so will call clinic. Staff is very responsive and both Dr.. and Staff are good communicators w great follow up w any news.. So impressed with my appointment!! The front desk receptionist was so welcoming and immediately adjusted her volume of speaking to me when she realized my difficulty with hearing. I am currently in the process of moving to Texas to be closer to my kids and grandkids. I have to say that I will sorely miss having to give up the 5 star care that I always received at the State Street Primary Healthcare facility. My PCP is (was😕) Dr. Mary Beth Nagle. Dr. Nagle and her staff are simply the BEST!! I doubt that I will ever find another PCP that could ever match her in kindness, compassion, knowledge, and professionalism!

I wish I would have gotten the receptionist's name because she was exemplary and efficient. The nurse who gave me my vaccination was adept, and it was the smoothest injection I've ever had. Your staff is fantastic! Also, even though I could tell it was crazy busy, everyone took the appropriate ambit of time to make sure I was comfortable, safe, and received the services I needed. I have been going to Primary Health for many years. There are clinics scattered all over this area. I personally have had something ito do with at least 5 locations. My husbands Dr is with PH. We have a few clinics nearby. It has been very convenient for quick checks, possible sinus infections, blood draws for lab orders, possible sprains, and other issues. My primary care physician is at State Street. Mary Beth Nagle and her assistant Beth make it well worth traveling the long distance to see them. They are awesome! I have always received nothing but kindness from the reception staff and doctors at all locations of Primary Health. Even being swamped with calls and people walking into their clinics, stretched by covid protocols, and declining staff, the staff at the clinics have been polite and patient with me, often going above and beyond in help meet your needs. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Breaking down and then remembering next steps to prescribed treatment can be difficult. Dr. Nagel provided a written list describing her suggested approach plan. I had an unusual semi-medical problem and Kelly at Primary Health on Myrtle Street here in Boise helped me figure out what to do. She is the receptionist. She was able to tell me where to go (urgent care). She was very pleasant and took me seriously. Thanks, Kelly! Primary Health provides care and treatment for almost any condition. The physicians at Primary Health can and do refer to very good specialists outside the Primary Health system if necessary. If your primary care physician at Primary Health refers you to an outside specialist, you are MUCH more likely to get a timely appointment with a competent physician. Your medical records can be accessed at any Primary Health location. Because of this, you don't have to fill out endless paperwork every time you need medical care. I was reluctant to use Primary Health when my children's pediatrician stopped practicing. I thought we would become faceless objects on an assembly line. I couldn't have been more wrong. All people at any location really care about our health. They are always knowledgeable, respectful, and thorough.

I was able to get in quickly and had one of the best clinic experiences I've ever had. The med tech, X-ray technician, and Dr. Wilkinson were all friendly and efficient. They were able to diagnose and treat my shoulder injury instead of drawing it out over several visits and more pain. If only my joints were as well greased as their team! Dr. Wilkinson really helped me understand my injury and rehab, even down to specific activity accomodations/adaptations that were helpful. If I remembered the names of the X-ray tech and MA, I would give them kudos as well.

Very professional and clean. Respectful, pleasant, and happy to meet my needs. The provider Eli was very thorough and one of the better providers I've ever seen. Recently, my girlfriend ran out of a medication and had a very bad reaction. I contacted them, as they are her provider as well. I explained the symptoms she was having and asked them to contact her. I don't have a release for them to discuss her medical information, and they were in compliance with the laws and regulations regarding privacy. Within 5 minutes, they contacted her and made every effort to make sure that she was safe and didn't need emergency care. A huge thanks to everyone there.

While cooking dinner on a Monday night, I cut my hand open and had to rush over to this Primary Health. Luckily this happened before they closed! As soon as I came in I was taken back to a room by a nurse. I am not good with blood or hurting myself, so I was very nauseous and a little out of it. The entire staff was very professional and helped me to calm down. They thoroughly checked my fingers, cleaned me up, and stitched up my wound. I was in and out within about 30 minutes and felt like they took extremely good care of me. I was very impressed and grateful during my time of panic and pain! Thank you Primary Health State Street!

My niece told me that she uses this place.l, all the time, I walked in at 4:15 in the afternoon because I just couldn't take the pain anymore. The doctor saw me about 4:20 he was a nice gentleman explain my problem he recognize that a woman of 72 years old knows what she's talking about. I appreciate that. Yes they did a urinalysis normal no problem they would have done that at home. I thought he was humorous he spent more than 60 Minutes 60 seconds with me spent close to 15 minutes with me gave me a prescription and Zam I was out of there in 30 minutes. I appreciated that. I fully intend to use this place again thank you for the kind efficient service. I know things cost money. But these are the fees I would have paid at home with my primary care physician so thank you

I was very surprised to see the negative reviews. I went today, arrived on time, used the bathroom, and when I came out they were waiting for me. The secretarial staff were all super friendly and smiling. I went to the Ear, Throat, and Nose side of things, and Scott was awesome, and Nurse Marrett was great as well. They gave me some fantastic news and were very patient with my tears. Scott looked at my meds and told me how they might be causing my ringing in the ears. More importantly, Scott told me about a bone density hearing aid that transmits sound to my good ear. I was floored. For decades, I've been going to audiologists and have been told that nothing can help the deafness in my left ear. You would think that audiologists would be so top of technology. Anyway, I've left the office with a loaner and I am hopeful for my future. The staff rocks!

I woke up one morning with such severe back pain, I couldn't even sit up. My sister-in-law took my to this clinic and they were great. They got me in right away and even helped me carry my purse and fill out the paperwork because I had such limited mobility. Friendly and accommodating staff. Dr Mors is very thorough. His approach of first do no harm sold me. You cannot ask for a better provider than one who doesn't rush into unnecessary surgeries. I feel that I am in great hands! His care coordinator has eased some of the fear or burden of worrying about insurance claims, approvals, and procedure dates. I know that no matter what road I'm led down, Dr Mors and his staff have my best interests in mind. And a GIANT thank you to my sister who sent me his direction!
