Once I started learning about how the chemicals we come in contact with penetrate through our scalp through the emissary veins, I knew I needed to invest more in my hair color procedure. In the U.S. many hair dyes contain chemical ingredients that are banned in Canada and Europe such as lead acetate. Numerous studies have linked lead acetate to various health problems such as cancer. Because of studies like this, I began to become more aware and selective about what I was putting on my skin and hair. I started getting my hair colored and cut at Sweet Seven Salon several years ago. The results are wonderful, Debra uses the highest quality hair dye and I also love the way she cuts my hair. She is professional, contentious, creative, and her salon is very comfortable. I highly recommend her work and products and her salon to those who share these concerns. In addition, you receive a personalized care with Debra who has been running her own business for decades. This means that the money you spend on your hair will not be going to support a big corporation (except for the product manufacturer). If you share these similar values, I encourage you to schedule an appointment.

Salon is easy to get to a very clean. There is plenty of street parking, so you can get in and out easily. Debra is great to work with. She is following all COVID safety protocols, so you can feel safe knowing you are being looked after in that way. You'll also get a great cut!

I am not one to get my hair colored regularly so it is so important to me that when I get my hair colored it “grows out” looking as natural as possible. Debra has perfected this!
