Great Staff! Everyone from the Registration Clerk, Tareka, Dr Carnel, all the other staff and a big thanks to Jesse “2 stick James”, she kept me laughing and took all the stress away, they were all so friendly. It was all really quick!

Staff was friendly, but this was the only option I had for being treated by the physician I chose at Andrews Sports Medicine. Bring ear buds and a fully charged phone....the wait is horrible! Was told to arrive at 8 am, but due to 23 procedures being scheduled before mine (had no idea!), from arrival to departure was well over 4 hours. The procedure itself, I was told, took just a few minutes. Most of the time was spent either waiting in a crowded waiting room (no social distancing... over 2 hours), waiting with an IV needle in my hand (over 1 hour), or my driver waiting in his car....in late June... in Alabama (about an hour or more). And parking is a challenge because the bulk of people are apparently scheduled to come around 8 am. Oh, and no one from Outpatient Care even called me to let me know the schedule for my procedure (as, I was told, they would). I had to call a couple of places to track that down on a Sunday. Maybe I've been lucky, but never had to wait this long for a simple procedure at any other facility before. So if you have to use this facility, just clear your calendar for the day.

I had a surgery on sept. 4th. Great place didn't have any issue. Staff very professional excellent service. Especially during the covid 19.

I've undergone two surgical procedures here at Outpatient Carecenter, and I only have positive things to say. It is conveniently located in the city center. They are very friendly, and they do not waste your time, as they try to move the process along at a progressive pace. Pre and post-op nurses are fabulous! The only gripe I have is that after one of my surgeries, the were putting pts back into the pre-op holding area after leaving PACU (recovery room), and it was made extremely loud, but only by family members that were sitting with pts after their procedures; I felt as if the nurses should've shut down the loud talking and laughing because who wants to be constantly disturbed while trying to rest/sleep after surgery. Other than that, I have only good things to say about Outpatient Care center!

From check in, to post-op, you guys are pretty special. A special thank you to Rachel, pre-op intake. She set the stage for what is normally a nerve-racking process, to a smooth experience . If I could, I'd hire her away from OCC.

I had my surgery here yesterday I had a great experience I had some of the sweetest nurses and everybody was so welcoming made me feel right at home thanks to everyone up there that made me feel comfortable Y’all are the best !!

I had foot surgery with Dr Russell here on September 3rd and this place is amazing everyone was so nice and punctual and just very nice and caring. I strongly recommend this place

This was my first experience here and I would give it a 10 if I could! From the security gentleman upon first arriving, to the recovery RN who put me safely in the car, I could not have been treated any better!
