Let me start our by saying Claudia is amazing! She did all of our hair for my wedding last week and it was perfect! You tell her exactly what you want done and she makes it happen. She is friendly and has a positive vibe. She helped make my day absolutely perfect! I definitely recommend her!

Claudia and her team are amazing. They were always in great and timely communication with me and put me at ease during my wedding day. Sury is an amazing Makeup profesional and made all my girls look beautiful. I was so happy out with how my look came out and how much attention to detail she placed on each of our makeup designs. Claudia literally saved my wedding. I feel like I owe her a little piece of my soul!!! My original caterer cancelled on me due to a sudden medical emergency. I am from PA and did not get this horrible news until I landed in FL 2 days before my wedding. After spending hours calling caterers in the area I’m not even familiar with I was losing hope and desperately texted my hair stylist to see if she had any local connections. Listen folks I’m not that religious but Claudia was sent from the heavens above!!!! She was the ultimate plug! I’ll start w the communication: she didn’t mind staying on the phone to explain everything to me and allow me time to actually think about my options - despite this being a completely rushed transaction since my wedding was a day later. She broke down quotes for me with feedback after listening to what we really wanted and envisioned for our menu and bar package. Now lemme get to the food: OH MY EFFIN GOD my guests are STILL talking about the food and it did not go to waste at all!! Delicious and mouth watering are complete understatements! I don’t think I could refer another caterer in the area EVER!! you have found your one stop shop frfr! Claudia ended up bartending for my wedding and nailed my drink of choice - patron peach marg. She was so much fun and vibed w us too! I got extremely drunk and she took my video telling the world how great she was and how I effed the food all the way up 🤣 Look no further - Claudia will straight hook you up!!! Basic image and le chateau catering did a fantastic job with our wedding. The pictures were excellent, as well as the food and Claudia was just amazing. She worked with us from day 1 making sure everything was good and we were happy. Despite the fact that we were running late the day of, she didn’t just dropped everything off and leave. She stayed while injured and on crutches and saw everything through even though her job was technically done. She is excellent and so is her company. I highly recommend her for catering, photography, etc.

My fiancé and I were referred to Claudia and her team to cater our wedding. I’m SO happy this connection was made!! The food was delicious and was delivered on-time. I booked Claudia to do my makeup after 6 other failed makeup trials by others. On the day of my wedding, my hairstylist didn’t show so Claudia stepped in and styled my hair even though I only booked her to cater the food and to do my makeup. Brides everywhere are clutching their pearls because this is the absolute worst scenario to have no hairstylist on the day of! The day of my wedding Claudia acted almost as a wedding coordinator making sure the food was setup, my makeup was right, my hair was done, took some pictures, and helped with doing a TikTok. Claudia even acted as a life coach because my emotions were all over the place lol. For any of my brown-skin girls, I know the struggles in finding someone to service us in the makeup arena, but Claudia won’t disappoint. Give her a try! The food and makeup was on point! Thank you Claudia and LeChateau Catering for making my day special!

After reaching out to several bridal makeup artists, I decided to choose BasicImage for my Wedding because of her portfolio. I wanted a more natural look since I don't wear makeup on a daily basis. I was happy to find out that my makeup artist, Claudia, specializes in airbrush makeup and keeps up with the latest and greatest tools and trends. I had a trial run for both my mom and myself and I was amazed by her skill and expertise, as she created a look for me that I didn't think would be possible. My hair and makeup never looked so good! We paid in advance to secure our spots and did not regret our decision at all. We were both very satisfied and relieved that her and her team were so talented and knowledgeable. Claudia was very responsive and on the day of she made sure that everything was to my liking before leaving. I'm looking forward to using BasicImage in the future for when I have my maternity photos to provide not just my hair and makeup but photography services.

My Makeup experience was actually Perfect, Claudia was able to adjust easily and remained professional. She also did exceptionally well on my eyelashes. Usually everyone has trouble with my eyelashes because they are thick and curly , but Claudia did them quite easily. She was awesome and I received compliments the entire night .

We had such a memorable experience with Claudia and she made all the bridesmaids, and bride look stunning for my daughters wedding . She even was able to do a trial tun for the bride and offer different look ideas including various lashes . Our makeup lasted picture perfect at an outdoor ceremony even through misting rain. She was professional, prepared and I would recommend her for any event .

Recently had the opportunity to use BasicImage and their Makeup and Hair in addition to their Catering services for my venue and client. Very professional and knowledgable. Claudia and her stylist arrived early in the morning to attend to my bride and her bridal parties hair and makeup. In the afternoon a catering staff of very professionally dressed servers arrived and were very attentive to the bride and groom. The buffet ran very smoothly. The food was amazing by Basicimage Events with Le Chateau Catering. Definitely did not disappoint! Highly recommended!

Basicimage is a MUST for your wedding (or really any) hair and makeup needs. From the very beginning, communicating with Claudia was fast, easy, friendly, and clear. Claudia did all of my bridal parties makeup and she did my hair and makeup exclusively and took her time to listen to all my needs. I did not have a trial but felt very comfortable after seeing her instagram: @basicimagephoto . She knew exactly what to do for styling and it honestly turned out better than I could have imagined. I still felt like myself with a somewhat natural look, but also felt so glamorous. It also lasted about 48 hours (I know, I'm supposed to wash my face and hair after but I didn't want the look to go away). I wish I could look like this every day! Samantha was both the hair stylist and makeup artist assistant on my wedding day, and I absolutely cannot say enough amazing things about her. Not only is she such a sweet and kind person, but she is SO PATIENT! I did not have to easiest bridal party, haha.. I cannot recommend Basicimage enough. You will look and feel amazing! I know I'll never forget this day, and Claudia and Samantha were a huge part in making it so perfect.

I've been using claudia for a while for eyebrows and other services . Where to start ??? Firstly the very first time she touched up my eyebrows and helped me prepare for a event I learned about her impeccable attention to detail to insure she's doing the right type of work for the client. I had also learned that others were doing me wrong with the way my services were done . Over time using claudia she corrected the issues . Secondly she is in no rush . She is not in business to turn and burn . She takes her time and has extreme pride in her work . There is no one else at this point I would trust with services .
