I had the Aveda Salt Glow treatment. My skin feels so hydrated and smooth. Hannah did a great job. Her shoulder, hand and foot massage was excellent and so relaxing. It is always a relaxing experience at Joseph's. The only negative it can take months to get an appointment. Also, massages are not booked for people who aren't their regular customers.

I've had two services at Joseph's and they were both amazingly done. I received the body salt scrub first and then got the 30 minute custom facial. Lillie did both services and she's so sweet and professional. After each service, I felt relaxed and rejuvenated. I would definitely recommend!

I have been going to Joseph's for 21 years. Their customer service is impeccable and really what has always kept me coming back! There is no other establishment in Louisville that compares to their customer service. They set the bar! The salon is beautiful and it's a perfect blend of fun and relaxation. From the moment you walk in, it is a well oiled machine! They are prompt and very attentive and make sure your needs are completely taken care of. Stephanie Pedro is excellent and I have stuck with her all these years. She is so sweet and always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm completely satisfied with all my hair needs. I highly recommend her and Joseph's!

We were disappointed to find out Joseph's is no longer taking new massage clients. We used to go there in the past when we were in town. 4 stars for the reply. 5 if I can make an appointment :)

First time client! I went in for shellac manicure and Liz did an amazing job. She was easy to talk to and very friendly and professional. Definitely would go back to her! My nails look great. I then went over to have a scalp treatment done (I’ve never had one before so I was really looking forward to it). Per the Joseph’s website, this is supposed to be a 30 minute service. The lady was done in 14 minutes. I felt like it was fairly rushed. Because I’ve never had one before I’m not even certain all the steps were completed.

I have loved all my experiences at Joseph's! The environment is warm and the people are friendly. I was amazed by the inviting atmosphere and accommodations for covid (spaced out seating, mask wearing, etc). I felt very comfortable with my visit. I cannot speak more highly of this salon!
