Eleonora was Amazing! I've had facials in the past. But this facial massage was very professional, relaxing, soothing and comfortable. Eleonora has magical hands and I drifted off to a island while enjoying my facial massage and soothing music. The massage room is very clean, warm and inviting. I have been going to Emma Justine Salon for about half a year now and I love it! I have been getting my hair colored for about seven years and have gone to numerous salons. I have never been to any salon like Emma Justine! The salons atmosphere is very upbeat and inviting. I have been going to Paige and she always does exactly what I ask for. Great first time experience! The salon is very bright, welcoming, and clean. The music playing is fit for any age group. I was offered coffee and water to enjoy while getting my hair highlighted. Paige did an excellent job asking the right questions of what I was seeking as end result, as I was unable to find a picture to explain. She took her time with the service and knew exactly what she was doing. My highlights turned out perfect! No more grey hairs peeking through on this lady anymore :D I am now going to schedule a consult for hair extensions here, as I am more than confident this entire staff have perfected all services they offer. Highly highly recommend!!!

I have been going to Paige for the past three times now to get my hair done. It is so hard to find a stylist that does a perfect blonde color, however, Paige checked off all of the boxes! I’ve been going to Emma Justine salon for over a year now for color, and I just got extensions for the first time. I am so in love with the end result! I was nervous that the extensions would look fake or not blend with my natural hair, but they look great! Erin is very meticulous about color and extensions, and you can definitely tell by looking at the final product. The salon itself offers a nice environment with stylish decor, relaxing music and friendly staff. I’m very happy with my experience and will continue to go here!

I have been working with this company since August and have had nothing but the best experience! My hair was extremely short, discolored, and thinned out from past damage. They took their time to consult me and over the last few months Amy and Erin have transformed my hair. My hair not only has beautiful extensions that match my natural hair but I’ve had so much hair growth and thickness over the last couple months. They are very accommodating. The costumer service, products, and end results have all been amazing.

If your budget allows, I highly recommend this salon. I have been a regular customer for over 2 years. Amie (the owner) is amazing at what she does and runs a luxury service experience from start to finish. The IBE technique they use is the Rolls-Royce of extensions. They are very neat and professional in their extension installation. The salon is clean, tidy, and beautiful. The stylists are friendly and up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques; they take their time and always start by listening to your wants and voicing them back to you to make sure you are on the same page. Lots of extras like drinks, scalp massage, styling. No detail is left unattended.

Megan has been very accommodating to change requests and has offered lots of tips for the hair extensions to maintain their quality. It can be expensive, but worth the investment. 10/10- my hair came out better than expected. I’m obsessed with my extension. The staff feels like family. I drive an hour to get my hair done here. Overall if you want extensions that are celebrity worthy this is the only place in KY I’d recommend. They made sure all of my questions were answered via preappointment consult and have answered all of the questions I’ve have. Also buy their Orbie products too - they smell amazing & make the extensions look fabulous!

Ericka Dick has been my stylist at this lovely salon for 6 months. She had done a fabulous job perfecting the color and cut of my hair. She’s very patient with my ever changing requests to perfect my long layers as well as tweak and evolve my color. She’s also fantastic at demonstrating new styling techniques and products from my favorite Kevin Murphy product line, which is the mainstay at this salon. I’ve found the service from appointment scheduling , confirmation, greeting, and check-out to always be friendly, courteous, and professional. The salon is very current and comfortable in its decor, and I appreciate the high standards of cleanliness, disinfection, and safety that are clearly seen and demonstrated by all stylists and staff. Ample parking is also easily accessible in their designated adjacent lot. I highly recommend Erika Dick if you’re looking for a fantastic hair stylist at a beautiful and professional salon.

Rachel is my favorite stylist! I've even followed her from place to place! I'm so happy she landed at Emma Justine. I love the salon. It's a gorgeous renovated building and a real treat to visit. The staff is super friendly and professional. Rachel always does exactly what I ask her to do and I've never been shocked with the outcome like I have been with other stylist. She treats me like an old friend and I always enjoy my time at the salon. I can make my appointments during the work day and not worry about being late back to work because she's always on time and doesn't keep me waiting. Using the Vagaro app is easy to make appointments (since I tend to think about getting my hair done late at night and after hours). I highly recommend the salon but especially Rachel. Absolutely the best with a fantastic atmosphere! Every time I visit Louisville KY I make sure to book my appointment. Erin outdid herself in every aspect! Just watching how attentive she was to every detail made my experience at Emma Justine exceptional. Erin through some gorgeous curls in after my Balayage and cut was complete. I decided to come back the next day to buy the long barrel Bio Ionic curling iron (although I am not curl savvy). While I was indulging in all of the Kevin.Murphy product she gave me a tutorial on how to get a good curl with the iron I was purchasing.

So I have never had full luscious eyebrows. Once I hit menopause, They started to thin and thin and thin some more. After 15 years of filling them in with eyeliner pencil, I realized I started to look like one of those older ladies who draw their eyebrows on every day (gross!). I researched microblading and it sounded pretty safe, so I thought I would give it a try. I had heard good things about Emma Justine Hair Lounge and Spa so I called to find out how experienced they were at microblading. Eleonora’s credentials and experience were top notch, so I felt I could trust her. I am now 10 days post procedure, and I am totally thrilled! All the little crusties have healed and fallen off to expose a beautiful natural lovely shaped eyebrow underneath! I will go back for a free second treatment at one month to fill in any areas that did not take the pigment perfectly. Eleonora is not only experienced, but she is gentle and kind and very precise. I felt very relaxed the whole time and my only regret is that I waited so long to have this done! If I could rate Emma Justine and Eleonora 100 stars, I would! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My microdermabrasion, dermaplaning and eye brow tint was an excellent experience. As a 47 year old, it is important that I keep my skin healthy and microdermabrasion is a non-invasive way to keep your skin bright and improve fine lines. My face is super moisturized since Eleonora removed all of the dead skin cells and it is super smooth because of the dermaplaning! The products used were lux, the room was beautifully decorated and the atmosphere was warm and super relaxing. The facial also included extractions and an arm, hand and neck massage. I literally fell asleep when she was tinting my brows! Eleonora knows her stuff, she is intuitive to your needs and wonderful with her hands, a true expert in her field. She asked if I needed products but didn't try to "sell" me on the products used, a real plus for me since a hard sales tactic can really ruin a spa experience. I am coming back, again and again! I even made an appointment for my 16 year old son. Eleonora is experienced and can guide him in better skin care while helping him with his current breakout. Kudos to Emma Justine for providing excellent service in a beautiful way.

I had some concern with it being too blonde and thick underneath but Rachel was happy to darken it and thin it. I have been going to this salon for several years and it is not only beautiful but wonderfully run and has the best hairstylists ever! I have moved around a lot and have had my hair done in Nashville, Austin, LA etc and still Emma Justine's blows them out of the water. This is by far my best extensions and color. My stylist Kourtney is absolutely amazing with my blonde color that I am VERY picky about. She gets the perfect shade and tone every time. She is also incredible at extensions and people rarely know I even have them. I recommend her over and over again!! A full highlight and extensions can be pricey but I promise you get what you pay for when true experts do you hair.

I had an organic facial with Ella. It was amazing. This was my first facial but I have to say I am ready to rebook. My skin was so soft and glowing after. I didn’t wear makeup for two days following the service. Ella gave me some samples of organic products to try and I have enjoyed them. The salon itself is gorgeous. She's using only natural and organic product in her practice. After her facial it feels like you are 5 years younger! Oh... and that massage that makes your skin firm! Emma Justine is a beautiful salon nestled in old Middletown. I was greeted at the door with several smiling faces and was made to feel at home immediately. Kennedy was my stylist and I highly recommend her. I was a little nervous doing the "big chop" but Kennedy put my mind at ease and I love my hair (so does everyone else 👍)! I had been going to the same stylist for 10 years. After she left the industry earlier this year, it was clear that I'd need to find a new salon - right away. I live and work in Middletown and I take the same route daily. I kept driving by this beautiful new building (still was under construction on the inside). I would say to myself that I should give this place a try. I started following them on on social media (Instagram) to get a sneak peek of what they do. Little did I know that they actually are famous for their gorgeous hair extensions. So much so that an MTV "star" drives to visit them for her hair. So, I scheduled my first visit. I had no idea who I was choosing or how I'd like the experience. I can honestly say THEY DIDN'T DISAPPOINT! This place is amazing. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, engaging and super stylish! I only had one appointment, then, Covid hit. I was so sad that I would have to wait to go back. But, before I could even contact the salon, they reached out to me to book my appointment as soon as they were given the green light to open again. I have been continuing to book my appointments at Emma Justine. Rachel, my stylist, is a VERY talented artist and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. She never cuts corners, talks me thru each service, asks what I like and what I want, and continues to amaze me. This salon is such a wonderful, convenient place to my home and work. I couldn't ask for anything else. I've also started to use them for my brows. Eleanor is so kind, gentle and does a super job! I'm very happy! Emma Justine is also opening a boutique on their second floor. I literally can't wait to check it out and pick up a few pieces of clothing and accessories!
