Tom GrandyI'm in care Partners now. My doctor is Dr. Min and he is a wonderful, caring doctor. I give Dr. Min 5+ stars. Everyone here is fabulous: the nurses; food service, CNAs; cleaning crew; and the PT and OT torturers (I meant to PT and OT people but spell check changed it to torturers). So I give then all 5+ stars.
MargaretDischarged from care partners yesterday after a 2week stay. I can't say enough about the wonderful care I received starting with Joy in admissions through every department, nursing,therapy,dietary,housekeeping..Special thanks to Nathaniel,Shannon G,and Breanna. Without them I would not be home now. If you want gentle expert care you couldn't find a better place.!
Ramon PoteatA former patient (Thoms Rehab) in 1995-1996. Everyone was excellent, nursing staff, occupational, speech, physical, even rec therapist was excellent. Arrived C4quadrapledgic on 22 November 1995, to SCU (Spinal Cord Unit) had to relearn everything all over as far as moving my arms and leg, when I was discharged I was ambulatory.
Met some great friends while I was there, friends who I'm still in touch with today

Tracy StanfielEllen, Kellyn and Felicia are very helpful and kind in outpatient therapy. They work me hard, and I am improving.
twitchyI have stayed at Care Partners twice now for spine related post-surgical recovery. I could not have asked for better care anywhere, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the DR.'s are excellent. I never wanted for anything, my medications were on time and pretty much anything I wanted or needed to make my stay more comfortable was provided without question. The rest of Mission Health System would do well to emulate the care given at Care Partners, they are a shining example of how Care is given. The in-patient rehabilitation is the best, I was in good hands and I'm walking out of this place on my own two feet because of them. Thank You, Care Partners!

I called to get intake paperwork information for my mother and I spoke to Rosemary Southerland, Practice Specialist II. She was so friendly and helpful, and she got me exactly the information I needed.
I hope the remainder of our experience is as positive ❤
