I have never heard of this hospital until Sept 12th. My daughter (14 years old) had a bad car accident and our local hospital transported her to BRH. This was the best decision that was ever made!!! We could not have been more impressed with everything that happened at this hospital. From the moment I stepped off the ambulance, (after a 2 hour ride from our hometown) I was met my the hospital chaplain, Lance. He is the most caring, understanding and considerate person. Even during this time I was scared to death and didn’t know what to expect because my baby was taken to the trauma unit, he carried me to this family counseling lounge across from the trauma unit and stayed with me until my husband got there. Then he stayed with us both every step until she was stabilized and carry to the 7th floor and was put in the Special Care Unit. Every single nurse, doctor, clinical assistant, dietary, housekeeping, down to the security officers and all were so nice, understanding and very helpful. This hospital is the most organized hospital I have ever stepped foot in. I never seen anything get pushed to the side or fell threw the cracks here! I will always be thankful for everyone at this hospital. God bless each and every one of these precious staff members.

(Translation) The best hospital I've ever known my baby has Down's syndrome her pediatrician sent her to this hospital to check her stomach. The gastrointerologist Amanda Soong and another doctor I don't remember his name are treating her... they are excellent doctors and people gave orders for her make a study to my baby of his eyes of his heart of how his food passes from the stomach and it was not their responsibility except the stomach ... God bless you always ❤ (Original) El mejor hospital que eh conocido mi bebe tiene sindrome de down su pediatra la envio a este hospital para revision de su estomago la atiende la gastrointerologa amanda soong y otro doctor no recuerdo su nombre... son excelentes doctores y personas dieron orden para que le hicieran estudio a mi bebe de sus ojos de su corazon de como pasa su comida del estomago y no era responsabilidad de ellos excepto el estomago... dios los bendiga siempre ❤
