Love this place! I had hair extensions addeded by Laith, and a consultation and color correction done by Munum. If there were 6 stars I would give them that. Both, true masters of their art! So happy!!!!!

Well, I got what I wanted and it's been a month since I got my extensions. They hold up beautifully. But let me tell you this place was EMPTY when I booked my appointment. Never a good sign. The guy who did my hair was nice, it wasn't the owner. Kinda unprofessional. They didn't ask me what my lifestyle was, they kinda just got right into it. They didn't give me any aftercare instructions. The dude did give me a brush specifically for the extensions which was cool. I wouldn't recommend going here really. I felt a little uncomfortable. I'm glad I did my research before getting them!

Today was my first time coming here after being recommended by a friend. And I have to say, it was the most warm, welcoming, friendly and professional service I've ever been given at any salon. Kenzie did my hair and I've seriously never been so happy with my hair EVER. She took my hair from drab to fab!! She's Amazing! I also had a brief interaction with the salon owner and another stylist, Loren; both were so welcoming and extremely friendly. I'm actually going back to get extensions in a couple of weeks and I can't wait. I highly recommend this salon. They do everything!!! Hair, waxing, spray tan, extensions, eyelash extensions... and more!!! I'm so happy that I finally found MY salon and MY stylist!!! Yay! Thank you so much!!!

Capricio salon is the BEST spot in Milwaukee to get your hair done at a very fair price! If you want flawless hair in terms of cut, color, or extensions look no further! Trust me when I say I don’t ever even leave reviews, but this is one place is worth reviewing. From the moment I walked in for a consultation to now becoming a regular client I can assure they will not only make you feel “at home”, but that you can trust their whole team will take care of you & your hair! To me this is a priceless feeling to experience in a hair salon because for me personally prior to coming here going into a hair salon would cause me fear and anxiety that I won’t like the results in the end. So now it’s such a blessing to have found a place I can feel completely secure in the “finished product”. The Capricio owner and team will ensure no matter what that you leave loving your hair. I’ve really appreciated the owners hospitality and involvement in his business because it leaves you with a sense of security and appreciation as a customer. Not many businesses offer this level of expertise, comfort, or quality and that’s why I will always bring my business back to Capricio! I don’t know if I can say enough good things about this place. I get super anxious making hair appointments and have never gone to a stylist enough to claim them as “mine” which leaves me in an awkward situation that one time of year I need a confidence boost.... THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. The lady who helped me make my appointment was so kind and sweet, never made me feel weird for asking what I’m sure were obvious questions. Then, my stylist Laith, was more than I could have asked for. Helping me find the perfect highlight color, treating me with respect and patience. I feel LUCKY to have gotten him as a stylist. Talking with him he told me he’s been doing hair around the world for almost 20 years. If you’re looking for extensions please look at his Instagram page because he’s so talented. I’m not usually the type to leave a review but I was just blown away by how wonderful everything was from start to end product. Again I feel LUCKY to have gotten this opportunity.

I recently had my hair colored by the Colorist, name Thadrick (hopefully I'm pronouncing it correctly) and he did a fabulous job. I showed him a picture of what I wanted, and my hair was exactly like picture. It has been extremely difficult to find a Professional Colorist in Milwaukee that actually knows what he/she is doing. The stylist Cedric styled my hair and my hair looked flawless and healthy. I am so pleased and happy with my overall experience. You will not be disappointed, it was worth every penny spent. I received so many compliments. I love their work. And NO, I was not paid to give this review.

This is the most amazing salon I've been in in Milwaukee. From when you book a last minute appointment because you messed up your hair bad, to when you leave and get compliments on how well it looks. I have very curly and frizzy hair- and let’s be real it’s hideous. So after having a complete freak out over my hair I scheduled an appointment. I just got a keratin treatment done and I’ve never seen my hair this flat and frizz free in my life. Can’t wait to see how it is when I can wash it out and style it myself :) but anyways they were so polite and helpful and I will definitely be back for maintenance

There is a reason that I will go nowhere else to get my hair done for anything period every single person that works here is phenomenal they have never done anything less than spectacular no matter what it is that I want to get done. the prices are fair and worth every penny period and being that I live in Pewaukee I am super excited they're opening a Brookfield store period but to be honest I'll probably still drive to the east side because I just adore the people here I'm always made to feel so very welcome I've never left less than 100%recommend highly anytime to anyone anywhere this is the best place to get your hair done. I moved to Milwaukee about 3 years ago, and I needed to find a hair stylist. So I went online and Capricio salon had the best reviews, so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment with Kim! I love what she did to my hair. I kept going to her, she does amazing work, I highly recommend her. The front disk is always so friendly when you walk in, always asking if you want something to drink or want a magazine to read while you wait. Munem, the manager very talented man, he works magic on your hair, he has a great personality. I highly recommend going to Capricio. :)

After moving to Milwaukee a little over two years ago, I struggled to find a hair stylist that knows how to work with my hair and give me the style I want. That is until I stumbled upon Capricio Salon. I've never been more satisfied! The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I am always satisfied with my hair color/cut/style. The atmosphere is trendy and modern without being pretentious. The salon is reasonably priced without sacrificing quality. I'd definitely recommend their services.

This salon is one that I highly recommend. The individuals working were so nice and welcoming! I personally got some waxing done and they did great. Alyssa was very thorough, more than anyone before. She made me feel soo comfortable. I also went with a friend who got eye lash extensions and man oh man I am jealous I did not get them. Jessica was amazing she knew exactly what she was doing! So I went in there just at 5pm i was getting redken products and these men were so great so friends very nice stylish they let me get my hair done n i have very thick fine long black hair i got a shampoo conditioner wash right away and the owner said id be shocked at how good the man was im sorry i dont remember names but he was right. I recieved coffee, styling tips for at home and i was smiling the whole time nice music in the background. These men, wow it was an experience ill always remember my first time bein pampered and taken care of. Just awesome!! Its more expensive here but definitely worth every penny!!! Dont be shy they take great care of people at this salon n i will be coming back thats for sure!! Thank you to the man that did my hair the other man that brought me coffee n helped with my hair and the owner for letting me get my hair done i love it :) big thumbs up!!

I have now been to this Salon three times. I went here originally because I was new to the area and found a groupon for a service. I was randomly assigned to Alex for my appointment. He is absolutely amazing! He is extremely friendly, and very helpful with suggestions for my hair. I was considering bangs. Instead of cutting them off right away, he did them longer than I wanted, and let me work my way up to make sure they weren't too short. I was so glad he did as I wouldn't have liked them they way I had originally asked. Another time I had just bought clip in hair extensions. He not only showed me how to put them in (as he did it) but also trimmed them to the length I wanted, and did it so it fit into the layers he put into my hair already. He has never made me feel pressured to do a service. I would highly recommend this salon and requesting Alex!

If you are shopping for a new salon and spa look no further. I have been going to Capricio ever since I moved to Milwaukee and have been nothing but pleased with their service. You will LOVE this place. It is trendy and stylish, but what you'll love especially are the stylists. I have had my hair cut, colored, highlighted, deep conditioned (a must try), glossed, styled, and my eyebrows threaded.I will never wax my brows again...such great results with threading! Whether you are looking to just keep your style simple or go all out, Capricio will make you feel great and look fabulous.

Capricio offers Japanese thermal straightening which is hard to find in WI. The staff were friendly and took a team approach. Also I'm particular about my bangs and usually don't expect any beautician or cosmetologist to style it the way I want but I was pleasantly surprised that he styled it how I usually do myself. Much appreciated. Capricio will definitely be on my list.

I have very thick and natural curly hair. I am very picky on who I let touch my hair because most people that I have encountered never handled my hair type before. 3/20/20 was the first time I ever been to Capricio Salon. Let me tell you something...Tarek, got my hair right. I came in with a picture and said this is my goal, he expressed his concerns to me and explained why I should go a different route. I listened and I couldn’t be anymore happy. I understand going platinum is a process but what’s done so far....Im in love. I can’t wait to go back for a touch up. I highly recommend Capricio Salon.

I had the most AMAZING experience at Capricio. I went there for hair color this past week and couldn't be more pleased with my results. I always question going to different salons for my hair because I am very particular about it, however, Capricio never fails to impress me. Munem, the owner, is absolutely amazing! Went in for full hair extensions last week and i LOVE them. Munem did an amazing job, and took his time to make sure everything looked perfect. I have never been more pleased with a salon. I am a 20 yr old female college student and I will openly praise this salon. This is my first review...ever. So, this is kind of a big deal haha. I would totally recommend Capricio Salon & Spa to anyone and everybody. The service I had there was amazing. I went in for a consultation because I tried to bleach my hair at home and fried it badly and I wanted to save my hair as much as possible. I was treated with the utmost kindness with out judgement. Even tho my hair was the color and consistency of ramen noodles, I felt comfortable and welcomed. That day, my hair was saved and I really like how it turned out. I say it was my happy mistake.

First things first, I am an African American woman who has had many bad experiences at salons. I've had relaxers and I have gone natural, salons never recommended relaxers that they thought would work so instead I wasted money and my hair would still look the same. For a year, I have been natural so my hair was high and round. I was sick of it! So I contacted Capricio and met with Munem for a consultation for a Japanese Relaxer. After the consultation he scheduled me for the next day. I was worried because it was expensive, I paid $700 because we thought it would take 7 hours, but it only too until about 1:45pm. As long as my hair was straight was happy. Now my hair is silky and it moves. THANK YOU MUNEM, KENZIE, KELLY AND I AM MISSING ONE MORE PERSON!!!! Thank you all, you don't understand how good you've made me feel after having a baby. I'm thinking of getting that flat iron as well.

I went to Maegan for a cut, color and deep conditioning and couldn't be happier! She listened to exactly how much length I wanted off (1-1.5 inches so often ends up being 3 inches it seems - but not with her!). I was unsure what hair color I wanted, but she provided amazing guidance and I adore the new color! I went out after my appointment and have never received so many compliments. I heard a lot about Capricio so I wanted to give it a try. I contacted them on Facebook to make sure they can handle curly hair and it took them no time to get back to me and set an appointment. Monem took care of me. I have curly hair and it is hard for me to find someone to give me a good hair cut. He asked me questions and made sure to listen to me and what I want before giving me a haircut. I love my new hair and Monem was just amazing. I will definitely go back.

Capricio Salon is great. Very clean and nice. But the service is fantastic. I've been there for a spray tan twice and have loved it! Meg is amazing. She never makes you feel awkward. She's always cheerful and happy. I've never been more happy with a tan. So natural looking and pretty. She really knows her stuff. Be careful when you go though to make sure all tags and little clothing areas are tucked in the way you want. I had a little tag sticking out once and it kinda created a weird looking tan line on my back. But not Meg's fault. She probably didn't even see it since it was so small. Great prices too (only $30)! Definitely worth looking pretty, tan, and fresh on a vacation, date or other special occasion. And you must go to Meg! You'll never go anywhere else. I did once because of distance and it was a horrible experience. Used terrible tanning equipment and spray. Won't ever do that again. Definitely learned my lesson. I'm a Meg client for life.

I’ve been here several times. The first time I was here, I went from dark brown hair to strawberry blonde, and it looked amazing. I also love getting waxed here. I've been going to Capricio for years. I've moved to Denver since and have not been able to find a salon that meets my needs like Capricio. Munem and his team are hard working, fun loving and extremely detailed oriented which is what you want during salon services. I sit down and let Munem and his team go to work. Every time is a new adventure where I end up with a new cut and style and typically a new color. Always amazing and one that turns folks heads and has them asking me "Where do you get your hair done?". If only I could move this salon to Denver; for now I'll continue to fly back as I have been!

This salon and spa provide a very warm and professional environment to their clients. I was greeted by Meg at the front desk and she was eager to assist me. I was offered a beverage while I was waiting for my appointment to start. She was also the eyebrow threading specialist who serviced me on my first visit. I was very pleased with her work. Meg also consulted me on skin care products. Aside from the service, I enjoyed the interior design of the salon/spa, the upstairs section is reminiscent to a classic victorian style home.

My second time at Capricio's Salon, the first time Munem worked on my bushy eyebrows and they coudnt look more beautiful!!!!! Just the right arch and shape; also thick just as I like them! This last time I went to the salon the service was wonderful and I got to see Munem right away. The haircut was fabulous, truley a great touch. With added shape and lightening up of my hair I walked out looking beautiful. I reccomend going to Capricio if you dont know what direction where to go with your hair because Munem and his team have a great eye for what works for YOU, versus what EVERYONE else is doing! Super like! Will refer my sister to Capricio's for a fresh look . :) I went to Capricio Salon again and was so happy with the service!!! Munem colored my and shaped my hair beautifully. When I first visited Capricio, I had a not-great experience and posted a fairly negative review (see below). A few days after I posted it, both the stylist and the owner contacted me to talk about what I had been unhappy with, and they invited me to come back and have everything re-done free of charge. When I came in, the stylist made sure that we talked about exactly what I wanted, the owner checked in as well, and they re-did both the cut and color. I was really happy with the results - it's what I wanted to walk out with the first time. Although my initial experience was negative, I think how a business responds when a customer is dissatisfied is just as important as the first impression. They went above and beyond to address the problems I had, which gives me confidence that if and when I return, they're the kind of place that will go the extra mile to make sure you're happy with the service they provide. Hereby amended to 5 stars. Thanks, guys. ****************************************************************************** Went in with a Groupon for cut and partial color, and even at that discounted rate I feel I overpaid for the service I received. The stylist (who, despite the rest of my complaint, was at least very friendly) got some kind of dye/toner in my eye, I had to toss my contact to rinse it out, therefore was operating with half my vision the rest of my day til I could get home and replace it. She was apologetic, but I was still charged in full for the service (there was an $18 up-charge beyond my groupon for the color). That was an unpleasant surprise...as a former service-industry worker, I would never have charged a customer for something that I'd made a mistake in/screwed up in any way. Even beyond that, though, the end result of the cut and color was sub-par. I could have gone to a cost-cutter or great clips and gotten the same mediocre (at best) quality for less than I paid for that groupon. I'm giving two stars because, well, it could have been worse - my hair isn't awful, it's just not good, but I really expected something more from a salon that billed itself as a high-end place.

I have been in Milwaukee for 4 years now and have been to almost every Salon in the downtown area, and after getting my hair done by SLADE, I can hands down say that it is by far the best place to go in Milwaukee, and I will go nowhere else!!! The customer experience was awesome! For those of you who have been to Neroli, Capricio has similar decor and top notch customer service similar to Nerolli. When I left capricio, I felt like I had just left a day spa, when all I had done was get my hair done. I can not even begin to boast enough about Slade! First of all, I called the day of and Capricio was the only salon in Milwaukee that had an appointment available after 5pm on a thursday night. Slade took the time out of his Thursday night to do my hair, with no complaints. Slade has been working in the industry for 15+ years, and it is very obvious he knows his stuff! Slade only uses the top of the line coloring products and techniques, and if your curious about the differences in products or the history of hair styling, he knows that too!! I am a blonde, and I have found over the years it is very difficult to convey exactly what shade or color combo of blonde I usually want, and I usually end up with a "blah" feeling when coming out of the salon. I showed Slade maybe 2-3 pictures of how I would like my hair to look and I left the rest up to him. I have never been so pleased with the results! I will never go to another hair stylist again while in Milwaukee. Slade knows what looks good and wont let you leave the Salon any other way!! Capricio and Slade lived up to and beyond my expectations!

The place is Nicest place I've ever been to. It is an absolute feel good place to visit. It is like visiting the nicest Starbucks and getting the best hair cut at the same time! Salon owner Munem has been cutting my hair for years and I have been getting compliments on it from complete strangers ever since. I went in today and I had Jessica and she was really the best I could of asked for.She was very relaxing and took her time in explaining what was going to be happening.
