I had knee pain that did not affect my activities of daily living but I was constantly aware of it. After several visits with Dr. Hassinger and Lindsey, his PA, I opted to have the recommended series of PRP injections along with Synvisc injections. The process was simple, painless, safe, and most importantly, completely took my nuisance pain away. I know that I can have it done again if I need to. Dr. Hassinger and his staff are consummate professionals and I was completely satisfied with my experience.

.After falling from a ladder on 10/31/2011 and shattering my left heel, fracturing the ankle and a tibial plateau fracture on the rt leg, I met Dr. Spelich the next day. Unable to go home (couldn’t maneuver through my home with 2 broken legs) or have surgery immediately, he explained the next few weeks of recovery to me, and made arrangements for me to go to a care/rehab facility. I had surgery at TVH and we all laughed afterwards at the “copious amts. of ice" in his instructions. I was always treated with the utmost care and respect through my recovery and numerous return visits to check my progress. I still go in occasionally when necessary. I will always recommend Dr. Spelich and DOC. Thank you Tammy Washburn

I've had some knee problems for the last few years. I've put off seeing anyone for it but could no longer just suffer with it. I went in to the Rifleman location and was very impressed with the care. I was seen immediately after filling out the paperwork. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. I was seen by a PA, Andy. He was professional and thorough. X-rays were done on site at my first visit! Any other care facility I've been to would have sent me off site to get X-rays and that would have been more time out of my schedule and would have taken a day or two to arrange at a minimum. I would have gotten two separate bills and it's just a big hassle all the way around. At DOC, I was able to review the results of the X-rays immediately with Andy and he presented me with surgical and non surgical options. I elected to try the non surgical option and received a cortisone shot during that first visit. If I need additional care I will not hesitate for a moment to go back. I'm certain DOC is the best option in the area for Orthopedic care. No waiting for X-ray results and all the imaging is on site.

I was so impressed with the care I received at DOC. I have had two shoulder surgeries (one total shoulder replacement) and I was having major problems with the nerves in my shoulder that had previously been operated on a few years back, but my shoulder doc couldn't get me in for a ridiculous amount of time, so I decided to try DOC. The service I received was friendly, the wait time was very reasonable, they accepted my insurance (Regence Blue Shield), the staff members I worked with were friendly, professional, and very dedicated to getting to the bottom of the problem. I would highly recommend them for any ortho needs!

Came in with my 13 year old with an injured shoulder on a Saturday. We had gone to an urgent care the night before but wasn't able to get any x rays. After feeling like we needed to follow up and my kiddo really wanting to see a doctor, we came to DOC. Longest part of the waiting to be seen was to fill out paperwork (nothing worse than going to an ER). We were immediately seen by PA Andy and surprise surprise a broken shoulder. It could have been easily missed given the location inside the shoulder joint. They quickly got is scheduled for an MRI even during the weekend and follow up with orthopedist. I really appreciate how they handled me and my kiddo.

Dr Hassinger is one of the most awesome surgeons ever. I broke my wrist snowboarding in 2013, and he walked in with a smile, clapped his hands, and said, “Boy, do I love snowboards!” Totally broke the ice, and he and his staff were kind, fun and top-to-bottom fantastic. Hopefully, I won’t need orthopedic surgery in the future, but if I do, I will specifically ask for Dr Hassinger. 5+/5 stars

My 5 year old fractured his arm trying to wrestle his 17 year old brother, who dodged. We waited about 10 minutes to see the PA and get X-Rays, most of which was spent filling out a stack of paperwork, which is hard to do when you're stressed about your child. Once we got in it was super quick and the customer service was great. We even had to go back the next day to have it re-splinted which was also really fast. I'm grateful I didn't have to go to the ER!

Their staff from the front desk to their nurses, practitioners and Drs we found to be the most caring since we've been here the past 13 years. They really did their best in the emeregency situation we're facing with and made things as comfortable as possible for the patient during the procedure. We really felt their care and being important. We were so happy we went to the right place as they gave my mom the nicest treatment as they work on her right wrist injury. Thanks to you D.O.C. of Broadway!

We walked in and went directly to get an x-ray. Within a few minutes, the doctor came in with the results on his iPad. He told us what my issue is, and how we were going to fix it and we were done! It was a great experience. Highly recommend DOC!

Received quick and what I believe to be thorough exam on a Sunday afternoon. Injury was from a Saturday fall that was causing pain and swelling in my hands and wrists. Longest part of the visit was filling out the paperwork. In and out in 30 minutes or less. No broken bones, just soft tissue bruising and tendon stretch.

We went to the Nampa location and it was AWESOME!! I am a mother of football players and countless seasons later- I wish something like this would have been around 10 years ago!! Very nice PA who spoke to my son as an athlete and directed concerns to him personally while addressing getting him back into his sport. Definitely recommend!
