I hv been at this location multiple times. They hv two parts here. One is the salon and the 2nd one is the school. Both do hair and facials. School s a lot cheaper. Highlights are limited to 130pm on Saturdays is what I ws told. The complete time in the school area is a lot longer cause teachers are involved. The salon is a bit higher in prices but u will finish quicker. They hv a cafe area in between the two areas which sales food and drink items. Only location that have the cafe. I am here today I my daughter haircut. I normally go to the Brookfield salon location. But I loved them all. All Vici Staff are friendly and professional in my opinion. I hate that they hv closed a two other locations. Highly recommend.

Great service!! I've never 100% liked a haircut til this place! If you don't like your cut, they'll allow you to go back within the first 5 business days to get a free redo! My hair looks exactly like the picture I showed my stylist. I will definitely keep going back! The prices were phenomenal. I was charged only $12 for my cut even though on the site it said a cut from New Talent would be $26.

Only completing as requested by Google. Can update if and when service occurs. Have been trying to schedule for weeks. Finally they had a time open that (if I moved my work week around) would work. Arrived for my appointment to be told that they called 30 minutes prior to let me know my appointment would need to be rescheduled. As I work 45 minutes away, I was driving in and don't answer my phone when driving (nor would it had made a difference). Rescheduled again and will have to make more adjustments .Hoping that after a month of trying, can get my hair done. Updated. Was scheduled with Savannah and she was wonderful!! Savannah understood how to cut my curls as though she'd done my hair for years. It is hard to find that just right person and Savannah nailed it on the first try. I will be back for Savannah6 stars if I could give them! Vici website does not allow scheduling. It is by phone only so hit or miss on if you'll get a person, be in hold forever or just be hung up on.

It's a SCHOOL. They are LEARNING. Some of the reviews on here clearly fall short of "managing expectations". I go here also because I enjoy being part of people developing a career. Anyone who no-scopes a student, name drops them and leaves a one star review should just cut their own hair.

I've been there several time for color and hi lites haven't been there for awhile because I let my color grow out. This time I had a perm and it turned out great, with the senior discount that you get on a weekday it was $31.00. Remember this is a school so it takes a little longer, but it's worth it. By the way I'm a retired Hair Stylist that has worked over 50 years, so I'm a little particular.

I always go here for wedding updos and I'm never disappointed. I feel so bad I forgot the name of the student who did my hair this last time, but she was friendly, not overly talkative, and my hair stayed in place in a high bun the whole day with only 15 pins, 4 tiny rubber bands, and a big hair tie! Super affordable and will always recommend it.

I get my hair cut regularly at Vici Capilli, usually by a student. They are always very friendly and welcoming. My student, Nadine, (who just graduated) does fabulous work. The instructors are very knowledgeable and keep a close watch on the students. They are also reasonably priced. I would not go anywhere else. From the expert cut, to the hair wash and shoulder massage, it is a very pleasant experience that I look forward to.

I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is friendly and helpful and they are great at both listening to your requests and providing just what you are looking for or helping you decide what you might want to do with your look if your unsure. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality of services provided, and the staff is very upfront about the cost of services with you at the beginning of your appointment. Esther is my personal stylist and she is fun, skilled and great to talk to. It always brightens my day to go in and get a service whether it's a bang trim or a full cut and color. I also high recommend Carmen's facials. They are the pinnacle of relaxation and pampering.

The salon is very nice and clean. Good customer service. The ranking of stylist though I don't understand. One time I paid 26 dollars and then another time 44 dollars. The lady who charged 26 cut my hair and did a great job. I can't say that about the lady that charged 44. She spent very little time on the haircut and felt like I left with same as when I came in.

Had a stylist in my hometown, Oshkosh, for 18 yrs. loved her and always left happy. She pursued another career. For 12 yrs I hopped from place to place to find someone as good as her. Hit and miss on that journey. I always felt nervous and uncertain. That is until... I asked my beautiful cousin who does her hair!! She ALWAYS looks great! I made an appointment with master Greg!!!!! I have been traveling from Oshkosh for 9 months now and I have NEVER felt so confident! He studied my hair, listened to my concerns/desires, made great suggestions, and truly pays attention to every detail! I have received compliments GALORE!!!! I travel a lot and everywhere I go I get compliments!!! In the past 9 months my self esteem has reached a new level. I see the world differently than most bc I am blind (14 yrs ago at age 39) confidence dropped to a level I hope no one experiences. Greg really knows his stuff! He knows what WILL work and what WONT. He is personable, genuine, and more talented than any other stylist I've ever met. I've also seen Paris when Greg was away, he worked that out for me so I appreciated that. She too did a great job. The price is steeper than I've ever experienced but I cannot put a price on the boost of self esteem I've gotten. I highly recommend Greg and Paris! Thank you for the positiveness you've brought my way!

Lisa is amazing and if you are looking for a new stylist I HIGHLY recommend her!! She does an incredible job with coloring, highlights and cuts! I drive almost 25 minutes to Vici because I only want her to do my hair. Besides being so great at her job, she is very personable and extremely funny! She’s the best!

For $15 I get my nails polished and a much needed upper back massage! When I need a haircut it's just another $13...includes a hair wash, and I come out smelling and looking great! Girls are all friendly...and atmosphere quite pleasant. They even have a small cafe with good soups, sandwiches, salads, and beverages!

It's hard to review a salon as a whole since pretty much every single service is done by a different person and quality can be hit and miss. That being said I've been going to Vici Capilli for 10+ years now for everything from hair cuts, to waxing, and even my updo for my wedding. I personally love Hailey for haircuts. She does a great job, is super friendly, and happily gives suggestions if you don't know what you're looking for. I've had both my eyebrows and bikini area waxed here as well with a few different people and everyone has done a great job. Whatever gel/lotion/cream they use after waxing for sensitivity is absolutely amazing. I have no redness or pain almost instantly afterwards. The front area can be a little busy and sometimes it takes a while to get the phone answered or to pay for your service. But they do offer complimentary beverages and wifi, and there's a cafe in the lobby in case you're waiting. Give them a try if you haven't. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised! :)

7 hours, 2 stylists, and $308 (plus tips) later, I get a pretty decent blonde ombré hair color and short hair cut. It wasn’t exactly what I wanted but they tried the best they could with my hair. Go at your own risk and expense.

I didn't like the way my make up was done. I had to fix it. (for my wedding) my up do was falling apart before I even left. The instructor had to do it & it didn't hold @ all. It was a simple 2 braids w/ a loose looking bun & some hair hanging around my face that was supposed to be curled. It didn't hold either. Pins fell out from the time I left til the end of my reception.

I have been going to the Vici Capilli in Bayshore for two years until they closed the salon. I found out that my stylist moved to the location in Greenfield. I love this location. It is conveniently located close to my house. They have an Internet cafe next door inside the building. Parking is convenient. I used to have difficulty at times finding parking at the bayshore location. My stylist Angel is amazing. He never fails to impress me with my new look. All of the staff are friendly from the moment you walk in the doors. I am pleased with the services provided by Vici Capilli and highly recommend this Salon & Spa to anyone who is looking for experienced stylists who know what they are doing and who provide quality services.

This facility has a professional salon as well as, a very intense cosmetology college which gives you the option to receive services with students or not. They're nice, but if you want a balayage, go to a pro and not a student. If the student is newer to it, it will be an expensive mistake. They don't refund, but they ask you to come back so they can make it right. I'm personally too afraid of damaging my hair more, so I decided to go to another salon and I took before & after pictures, sent them to the school so the student can see what it should have looked like. Typically if you go for something simple, a student is fine. It was $151 for a botched balayage, though. It was my fault for not knowing better, I should have gone to a pro from the start.
