I was looking for a last min hair cut and salon sanity was the only one open with the availability I wanted! My hairstylist was very sweet. I had the shampoo treatment done for free since it was my first time there and I loved that my hair was so soft and smooth!! She provided some tips on how to take care of my hair better and answered my questions. She cut my hair mostly to what I wanted and asked if I wanted any adjustments, I told her I did and then she adjusted to my liking. I love my hair cut!!

Lacey goes above and beyond by fulfilling my dream hair goals! From color matching my natural hair to match the color of extensions and creating custom placement to hide my extensions within my naturally thin hair, she knows how to do it all. The entire staff at Salon Sanity is amazing at what they do and they really know how to make you feel at home! Their boutique also has the cutest clothes and accessories! I recommend Salon Sanity to everyone!

I recently went here for the first time, and cut my hair from pretty long to at my shoulders. Brandi did so amazing! She helped me figure out what would look best as I wasn’t exactly sure what to ask for, and it turned out perfect. Everyone in the salon was super helpful and friendly, the salon was very clean and welcoming. Fantastic experience and will absolutely be going back again!

I’ve been living in the area since the end of 2020. I moved here from the suburbs of Atlanta, GA. Finding a new stylist is scary. My daughter has been my stylist since 2015 but she’s in GA. This salon was great! From the website, to the social media, to the phone call I received to clarify my services and finally to my appointment with Jenn today-excellent! I’m so happy with my highlights and cut. Jenn did a fantastic job! I couldn’t wait to FaceTime my daughter to show her! I’m so happy! My next appointment is scheduled! I have never been here before. I made an appointment online. I came in for my appointment and was told it was cancelled somehow. I don’t know how that happened but they were able to squeeze me in anyway. It smelled really good in there and everyone was so nice. My stylist name was Jamie. I showed her a picture for inspiration for what I wanted done. She easily made it happen. She cut off all the dead ends and still managed to keep the length. My hair feels so soft now and my boyfriend thinks it’s sexy. A++ 💗

Brandi Michel is an amazing hair colorist. Every time I come in she listens to my concerns and Ideas and helps me set and achieve my hair goals. I’m always happy with my results. The one time I left the salon and my hair wasn’t exactly what I wanted I came back the same evening and Brandie stayed AFTER HOURS to fix it and make sure it was exactly what I wanted. 10/10 customer service. The salon itself is always clean, orderly and everyone inside is friendly. You can tell they have a great team atmosphere.

I absolutely love this place. My girls love it to Lacey is the best in my book. I had mixed feelings about chopping off almost all of my hair at my first appointment with her, but she did amazing reassuring me that I would look great with whatever haircut I decided to go with. I love the atmosphere here. Everyone chats with each other. The wash bowl area is super comfy with a reclining chair. I usually shop the clothing/accessors while my color is processing. More times than most getting something from this section too. Holly is my stylist and I couldn’t be happier! I love my style at the end, my curls stay for days. I tend to give small directions with my color, leaving Holly to take the reigns. It’s amazing how she can make my hair come to life with what I couldn’t even imagine. She’s got the touch!

I had to bring my infant daughter when she was around 7 months and everyone helped and just made me feel welcomed. I love Salon Sanity and have been going here for years, but the prices are getting a little outrageous. Now if you are not on a budget and are willing to pay a good amount, then do it! They are worth it! I also suggest that they inform you of the services you are receiving and that it will be an up charge. Because when you make an appointment for a certain service and at the end when you are going to pay and see your bill, it is a big surprise and unfortunately a disappointment. Especially when you really do love this Salon. I’m afraid that if the prices continue to go up I will have to go elsewhere and that I do not want to do! Other than that Salon Sanity really is one of the best salons in the Westbank!

Very welcoming staff & stylists. I bring photos of how I want my hair, and my stylist helps me make an informed decision on what will look best on my face shape, or if there's any areas I'm insecure about she points me in the right direction. I'm so happy that I finally found a salon that listens and is priced fair. I also like that they sell cute accessories, clothes and beauty products. Only thing is that I kinda wish they carried up to a size 16 for bottoms, however I also understand that it's mainly a salon, not a clothing store. Regardless, will be a long term client.
