My stylist was great. She listened to my vision of how I wanted and she cut it perfectly. I would highly recommend them for your next cut. Very sweet staff all around. UPDATE: 5/31/22 Sam the same stylist was great again. She listened to my idea and made my vision of what kind of hairstyle I wanted and cut my hair appropriately. I travel almost two hrs to see Sam and highly recommend her.

Can't say enough wonderful things about this location! The stylists were so kind and accommodating to my two girls and made them comfortable and feel beautiful! The check in process was easy and we were taken on time. Loved our experience here

These ladies treated me like royalty, gave me a punky short look with shaved sides that wonderfully compliments my wide jaw line and also doubles as a feminine look when I part it differently. I love it! Barbara was professional, friendly, valued my time, and was an excellent stylist. The place is clean and the prices are great. Plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible!

I walked into the store without realizing I should have made an appointment. The lady told me about 10 people were in front of me. I explained I had a Dr. appointment in an hour and that I would probably have to come back at another time. She told me to wait about 10 mins and that she would squeeze me in. She did an awesome job. I made it to my appointment on time. And from what I could tell none of her other customers were inconvenienced. Thank you!

LOVE this GREAT Clips NEVER got a bad haircut here very affordable staff is VERY! friendly & professional LOVE Ms.Sheri I won't go anywhere else now that I found Ms Sheri usually not a long wait if you don't check in online before you go as "long" as my hair keeps growing I'll be back there's several places closer to my house to get my haircut but it's worth the time to get there

Okay, probably the best Great Clips I've been to, seriously!!!! My husband and I love Ms. Toni, she is AMAZING!!!! Truly can't say enough nice things about her. She's efficient, does an incredible job listening to what you want and has such an eye for helping you get there with your hair. Not pushy or insisting you do anything she wants, she genuinely strives to help give you the hair you want. She lays out the process of what she's going to do, then she does it!!! Ms. Toni ROCKS!

I have a lot of medical problems so I come in 1-2 times a week to get my hair washed. Jennifer Norris is my girl. She is friendly and upbeat every time I come in!! She is just extremely good at washing my hair and a little massage during the conditioning. I walk out of there feeling so Wonderful!!

Originally I rated this a 3 star by accident. I guess I hit the button and didn't know it. Im sorry, this place totally deserves 5 stars! I went to the salon in Louisville, KY and they were extremely nice! I donated my hair and they actually cut and styled it for free. I was very nervous, but the lady was very encouraging. They even had envelopes and paperwork ready for my donation. It was so easy. They donate to wigs for kids, which is a great organization. They give away their wigs to kids in need. They do not charge like other organizations. Also, I told the lady I wanted something fun, but easy. She gave me the cutest cut I have ever had in my entire life. I am not exaggerating. She delivered 100%! I am not sure why I did not go here sooner. She also showed me how to style it (not my strong suit) and what products to use. The products were not even expensive like you would expect. I am able to recreate the style at home, which is so important! It has been about a month since my cut and I have to say it still looks cute as ever. The facility was also clean. No left over hairs on the floor or chairs. The scissors, combs, and other items used to cut hair were all very clean as well. One last note is that I did not have to wait long. The chairs were almost full, but my wait was less than 5 minutes. I only say this because I walked in and did not have an appointment. All in all I highly recommend this place! Go check it out!

I had a great experience at the Middletown Great Clips. I went in with a picture of the haircut that I wanted, Coleman took me back and gave me exactly what I asked for, which rarely happens for me at salons. Haircut w/nice tip and I still got out for less then $30, which was well worth it imo. Coleman is fantastic and if you have to wait a little bit to be able to get in his chair, it's worth it.
