Melissa was so amazing when she applied my very first set of CLASSIC LASHES. She set the vibe and was so gentle with application. Constant compliments since I left about how natural they look etc. Also, set me for my future visit while I was there. Definitely see Melissa for your Lash needs!!

The staff was welcoming and the establishment was clean and inviting. When I first entered, someone had greeted me with a smile and hello, asked if I had an appointment and I was taken care of while Kasey got ready for me. Kasey is such a wonderful person, she was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. She also answered questions I had about aftercare. Absolutely recommend her for any waxing needs. Can't wait to see her and the rest of the ladies again.

12/21/22 I came in for a volume refill to get my lashes done and had budgeted for $95 plus 20% tip. The lash tech Ashley took me in. She mentioned that the previous lashes I had on were “wonky” and that they weren’t placed right and recommended I get them taken off and get a volume set done instead. I agreed to that stating she was the expert and I trusted her. I knew the cost would go up but I was sure she would do an amazing job and was willing to pay that, especially after showing her a picture of my cat eye lashes done in Tampa. She said she could do that. I’ve been getting these done for over 8 years. I’m not a lash expert but I know when volume lashes are done right and look beautifully placed. After she was done, the ends were too curled up; they didn’t elongate out like cat eye extensions are supposed to look. And the other lash extensions before them seemed too short. Also, I had to ask her to add a volume lash to an area that was missing one. Overall, I felt that the outcome of the lashes were mediocre at best. I would have asked her to tweak them some more till I was OK with the cat-eye look but I was about to leave on a trip that evening and needed my lashes done. I went to go pay, It was $250 plus tip for something I wasn’t completely happy with. I still tipped her 15% for effort. A day after arriving to our destination, a few lashes came off. My husband noticed that my lash extensions on the ends were bent backwards, which shouldn’t happen if I brush and take care of them. Then throughout the following days, a week and 6 days, more came off leaving me with about 40% lashes. I called in today (day 13 - because 1/1/13 and 1/2/23 they were closed and 12/31/22 they closed early when I was about to call them to let them know about my lashes, so technically it’s 10 days) to see if they could get fixed at least with a refill because they shouldn’t have fallen off that quickly. The receptionist, who was very nice, consulted with the manager and said I would have to pay for the refill because that’s “normal” for lash volume extensions to fall off in 2 weeks. It hasn’t been. 2 weeks. So not true; I’ve had them done for years and when the lash tech does them right and the client takes care of them, they do not come off that fast. When the work is done right, they last over 2 weeks and then lash extensions start to fall off little by little. Not 3or 4 lashes at a time. I’m so disappointed the manager handled this situation poorly. I’m very well experienced with customer service and when a client is not happy about a service, I make it my goal to ensure the client is happy and satisfied with what they pay for. UPDATE: Manager called and was very apologetic, and said she will have the receptionist contact me so a lash tech can give me the lash look I’ve been wanting. Looking forward to the call. Thank you!

Highly recommend Dia. Apart from her super sweet attitude, she does an incredible job. Her attention to every detail is the reason my lashes would last so long between every fill. She’s gentle and works quick and is extremely clean. Amazing work!!
