Had a great experience here. Checked in via the app when I left work and was first in line when I arrived. They were ready for me and I had no wait time between arrival and getting a haircut. Spain was my stylist and she was great! Very friendly, good conversation, and she did a great job with my hair. The most important part was that my wife was happy with how my hair looked when I got home! I definitely plan on going back to this location when I need a haircut next.

My husband and I walked in and were seen in under 30 minutes. Matthew took great care of my husband's hair! It was halfway down his back and wanted a very clean, short hair style. Matthew looked at the picture my husband had on his phone of the cut he desired. Matthew explained everything he would do before he did it. He also trimmed my husband's beard. My husband was extremely happy with the final result, as was I! He looked like a completely different person. All of our friends and family think he looks amazing! Matthew was a very professional and easy to talk to gentleman and he will be seeing my husband every month for a trim from now on. Matthew was also very helpful in helping us to donate my husband's hair to "Wigs 4 Kids". As far as we are concerned, this Great Clips experience was an extreme value at $20!!!

I can generally vouch for this particular Great Clips being a good place as it's in hip Capitol Hill, so hipper haircuts, staff. It's mostly men coming here, but I trust them to give me a good women's Pixie haircut here--I especially love Linda.

Overall, the experience was very pleasant. I had checked in online which had a wait time of only 15 minutes. I arrived there at my slot time and was immediately attended to. The staff, Linda, was extremely polite and well mannered. She was very friendly and gave me full time and attention for my haircut. I am not very fussy about my hairstyle and found Great Clips a great economical alternative for my haircut needs.

I've been here twice. Disappointed both times by staff who just couldn't seem to get the cut the way I wanted. Have had much better luck with other Great Clips locations. Also very rough neighborhood. But cheapest haircut I can find in a several mile radius so if you want good prices downtown for a haircut, probably can't be beat.

Went in to get a very much needed haircut. I haven't gotten one since the beginning of the pandemic if that says anything. They guy who cut my hair greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and got me in the chair very quickly. It felt so good to finally get my hair taken care of, and it looks so good. And it definitely beats going to one of the barber shops in downtown Seattle that charge $60-$80. My haircut was only around $23. The guy cutting my hair was also super friendly and had a great conversation with me while he was cutting my hair. Couldn't recommend it more. I will definitely be using this location as my new barber. I wish I would've gotten my stylists name. He was really cool and VERY easy on the eyes. Really cool guy.

I have always had a pleasant experience at Great Clips. I have been visiting them very regularly at Lower Queen Anne and more recently the one at Harvard Market. They have adapted to the Covid situation very well with all the necessary precautions. They take temperature check before checking you in as well as ensure distance is maintained between customers when you are seated. Love the fact that they keep the settings saved for you so that you don't have to remember it and you are in and out in no time. They also adapt if you want to start with something comfortable and then make tweaks/changes to the style/haircut. Really appreciate your service and love the conversations with the stylists when I'm visiting there.

Linda, and the rest of the hairstylists at this location, take COVID safety seriously. When you go in, someone will take your temperature and ask about symptoms. All the hairstylists wear masks, hand sanitize, and wear other protective gear. I felt very safe getting my haircut here. Linda, my regular hairstylist, is friendly and professional. She gives a great haircut. I would highly recommend her.

Quinn did a very good job with the cut, was efficient while gracious, too. This was a couple of months ago. Had my haircut today by Roxanne whose so detail-oriented & efficient, it’s at minimum equal to any cut I’ve had done at shops that cost twice as much, from my experience. Never been disappointed by these folks at this location. And they’re pleasant, nice folks.

I just had my hair cut there today and had a great experience! I was seen immediately by Nicki, who was really friendly and nice. Since it was my first time at Great Clips, she asked me a lot of questions to make sure that I was getting the cut I wanted. When all was done, she put my haircut specs into the Great Clips system to provide a starting point for the next time I am there. I'm really pleased with my haircut and time at Great Clips.

I was greeted immediately. Soon thereafter they took my temp (which was normal). I answered their 3 health questions satisfactorily. I was then instructed to use the hand sanitizer and have a seat. After about ten minutes of waiting a young man led me to his station where he gave me a much-needed haircut. It was all over in about 25 minutes and my head felt so much lighter and cooler! Came in for a free haircut promotion because the Seahawks had gotten 3 takeaways the week before. Was expecting a "you get what you pay for" free haircut, but I was WRONG. I got one of the best cuts of my life and the stylist was great about making sure we were both on the same page about how I wanted to look before she ever picked up a pair of scissors. I will be returning to this location as they have earned my future business.

I get my hair cut here because the price is fair. It took me a while to find someone that could cut my hair right though. So now when i go i always request MO. He cares about the quality of his work and always does a great job. Not all the other people at great clips care that much so its kind of like rolling the dice every time you go in if you dont already know some one

I never wait more than 5 minutes and my haircuts generally leave me feeling like I've made a right decision. Though I have never seen the same stylist twice before, so it's a bit strange to have my hair slightly tweaked each time since each stylist has their own technique and eye for detail.

Bring your ticket stub or your phone with the Sounders app to show your were there. You have a week to do it. My hair always looks good when I leave. I like to tip a bit high since I didn't have to pay for the cut.

This was quite the busy little Great Clips but even though we had to wait it was friendly and super good service! Recommend checking in online but doesn't mean that you will get in right when it says because there is a lot of walk-ins and just a busy place. I had to create a google+ account to clear my name, and give this haircut establishment the credit it deserves. Why someone would create a false account with my name to slander this particular chain seems pretty silly. I have been here multiple times, and never left unsatisfied with my hair cut. I think it is hard to screw up a male haircut. I would recommend this place to all.

This is a busy location, which seems to make the employees feel stressed, and not particularly friendly. The appointment app sucks and how customer traffic is handled by the employees based on the app sucks even more.

The hair stylist was patient when cutting my 6-year old grandson hair. My daughter, his mom, and I kept a close eye and asked her to clip here and there and she obliged. My daughter and another stylist jokingly said two generations were "supervising" my grandson'shair cut and she "better do a good job." It's a good place for kids to get their hair cut.
