I got an e x c e l l e n t haircut here! Erin was my stylist and she did an awesome job. Curly hair is a specialty of hers and it shows! And my girlfriend has straight hair and it must be another specialty Erin’s cause dang she’s good! The salon is beautiful and relaxing, and you get awesome service. Highly recommend!

I've been going here for many years and absolutely love it. I feel like it just keeps getting better and better, love the little extra amenities (wine with my hair service, yes please!). I've seen multiple stylists over the years, both when my first stylist went on maternity leave and then when she moved out of state she made a couple recommendations and have loved my new stylist as well. Can't say enough good things - this is the only place I trust with my hair!!

Great space that's a nice, relaxing getaway. Appreciate their COVID precautions - they find a nice balance of preserving public health without taking it to extremes. Have loved Erin Brown for cut and color! Would certainly recommend.

I go to Bang Bang for my usual trims and eyebrow waxes and the service is always great. I especially want to commend the salon for their services for my recent wedding. I booked them several months in advance and they went above and beyond. They are normally closed on Sundays but they opened up just for my wedding party. Everyone looked AWESOME and there was plenty of room for everyone to get ready. They worked with each of my bridesmaids to pick a style that suited them. My party had women with both straight hair and curly hair and the Bang Bang staff styled them all beautifully. My own hair held up for hours and still looked great in photos hours later. So accommodating and fabulous service. I can't say enough nice things!

What on EARTH would I do without Erin at Bang Bang?! Over the last two years she has completely changed my hair for the better. She is incredible at everything I’ve seen her do and man have I asked for a broad range. When I first game in I was home colored red. That’s right. A nightmare for a stylist. I wanted platinum blonde and she ever so nicely told me uhhhhh no and has helped me keep my expectations realistic and my hair healthy without things that are unnecessary and I get compliments on it EVERY SINGLE time I get it done. And with her processes, cuts, and product recommendations - my hair feels brand new! It’s incredible. I love her and have recommended SO many friends and they all love her too - including my boyfriend! She also does men’s cuts! The salon is GORGEOUS and stylish with a great ambiance and they throw fun events AND they serve wine during your appointment. All the girls there are super nice and I’ve never seen a cut/color that wasn’t amazing. Seriously can’t recommend this place and Erin enough.

I saw Brianna for the first time looking for a new color and stylist. I am extremely satisfied. She did exactly what I was wanting and was very easy to talk to and friendly. I had an appointment with Kristine last Friday I love what she did with my hair! My hair was in need of some TLC and she talked through what she thought would be best. I appreciated that she made sure I was 100% ok with everything she was doing before she did anything. They even stayed open a little later to finish my appointment! very well kept, low key salon with at least one, because I have only been there once, top quality hair care professional. I had a demi permanent color and a haircut with McCall. I am naturally dark haired and going grey. She picked the perfect color, and the cut (bob) was one of the best I have ever had. I have lived in the Twin Cities for my entire life, it is littered with salons and spas, but so many are very disappointing for various reasons. I am very happy to have located a stylist I can count on for great results!

The first thing you notice when you walk in is how stylish and fun the place initially looks. Then when you actually talk to the front desk and look around, you see that the entire atmosphere is stylish and fun from the sitting area to the gorgeous ladies that work there. It is a place you want to be even when you aren't getting your hair done. And when you do, you can count on your stylist to make sure you leave with exactly what you asked for, but even better than you had imagined. I have seen a few of the stylists and I was taken care of with a glass of wine, a scalp massage, a careful wax, a vibrant cut and color, and beyond entertaining conversation. I continue to recommend BANGbang to all male and female friends, young and old.

I first tried BANGbang because I met Ashley, found her to be a beautiful, kind, caring person, and decided I wanted to support a fellow entrepreneur. I live in Plymouth, which is some distance away, so I thought I would go there once, but decided it would have to be over-the-top-fabulous to justify returning there on a regular basis. The results were a dream come true for me. I am not exaggerating. The cut I get from Ashley looks and works great every single day - I swear I have not had a single "bad hair day" since I started going to BANGbang. This had never been the case with any other haircut, style, or color that I have had in the previous 60 years. The color is exactly what I ask for and picture in my mind - but with enhancing details that only a true artist (like Ashley) will think of and suggest - then execute flawlessly. She also knows how to give me a great scalp massage when washing my hair. Which, of course, feels so comfy because of the recliners-with-footrest chairs, and the topper - the warm towel cradling my neck on the edge of the sink. Aaahhh.... All that would be enough to get me to return, but there's more. McCall does the best job ever on waxing my eyebrows. The shape is natural but tailored and symmetrical. That may sound easy enough to do, but, trust me, evidently it is not. She also knows the perfect temperature for the wax. No skin irritation nor "sunburn" around each brow - just loveliness. The wonderful people who work the front desk and answer the phone are always friendly, professional, and accommodating. They truly make me feel at home. Never cranky. Never an "attitude." The beautiful, open, light-filled space is such a joy to visit. It is nourishing for all my senses to view the wonderful art, jewelry, fresh colors, smell clean scents of the natural products, and listen to the happy music and murmurs of conversation. BANGbang pays attention to every detail, yet in a relaxed, comfy way. Worth every penny and the 30 min. drive each way!

I love this salon and all the wonderful people who work here. McCall is a special talent who never failed to give me a marvelous cut and color. She really goes above and beyond to make her clients feel special and I couldn't recommend her enough! I was always able to find parking nearby on the residential streets.

Great place for a haircute. Amazing staff at reception, easy to place appointments, and everyone is friendly. It also smells nice but subtly so. Comfortable seating, coffee and other refreshments while you wait, and Micka is the best!
