This was my first time here and I loved it. I really appreciated how Kristi took her time, explained what she was doing and why and also, she didn’t use the tools that take layers off of your natural nails. My nails are beautiful . Also, first time getting threading which totally defined my face and got my eyebrows tinted… awesome job! I will be back before Christmas 🎄

I recently visited 5 elements spa and was so beyond pleased with my service!!! I got a Brazilian and a facial from Rachel Reasor who made sure every step of the way I felt nothing less than royalty. My skin was left so smooth and glowing. I am so thrilled with my results! Highly recommend this salon and Rachel for all your spa needs 😁 can’t wait to be back soon

Mekah and Chris (forgive my spelling) were fantastic! They focused on the areas my partner and I identified as problem areas and gave relaxing and restorative massages. We will be coming back again! The overall atmosphere is sophisticated, yet welcoming and everyone was lovely.

Enjoyed a wonderful girls afternoon getting facials and massages. Services were great and we enjoyed a complimentary mimosa. Booking the appointments was easy and they were able to accomodate on short notice. We'll definitely be back :)

Staff members were friendly, massage was decent. We’re not from the area but wanted to book a last minute couples massage, most places were already booked out except for this location. Store was very clean, have an event that people can do karaoke & play pool. Our massage came with mimosa, CBD oil, hot stone, and foot scrub. If you’re look for a nice, deep tissue massage, this place probably wouldn’t be your first choice. The massage was okay, the pressure was very light in my perspective. They also used the hot stones to massage, where I thought they typically rest the stone down your spine. They did a foot scrub and some kinda of thermo glove thing on my hands after they massaged it. Message wasn’t the best compared the massages I’ve gotten back home in PA.

WOW! 5 Elements is a new business on Bardstown Road, and there is much more than you might imagine if you were to just walk or drive by. Haircuts, hair coloring, waxing, massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, threading, body treatments, and more. Salon and spa treatments are as much about the people providing the service as the services themselves. The people here are friendly and interested in building the relationships needed to be successful. I walked in off the street for a haircut and I got much, much more. I was greeted warmly as I walked in the door and was immediately engaged. After a few questions to make sure we were on the same page, Dalmin got me cleaned up. Everyone was very nice - Dalmin did an outstanding job and was very engaging - and there is so much going on at this salon and spa. There are different areas for different services, and everything is new, and clean, and well done! This is the place to go for just about any pampering needed, for one-on-one care of wedding party or group prom preps. They are still building out with new spaces being prepared for above the salon and spa. With CBD hot oil scalp massages, 5 Elements is staying on the leading edge. Parking is available and it's just a short walk from many of the Bardstown Road restaurants. And when you drop in, take a few extra minutes and get a tour to see what else is going on in the Bardstown Road corridor.

I have been coming to this spa for a few years, brought my sister in for a massage & she fell in love with the spa as well. I highly recommend this salon and spa! I have had my eyebrows done by Anje for over 10 years and have received excellent customer service. Today I received a SPA package with a facial and massage; it was awesome! Anje and her team took great care of me and my babe. The experience was five star and she catered to all my relaxation needs! If you are looking for someone who is professional, a people person and caters to your needs, try this salon. I like that they are still practicing Covid safety measures by using gloves and masks during services. Anje and her team are the best! I am relaxed and ready foe the week!

This spa is simply fabulous! It’s locally owned and the Owners are really nice and accommodating. Angie is very meticulous and keeps the place running in shipshape order. Very efficient, courteous staff, lovely ambience, relaxing massages and Mimosas!! What’s not to like! I’m usually nervous about my facials because of my sensitive skin, but the medical grade facial Angie recommended really brightened up my skin. The couples massage package was a real treat! A must try! I’m definitely going back and recommending this place to all my friends!

My fiancé and I went to 5 elements salon and spa for the first time today for a couples massage and it was amazing! The owners and staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our experience and to make us feel welcomed. The spa itself was immaculate and the staff was taking every approach to ensure the utmost safety. I have been to many spa in town, both local and franchisees, this was by far the best experience I have had! Cannot recommend 5 elements enough! Will for sure be back!

This was the best salon I have ever been to & I have had my fair share of salon visits... I like trying new places for massages but I will stick with 5 elements from here on out. They were so nice and welcoming on top of PROFESSIONAL... my husband and I celebrated Valentines here and Angie (owner) even helped my husband surprise me with my gift. My husband loved his full body massage and my body scrub was wonderful. CLEAN! PROFESSIONAL! RELAXING! What more could you want from a salon? This place is top of the line. Would recommend to anybody.

Let me start by saying they got us in for a couples massage with hardly any notice. The facility was immaculate. Very clean, nice atmosphere. The hostess was extremely nice. We completed some paperwork prior to the massage that outlined our specific requests and any add on services they provided. We both requested deep tissue massages, with one of us requesting a special "sinus massage" as well as facials. Instead we received a "massage" with hot stones. There's was very little pressure and no focus on specific areas requested for deeper massage. While the hot stone rub down felt nice, we were both really excited for the deep tissue that we didn't receive. The facial was great. I felt very relaxed and my face was smooth and soft after. Then the total... wow is all I can say. For two hot stone rubs and two facials (without any extras) was over $400! Experience was nice. Massage was warm. A little upset that we paid an exorbitant amount for sn experience that wasn't as we specifically requested.

i got the bliss body scrub, the eyebrow threading, and the microderm and every person who worked with me was amazing. they were personable and friendly and made sure to ask if i needed a break during the threading (since it does pinch a little). i'll be coming back here anytime i need to relax and i recommend you book an appointment, too :)

I can't recommend this experience enough! My partner and I got a full body CBD massage on Valentine's Day and the service was nothing but impeccable. Angie (may be spelling wrong) was able to sneak us in at the last minute and she did everything she could to make sure our day was special. She also makes a mean mimosa! If you're looking for a great massage in Louisville, 5 Elements is the place to go. We floated out of there!

Called for my first appointment a couple of weeks ago wanting a facial and massage in same appointment. They were totally accommodating which is not the experience I've had with other spas in Louisville. Merchelle gave a wonderful full body deep tissue massage and Terra a wonderful facial. Great salon! I get my eyebrows done by Anju. She listens to how you want your eyebrows done and then starts her magic! I have def been to places that don’t listen and then messed up my eyebrows....don’t risk it! Go to Anju! They also have a lot of other services which is nice so you can make one stop and get many “treat yo self” services taken care of. The salon has a really nice high end ambience as well.
