We got our windows replaced sooner than expected, which is great! They did a wonderful job, no issues with installation. Windows look great! Much better than our old ones, much quieter, and more efficient. We are still waiting on inspection, but other than that all is good. Would definitely recommend Window World!

Everything went great!! Marty came to our house to provide the initial estimate and he could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and straightforward! We knew it could be anywhere from 6 months or more to have the windows installed. After roughly 8 months, we got the call for the installation to be scheduled. The day of installation went Great! Robert, Mike & Graham were an excellent team of installers! They were very professional and they did a wonderful installation! They did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. They worked very hard despite getting a later start in the day. Robert was very helpful in every step of the process and explained everything we needed to know. The crew went above and beyond! An overall excellent experience!

Just got the windows ordered, so not installed yet, but here is some very useful information. By far, the design consultant that came to my home (Ryan) seemed better prepared, more professional, and more knowledgeable of the process, than all the other contractors attempting to "assist" my window replacement needs. Most importantly, Window World doesn't hide the individual costs for the window project like the other 5 estimates that I received. Their contract has individual line items, with the prices right there for you to see. Hell, some of the other contractors only listed the number of windows and a single price, no breakdown whatsoever! Even refused to add details when I requested. It just gets better... Window World estimated (same brand/same series), much lower than the lowest of the other estimates. Just what I would expect from the largest window replacement firm in the country. Even after I gave them the down payment, to order the windows, they were very responsive when I asked for followup information concerning my order. If all that I have mentioned is an indication of how the install will go, they will get my business for doors and more windows, when this project set is completed. Save yourself a lot of hassle and shananagins from all the window sharks out there, and give Window World a call. Why all the others don't make the process easy (like Window World does) is baffling.

Curtis and Charlie did a great job installing all new windows and doors in my 1930's home. On time, called when they were on the way and very very clean. They vacuumed on there way out everyday, so virtually no mess. Highly recommend!!

We had ordered windows from a different manufacturer and they were not able to deliver within six months. Their initial commitment was to have the windows to us within 10 to 12 weeks. After we deposit 100% of our money with them no clue when the windows will be delivered. I contacted Chris McIntosh. Chris came out within 24 hours, verified measurements with me, wrote the contract and we gave him a deposit. He promised that the windows would be ready for us within six weeks. He kept his word he had six weeks later we had windows and are able to finish the property in which we have been renovating. Scott came out to do a price consultation. This is our second time using Window World. So no high pressure upgrade sale when I said I want what we had on the last house, Scott went straight to work measuring windows. We had a very reasonable price in less than 30 minutes. Looking forward to the install. Robert the installer called to say he was I route the morning of install. He and Graham arrived precisely on time. They introduced themselves and clearly communicated with us how they expected the job to go. As they worked both Robert and Graham answered questions I had and didn’t seem to slow them down at all. They were patient with our grumpy dog when they came inside. They spread blankets to protect our tile inside and their cleanup was first class. Finally they adjusted the lock mechanism that I was struggling with and everything looks great! I would definitely use Window World again and ask for this install team if I ever moved again.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. However, window world uses false advertising! They advertise windows for $189 but that’s IF you install it yourself and it won’t meet code…. It’s about $650 per window. Also, they false advertise financing. They want you to pay 50% of the cost and only allow you to finance the other 50%. It’s a lot of false advertising. They should have integrity and be honest when they advertise.

I signed a contract on march, the job should be completed between 6-12 weeks ,we are in October and there is always something wrong. My front windows are not completed ,they made mistake on the bathroom window ,finally yesterday they brought it in and guess what ? Wrong color , the screen door was loose and had a cut in. They replaced yesterday ! The latch on my sliding door doesn’t work . What it gets me is the the feeling they give you ,it seems like they don’t care , once you sign a contract you are on your own . I will call again today to find out when they are coming to finish my front window . If I don’t receive a good answer today I am forced to write at Better Business and let them help me . My front windows look like this on the picture .

My windows have not been installed yet since I’m just starting the process. However- I completed my request for a quote on a Sunday late afternoon & had a call in less than 10 minutes to schedule an appointment. Yes, Wow! I was scheduled an appointment the following week and Marty, my rep, was so kind to reschedule at the last minute since I had something come up. My appointment was this morning. Marty was on time, very courteous and professional. He gave me all of the info I needed and the price was much less than I expected so very pleased! I’ve also had several friends highly recommend Window World and so far I’m extremely impressed!! Now just to wait for the back order process, which Marty informed me of and I’ve heard about in the news. I can wait knowing I’m getting the best service and price!

Great installation of windows and disposal of the old ones. Although they are still having a few delays based on supply & manpower, they work fast and do a very professional installation. Quality and construction is great so far and the installers were polite and careful. 5 Stars if I knew that it would take months after sales call & deposit to installation. I understood due to the climate we are currently in the delivery would be prolonged. I paid my deposit in May 2021, services completed between November 2021and March 2022 roughly. The installers were awesome and patient with my immediate availability due to working from home. Both crews were extremely friendly and explained in detail how the windows and the door latches work. I don’t want to leave my sales person out the mix! He was great as well he made sure I understood the process, the delay in materials and the warranties. Be patient with the company while you are waiting for the windows to come in - it will be worth it - Mark will make sure you get what you pay for. Sales rep wasn’t going to climb up the step ladder to get the top brick to brick measurement but assumed that it visually looked the same. When I said that if the new window doesn’t fit than I will call W.W. to come back and install it instead of me. He then went up the step ladder and measured. He almost fell coming down the A- frame ladder. His tape measure was floppy and difficult to stretch out, he said it was old. I guess he needs a new issue. Apart from that he was friendly and informative.

Want to give 5 stars, but our second experience has been less than ideal.. We had our windows done a few years ago, a team of 2 came out and did all 16 windows in a single day! Definitely helped our home be more energy efficient and reduced road noise compared to out single pane windows before. Went back to WW for a door installation. Took a while to get scheduled and had to call multiple times to see if our doors were even ready, as we never received any updates from when we purchased the services months before. Again, a team of 2 came and installed doors, did a great job, were friendly and professional. However, they forgot the new door handles, so we had to call to schedule the installation of those. Installer comes and he has the wrong pieces. WE HAD TO CALL AGAIN to reschedule. Now they don't have our handles in stock. No ETA. Not ideal and more than a little frustrating to be waiting for phone calls and taking multiple days off to get this completed. On a positive note both the doors and the windows look great and are secure, but wish we had the handles we paid for.

I wanted to tell you all that my experience with Window World of Pensacola, FL the windows installation was good. When the installer took old window away here he left some glass on my driveway. My most troubling was the estimated sales person didn’t give me any choice of what window I could have in the space The reason I needed a new window was due to a hurricane but window world did not give me impact windows there and no explanation or discussion as what I could do. I was not explained anything. This is my first time and he knew it too. NOW I’m getting quotes to do rest of the windows on the house and asked to move those 3 windows to another place and they prices it way out there so unable to do. I tell you all this to keep from making a bad decision like I did and go somewhere else. Please go somewhere else for your own self. Thanks for reading this and I hope this is good useful information.

Was not pushy at all but did a good job of explaining the pros of why window world products meet and exceed consumer expectations. We were considering purchasing from another vendor in town but after working with Tony that was no longer an options. He answered all our questions and when I followed up with a few more he responded right away and helped us secure a better deal. A-1 experience so far and if the windows and doors are as good as advertised I’ll follow-up with another review. Only negative we have is having to wait 10-12 weeks to get them installed, which he went into detail to explain why.

Up to the time the order was placed everything was great. Once I submitted paperwork and a deposit they completely stopped communicating. No order status updates, not even a confirmation that they got the paperwork. The installers were polite and professional and did great work. They cleaned up after themselves and did their work in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the company also initially failed to provide wind protection for my doors, which I had requested at the time of the initial quote and order. Luckily, they had metal corrugated parts in stock on the day of installation and sold them to me at cost. Their communication leaves a lot to be desired, so I'd say if you want to but windows from them make sure they put EVERYTHING inn WRITING. The new windows look beautiful and the installer did a great job, so I guess overall it's a good company to but from, just don't expect them to keep you in the loop while you wait for your new windows.

The doors are completely installed, work perfectly and are very nice looking. The installers were very honest when they ran into some rotting wood in the sub-flooring. Without getting on a ladder I found some sloppy caulking done on kitchen window, etc. Plus some denting on the frame. You should come back here and check every window and make necessary corrections. Not everything I was told really was done. I understand that time is money but completely sealing around the windows is a very important step in replacing the old window. I had the job done to seal around the new windows. A little more pride in workmanship goes a long way. If I was told they were not going to seal everything I would have foamed the area myself after they had the windows out. We'll see come next winter. I will try to make this all inclusive, but it will take a while. My wife & I visted WW, Pensacola on Feb 20 & made an app't for Feb 22 for an in-home estimate. We were curteously greeted and educated on the available products. Fortunately, on the following day (Feb 21), the estimator, Buddy, asked if he could come then. Great! OK by us. After his visit and in-depth explanation of services, we were both astonished and happy at the quoted cost... less than half of what we expected! The windows should arrive for installation near the end of March. I will try my best to either edit this post (and add my follow-up) or create an addendum. So far...ee are extremely pleased.
