Every single employee is professional and caring making this the most rewarding experience. Dr. Cutchen is top notch and very reassuring throughout the process. His honesty and care is above and beyond. I trust him completely to have my best interests at heart and would 200% recommend him to any and everyone who wants to improve their quality of life by getting rid of those annoying painful veins!!!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Cutcheon and his staff. Everyone at the office was always so friendly and professional from Dr. Cutcheon to his nurses and office manager, Marilyn. I went to Dr. Cutcheon to have my varicose veins removed because he's topnotch! I never had to wait for appointments, I was always seen right away. Dr. Cutcheon was great and took the time to answer all of my questions. He went over all of the information on the surgery several times and was very thorough. Even during the procedure, he always explained what they were going to be doing so I was never surprised. Their patient care is outstanding and I recommend them highly!

For my initial consult I saw Dr. Cutchen. He was very knowledgeable, professional and straight forward. I was reluctant to not have him perform my actual procedure. Due to my client highly recommending him. Also bc I was going a few years back to UNM's vein clinic and was very unhappy. I was given an appt with Marie on a different date. We'll let me tell you, she was just great! She was very thorough and gentle. Took her time as I am afraid of needles. A very nice gal. The building is also very clean and inviting. Love the location. Dr Cutchen and his team are great! I have been going to the clinic for more than two years. I am always on my feet at work which makes it more of a challenge to close the diseased veins. I am greatful that Albuquerque Vein & Laser Institute is willing to work with their patients on payment plans. Without this cooperation for payment I would have to either stop the procedures or have big gaps between visits. I want give a big THANK YOU to all at Albuquerque Vein & Laser Institute.

I first went to the Albuquerque Vein & Laser institute with my husband who was having a lot of leg pain. From beginning to end everyone in the office was polite, professional, and above all, caring. Especially Dr. Kutcher. Since my husband went through his procedures he has had minimal pain and absolutely no regrets! Since I had been experiencing leg pain as well I decided to see Dr. Kutcher where I was given some tests which revealed that my issue didn't have to do with my veins, but with pain in my lower lumbar that was sending pain down my legs. Dr. Kutcher took the time to explain to me what he thought was my issue and what I could do. So grateful for everything the Albuquerque Vein Institute did for my husband and for answering the questions I had!!

The staff of Albuquerque Vein and Laser Institute are very professional. They look out for their patients even to the extent of researching your insurance and telling you how much procedures will cost. It is amazing to me how difficult it is to get medical costs ahead of a procedure. It is nice to work with a health care provider who is very good, efficient, does not waste my time, tells me in detail what to probably expect and addresses the whole topic including finances.

A combination of Dr. Cutchen and his friendly staff creates "Excellent" care and treatment of vein problems. They treat you with respect and courtesy as an appreciated patient. Dr. Cutchen has a caring attitude as he patiently explains treatment he suggests for each individual. I drive 5 hours for my appointments and wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else. I have the "best care" with "the best" doctor and staff. I highly recommend this practice.

Since I had my first procedure there, my leg hasn't looked as good as it does now since high school and that was a very long time ago. And did I mention, no more pain. Checked out other vein clinics and the staff were rude and not very helpful with my questions. There is a great team of professionals who honestly care about you and your concerns. What other facility will the Doctor himself call you after your surgery . Can't say enough about this team. I'm actually looking forward to getting my other leg done. In my opinion, best in all of New Mexico, and I have been to other facilities and honestly my procedure couldn't have resulted any better if I had gone anywhere else. It was a polite, very professional experience. The office staff was cordial, the technologist who performed my lower extremity ultra-sound vein scans, was pleasant and very professional. I felt confident in her work. Infection control was clearly in use. The doctor was extremely open and engaging with me in conversation about the results. Rather than just saying, "Wow! Your scans were normal!" and rushing me out, he gave considerable thought to the leg lesions that were the cause of my referral , and set up a telephone conference with the wound care provider who has referred me to discuss some recommendations. I felt that I was being considered as a whole person, and not just the body part that was the subject of his expertise. The wound care providers carried out some of his recommendations and the wounds are now healed. This was SO DIFFERENT FROM an appointment with an orthopedic group regarding my arthritic knees (yes that is kneeS, plural). The receptionist wanted to know which bone I wanted examined. I said Both knees. The reply was, "sorry, I can only schedule an exam for one bone. So pick your bone!" Seriously! That's what she said. So I said "right, please.", Just to get past the Dragon. The doctor eventually treated both knees (2 count 'em" Loved ABQ Vein & Laser Institute

I had a very good experience with Dr Cutchen and his staff. The office is very accommodating and helpful in making appointments. There was no waiting to be seen once you arrive for your appointment. Everything about the procedures they were recommending were thoroughly explained and it was all very clear. Everyone in the office was very kind and thoughtful and professional. Hands down, the BEST place in Albuquerque to have your veins treated. I had horrible varicose veins in my late 20’s and was treated by Dr. Cutchen (12 years ago). The results were outstanding! Now I’m in my 40’s and I recently had some new varicose veins pop up. I went back to Dr. Cutchen to have these veins treated and once again....outstanding results! The office is lovely, the staff is fantastic and Dr. Cutchen is wonderful! Highly recommend!! You will not be disappointed!!

My experience from my initial consultation to my follow-up visit was nothing less than impressive. Dr Cutchen and his staff are simply amazing! Their promptness with each appt was both surprising and appreciated...I never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen, and when I was, it was with professionalism and genuine kindness. Each procedure was seamless and the results are better than expected. Billing was a breeze (when does THAT ever happen?) If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Extremely profession and personable experience. While it did take a couple of visits to get rid of a facial vein problem, the doctor did inform it that may take another visit afte the first heal and treated it appropriately. He didn’t charge me substantially for minimal touch ups. 100% would recommend as these folks are about the customer, not the profit.
