Roxanne is Amazing, and this is a fantastic Aveda salon! I had seen her for years when I lived in Seattle, and now I have to schedule trips to visit to get my hair done properly. Her highlights are magic; none of that stripey non-sense Mohawk pattern. These grow out beautifully, and my color is perfectly beachy! This most recent cut is easy to wear straight or curly, has a great shape and framing, and will grow out nicely (since I can’t be there nearly as often as I’d like!!). In the past we’ve been through tons of different styles, lengths and colors, and I’ve always been pleased with the results. Her years of Aveda Training really show in how she is able to adapt current styles to whatever hair is in front of her. Plus, she’s a super sweet and interesting human!

Im talking princess diary level glow up. If you need hair color/ highlight … I HIGHLY recommend Ashley Lozier. She is the only person I trust for color. Here is my before and after. I saw her instagram page and she does great with fun colors too!

This is one of my favourite hair salons in Seattle. I have been going here for the past 4 years and my experience has been beyond wonderful. Cameron is great , he pays attention to what your are saying works really hard to give you that perfect cut. Cynthia is also great. Overall great experience.

I recently traveled to Seattle to visit family and had my haircut done by hairstylist Cynthia. She was incredible, I am particular when it comes to mens haircut and she went above my expectations. She was gentle, professional and had such a cheerful personality. I highly recommend her, and this studio.

Background: I had the same stylist from the time I was 9 until the age of 28, then I moved. I have been looking for the past 6-7 years for someone who I get along with and does a great job at cutting my hair. Thank goodness I finally found someone!! Cynthia was AMAZING. She gave me the exact look I was going for and we had such a great time during my visit. I finally have someone I can trust to cut my hair and who will be adventurous with me when I say "chop it all off!" haha. I had hair down to the middle of my back and she brought it just above my shoulders and it's sooooo cute!! I highly recommend this salon, especially Cynthia. Also, a big thank you to the entire salon for wearing your masks!

One of the best salon visits I've ever had! Andrew was a fantastic stylist, he took the time to make sure I felt happy with my hair and recommended some great products. The whole place seems very professionally run, while I was seated I could see multiple stylists gathered around some clients to deliberate on the best possible cut and style for them. I am quite impressed and highly recommend this place!

Chroma downtown is the best salon in Seattle hands down. The staff is extremely professional and their stylists’ talent is unmatched anywhere in the city. The customer service is phenomenal and they treat their clients with the utmost respect and fairness. Go see Tessa if you want to love your hair as much as I love mine, or see any one of their stylists for an amazing style that you will love. This salon will not disappoint you!!!

Tessa is a hair magician!!! I’ve been trying to find a new stylist and after seeing a few different people, it never turns out quite like what I ask for. Tessa was recommended to me by my best friend and I’m so glad I went to her! First time in a long time that my hair has turned out EXACTLY how I asked! And as a bonus to being an amazing stylist, she’s also an amazing human. I’d highly recommend her! (And to note, I usually never leave reviews, but I am just that happy about my experience!)

My husband and I stumbled upon this spa while in Seattle on our honeymoon. We had recently disembarked from a cruise and had spent much time and money at the reputable brand name spa on board but we're quite disappointed with the services. However, WE ARE SO THANKFUL FOR CHROMA SPA!!! Jackie, the spa director, was exceptional! I had the best facial of my life. She was beyond wonderful. My husband had a massage with EB and it was the best spa treatment he's ever had. EVERYONE HAS TO TRY THIS SPA AND SALON!!! They couldn't be nicer and more professional, but make you feel like you're in the clouds. Heaven on earth is real! Thank you!!!

I’ve been going to chroma salon for years! Everytime I’m there my hair turns out amazing and same goes for the people in the chairs next to me!! Everyone is so professional and talented!! I recently got a facial and Apple is my girl!! She made my skin so hydrated I felt like a new me!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!

I was in a lot of pain during my two day stay in Seattle. Chroma was able to give me a same day appt. Ryan, the massage therapist did a really good job and was very nice to follow up with stretch suggestions. I do recommend this place and Ryan.

Nice, posh place, and nice people, but my hair stylist got my layering very wrong. Now my hair is curling out. It was masked at the time by straightening it. Will just have to wait for it to grow and find another place
