I had a 10:45am app. We walked into the salon and Mily was very welcoming, smiling from ear to ear, which right away eased my worries. Shortly after, her daughter Soranyel took me back to the sink to brush me out and wash my hair. (I tried to detangle my hair before I went but it was still bad and dirty basically) But she was also VERY nice and polite, took her time to clean my scalp and made sure I was ok throughout the wash. It felt like a well needed spa day honestly lol. The deep conditioning treatment did make my hair very soft but because of how damaged my hair is, it still was a lot of work to put rollers in my hair. But she did a great job. Her mom then had to blow dry my hair after the hooded dryer. She also took her time with my unmanageable hair. Blow dried it very finely, and told me about what good products to use while I was in the chair. I ended up deciding not to get my hair straightened because I kinda felt like there was already too much heat on my hair, and was scared of damaging my hair even more. Overall was a great experience. I basically ended up getting a wash and blow out. I paid $60 but that’s understandable due to the condition of my hair . I still need my ends clipped but my hair came out very straight even without the flat iron. For someone that does not go to the salon, ever, I would definitely go here again and would highly recommend going here. :) thanks again ladies I really appreciate your hospitality!

Went here to get a blowout. Everyone was super nice and professional. I have extremely big curly hair and I was not made to feel insecure or like I was a bother for my hair type. Mily did my hair, she was super sweet, funny, and very client oriented. She didn't try to make me do anything I didn't want to do and was consistently communicating with me to make sure I was happy with the service I was receiving. Definitely recommend! Plus, prices are incredible reasonable.

Mily is amazing! Always very pleasant and flexible. She does a great job and makes sure to take care of your hair. They are a family owned business and her daughters are always very kind as well. Very clean location. They offer many other services as well. Highly recommend!

Milly and Natasha are both very professional and have absolutely great customer service. I took my lash class about a week ago and today I went to get my hair done which I totally love! I’ve received so many compliments and I felt comfortable almost as if I were home. Nothing beats this place with the charismatic environment and the energy just feels so right. From start to finish, it was perfect! I have natural hair, haven’t been to a hair salon in over 3 years because I had a bad experience, where my hair was severely damaged by someone who didn’t know how to care for natural hair. I was looking for a place to get a damage free Domincan blow out and since I’m new to the area, I decided to go to Natasha’s. I can’t tell you how pleased I was! From start to finish, the staff treated me so professionally, the appointment was easily made, everyone was super friendly and authentic, a real family vibe. My hair came out BEAUTIFULLY!! I have 3 daughters with natural hair and I trust this salon to care for their hair too! Thank you for such a great experience!
