We took our son in for a wellness check & I was blown away at the quality of service we received. Doctor Labor and her staff at this location are phenomenal. We not only felt heard as parents with concerns, but our son loved meeting his new pediatrician. She addressed all of our questions and explained things in a way we could understand. Absolutely loved this office. We have moved our son over and made this his primary pediatric office. Thank you to all of you at Full Circle Health. Sincerely, a new mama.

I have always had positive experiences here. My current doctor though, Dr. Emily Dickerson has been my favorite provider by far! She really listens to my input & makes her recommendations for an action plan for the best results for my needs. She trusts that I am capable of understanding my own body while adding her knowledge to the table. I am planning an out of state move that I am excited about. However, one of the biggest downsides will be losing her.

I rarely go out of my way to leave reviews, but this has been life changing. Dr. Farina has been OUTSTANDING. We have worked together to make sure the treatment plan is working every single step of the way. I leave her messages in MyChart, and she gets back to me in a timely manner. She takes the time to stop, listen, and discuss options with me. She doesn't increase the dosage on my medication without a full discussion on what side effects may be. I feel the need to reiterate that she gives me her full attention, listens, and responds when she is fully aware of the scope of the situation. I have been very lucky to be placed in her care, and if she remains local, I will follow her when she is done with her residency. A huge shout out to the front office staff who, when dealing with tons of other patients, make sure to give you their full attention. They follow up when needed, they are kind and helpful, and I have rarely seen someone not in good spirits despite the workload. Great job, I cannot express my gratitude for the work you all do.

I found a Dr. through a friend and was pleasantly surprised by his knowledge, patience and bed-side manner. He is the Director of Full Circle Health and works out of the Raymond Clinic which is conveniently located and has plenty of parking. Having immune issues for over 40 years, I have had good/bad Dr's over the years. I found Dr. Rich to be an incredible Primary care Dr. In the 1st 30 days, he read my extensive file and informed me on my 2nd visit that my past Dr hadn't been keeping up w my annual MRI for aneurysm or treatment for numb foot/leg. Dr Rich promptly referred me for both tests before 90 days had passed. He is really quite efficient and the BEST DR! I'm lucky to call him my Dr.

My son’s Dr is amazing. Always very informative & helpful. Answers all questions I have & he remembers my concerns & discussions we’ve had in the past. The problem I had was a male nurse. He was incredible condescending & disrespectful. After giving my infant shots & I was crying because he was crying, this nurse told me it’s fine. Asked me if I remembered getting my shots because he can’t remember his, & my son won’t remember either. I’ve had over 20 years to forget, this nurse has had over 50 years to forget. My son had 30seconds. He still hurt & he’s a baby (<6months old) so he doesn’t understand why. He cried & I cried with him. I didn’t need some old man being dismissive or belittling me for crying because my baby was crying & there was nothing I could do to make him not scared or hurt.

I have a nutritionist I see by Tela health once a month on Idaho Street. Her name is Kelsey Russell. She is so awesome, caring, patient, knows her stuff and which strategy to use for each particular situation. I have had a eating disorder since I was six years old that has now developed into three disorders. Kelsey is non judgemental and knows what to do to help. I recommend her for any type of eating situation. Your so awesome Kelsey.

I don't normally do reviews but after this experience I think it's time. I have been going to this clinic since December of 2019. All of the staff were wonderful, accepting, and helpful. They actually listened to what I had to say and wanted to help. And until recently that's how it's always been. In the last couple of months I have had countless issues with the front office. It started out that they kept trying to schedule me for appointments that I blatantly addressed that I could not make before they even suggested the appointment. This happened multiple times. I can overlook that. Everyone has bad or off days. But what I cannot overlook is the fact that my provider wants to see me in the very near future, and said that reception would reach out to me to schedule another appointment. I waited over a week for reception to give me a call, which again I can look over. I finally called about 10 minutes ago and had a 2 minute conversation of trying to get an appointment scheduled to where the person on the other line repeatedly asked me questions and responded with judgment in her tone, and after my last response proceeded to say "Oh" with the same judgement and then hung up on me. I never got an appointment scheduled. The medical staff is just as great as ever, I just wish reception was better.

I recently had a colonoscopy and I must say if your going to have this procedure this is the place to have it done at. The clinic is clean, the front office people are friendly and helpful. My consultation was with a nurse that made me feel comfortable and relaxed my mind of what was to come. The night before prep wasn’t as awful as I thought it would be ( lemon aid Gatorade ) was the trick for me. I’m not saying it was a breeze the night before but, wasn’t awful. The nap after the procedure was heavenly. I was a bit nervous on the day of my procedure but, from the nurses to the doctor I was confident and comfortable with how I was treated before that I would be alright, and I was.In 10 yrs I will be going back to the Raymond clinic for my next colonoscopy.

I was seen and treated for my knee. I had been in a lot of pain and wasn't able to work due to my knee pain. I have seen 2 doctors prior and nothing changed. My knee was still extremely sore and I was not able to go back to work. During my appointment with Family Medicine my doctor, Dr Johnson listened to what I was saying and communicated with me about what he thought was the problem. He also had the sports Medicine expert examine my knee and explain how they saw the problem. They then jointly performed the treatment and as if they had been practicing for a long time together they nailed it. Absolutely knocked it outta the park. I am extremely grateful to Dr Johnson for his time and for taking the care to have another doctor examine me. The injury I have is quite rare and misdiagnosed often. I know coz 2 other doctors missed my problem and they weren't even close when it came to me feeling as if they had even tried to help me. I give a full star mark and if I could I would and I can. Thank you

I sure appreciate all the stuff there. except this time I needed to get my prescriptions for antibiotics because I have pneumonia and the prescription wasn't there and I thought it was pretty important to start taking the antibiotic I wanted to ask and after hours nurse if pneumonia is contagious then when I went to pick up the first question it wasn't there at thier Pharmacy so that this pneumonia doesn't get a better grip on my lungs because of diabetes I guess I could die. I have some antibiotics from a month ago I was wondering if I could take them figuring that some are better than none but no one called me back to answer either question. I called after hours but nobody called me back and that is nothing to do with this office at 777 Raymond st. Boise,idaho. It was relayed over somewhere else and they evidently didn't tell the nurse to call me. It's been over an hour so you need to get a new relay message sender.

I've been using Family Medicine Residential Clinic on and off for 20+ years. Sometimes because I didn't have insurance and other times because providers in the valley wouldn't accept new patients with Medicaid. When I had private insurance though my job I'd go elsewhere for logistical reasons but I always end up back at FMRC. They are kind and I know they won't dump me because of insurance issues. I met Dr Tracy Morgan there as a resident and followed her to St Lukes when she finished her residency. Her office moved and It was too far from my home so I came back to the residency program.

Both my brother and I go to this clinic. My brother and I are both Type 2 Diabetic, and these doctors have been successful in getting my non-compliant, developmentally disabled brother into a safer range on his A1C. They listen to me and are able to get us in for emergencies the same day, usually. They stay on top of our health issues. We really like the medical professionals we've met here. The ones who stand out are Chris Gunderson, PA, Josef Bartels MD, Daniel Mueller MD, and our favorite nurse there, Gladys.

This is the 4th place I called to try and see if I could be seen today for a first time kidney infection. The other places I called didn't have any appts available until Monday and I explained to Esmeralda over the phone I did not want to go to urgent care or the ER because of the high fees but I would if I had to because of how serious this was--I could hardly stand up. She was very kind and understanding and she went as far to have a double booking approved for an appointment within less than 2 hours from the time I called in. Thank you so much, Esmeralda. The doctor said if I was to have waited any longer that I would have up in the hospital. Having just moved to Boise, I was apprehensive about being seen by just anyone but I knew this couldn't wait. The doctor and nurses were all very nice and prompt, so this was a good experience. I will be returning if I should ever have any future medical needs. Thanks again.

Dr Waterman has taken the time to learn about my disorder and is working hard to get me the best medical care for a very challenging illness. The front desk staff are always polite and helpful. My average waiting time has been 15 minutes.
