Dr Miller has an amazing "aggressive"approach at your health and issues ! You talk to her ,tell her and she listens and seriously wants to fix,not alleve your problems. Also she has a lot of the vitamins and supplements you need on site,you won't be disappointed to drive to this doctor

I absolutely adore Dr. Miller! She began seeing me years ago when I was so sick that I could barely function. Her out of the box thinking led to treatment that has literally given me my life back. When you go in to see her, she is not only professional and thorough but she is also so kind and caring. I’m not sure how I haven’t written a review before now. Both Dr. Miller and Jewels (NP) are fantastic. They both really listen and work to get to the cause of the issue. You can tell they really care about their patients. Dr. Miller diagnosed my autoimmune disease several years ago and helped me to go from fatigued and symptomatic to consistently feeling healthy.

Dr Miller, Jewels , and all their staff make her office a different experience. They are kind , caring, and very knowledgeable. I been a patient at Birmingham Integrative Health for over 15 years. I love Dr. Miller and Nurse Practitioner Jewels. Most doctors just prescribe meds to cover up the problems, but Doc Miller and Jewels try to find out what the root cause is and repair it at its source. That’s called “doctoring.” I tell everyone about them!

Have been using Dr. Miller for several years now. She has always been attentive to my needs & or concerns. On your way to your room you you are weighed & your blood pressure is checked. Once you get into a room there is a nurse practitioner that will be the first to come in & ask you some questions. Then the doctor will come in to address your needs. On the way out if needed she has to stop by the lab area to have your lab work drawn. Your results of your labs will then be discussed with you on your follow up visit. She is an Intergrative health doctor & she has products that addresses what you may need. She also does acupuncture as well. She truly cares about the needs of her patients & is compassionate and listens to you.

I appreciate they they take time to help me learn to treat issues naturally as opposed to always just handing out more Rx. Yet, when necessary, Rx are advised. When I began with BIH, I was.on 4 or 5 Rx, now 10 years later, at age 71, I take only 1.

Dr. Miller always spends the time to hear/listen to what you have to say. She is a smart, well trained physician who chooses to treat you as a whole person using alternative and traditional practices based on a combination of diagnostics, conversation, lab work and her experience. What I appreciate most is her breath of knowledge about medical issues, options for treatment as well as the newest options for treatment and medicines. She is also intuitive which is a trait that is not a mainstream medical talent, at least not in my opinion. Dr Miller has been my personal physician for more than seven (7) years.

The receptionist is not friendly, does not greet you, or smile; does not acknowledge your presence when you come in, and you have to stand behind a line before you can be helped. I think that she is in the wrong business. I have been here 4 times now, so I can’t say that she is having a bad day! Dr. Miller is good, conscientious, very friendly, which makes up for the receptionist.

Dr. Miller has been nothing but wonderful and accommodating to me. I appreciate that she's not shoving the latest and greatest pharmaceuticals down my throat and is open to alternative answers. If you want someone to just give you an antibiotic or pain meds, this probably isn't for me. But BIH is the BEST! (Btw, I drive 90 minutes round trip to see Dr. Miller)

Dr Miller is the only Dr I know of actually practices preventative medicine. This practice is ultimately concerned with the health and well-being of their patients and are not just pushing the latest pharmaceuticals to treat symptoms.
