Got my hair done with Melissa and I am absolutely obsessed. She gave me a hair cut with layers a while back which I am also still loving, but I can confidently say Melissa made me fall back in love with my hair! She transformed my brassy highlights into a beautiful balayage. Not to mention she's super sweet and passionate about making you love your hair. I can't wait to go back again and again!

This was my first time visiting this salon and it was a great experience! The stylist Stephanie is amazing! I absolutely love my haircut and am so happy that she did my hair! She is also super friendly and relatable which makes going to the salon so much better! Her tips were so helpful and were exactly what I needed. Also, I made my appointment via online booking, and when I accidentally paid extra, the salon called me to let me know, which was something I found super nice! I have found my forever salon and Stylest Brittany is my go to girl! I always get asked about my hair color and how I keep my hair the way it is , I have one reason for it Brittany. She has cared for my hair through covid hair loss and brought it back to life. I listen and buy anything she tells me to and it all has worked! She dose not only hair to color your hair and send you on your way she cares about all the steps it takes to have great hair! She will do her own research to help you achieve your hair goals. I have had the perfect blonde balayage to Brunette even some soft highlight around the face . I have the best time when in her chair and I leave feeling great. I never been to this salon but I went for the first time yesterday and got Rubi! I’m a first time mom and my hair kept growing and getting out of control, most days I would leave it matted or I brushed and it would take me 30-45 minutes to brush it out every couple of days. I thought there’d be no hope but to cut it short, but Rubi got my hair exactly how I wanted if not even better! Rubi is very friendly, funny, and sweet. I showed her a couple pictures and the results are better than I had imagined! I went from my hair being one length, completely damaged(from home dying) and fairly long. she gave me tons of tips throughout our appointment and I let her do what she thought would look best and she is a hair magician ! I will be coming back for Rubi when I am ready to do some color and touch up my hair 💜

I went with Melissa Conforti , during the appt she did a consultation with me and really listened to how I wanted my hair, very professional and did amazing work I couldn’t be happier with the way my color and haircut came out. Also referred great hair products for my hair , my hair has never felt so healthy revived. I definitely recommend this salon great atmosphere and highly recommend Melissa very skilled hair stylist.

I had an appointment with Becky, and let me tell you - she's absolutely wonderful. She gave me the best cut and color of my life. Seriously. She listened to me, tweaked what I wasn't initially absolutely thrilled with, and was extremely kind throughout the whole process. It was a wonderful experience, the salon is very clean and comfortable, they use really good quality products, and they genuinely want you to walk out feeling great and loving the results. I will be switching to this salon for as long as I'm in Las Vegas, and Becky is 100% my new favorite stylist!

Loved my hair and my daughters. It was a wonderful experience. Everyone is very friendly but professional. I saw some beautiful hair created while I was there. I had Becky and she was amazing. I love my hair color which she matched perfectly. Love the highlights. Plus just visiting with her was such a pleasure. My daughter had Maddie and she did a beautiful job with her hair. I’ve never seen it look more gorgeous! Can’t wait to go back. I also have never received more compliments.

Jessica Underwood did a phenomenal job on my daughter's hair. My daughter had gone to another stylist for highlights but they turned out looking awful. It was my daughter's 21st birthday and we were going to Vegas to celebrate, but my daughter was so upset with her hair she didn't want to go. My friend who lives in Vegas and is Jessica's client recommended Jessica. She worked magic on my daughter's hair. She looked so beautiful and felt so good. Her birthday was a HUGE success thanks to Jessica. This girl knows hair. I highly recommend her and cannot thank her enough. She is a true asset to this salon and to her clients. Viva Salon was the only hair salon I was able to find with last minute weekend appointments. Becky the hair stylist was super nice and did a great job on my hair. She gave me great advice and also listened to what I asked for. She has that personally that makes you feel comfortable, it felt as if she has always been my stylist but in reality that was my first time. Definitely going back to her!!

My wife and I had our color and cuts severely botched by a "stylist" at Posare Salon in Summerlin. We went to Viva Salon desperately looking for help. We were introduced to Rubi Arista who actually took time out of her day to consult with both of us ahead of our appointments. She asked us many questions regarding the color and cuts we wanted in order to prepare for our appointments. She assured us that she would take all the time necessary to make us totally satisfied with the outcomes. She was upfront with all the pricing and told us that in order to fix the botched hair it may take a few sessions as she would not damage our hair in the process. Even after the first session, there was a drastic improvement in the appearance of our hair with the color and cuts, and also very shiny and healthy looking - never achieved with our prior "stylist"! Rubi is the best stylist that we have ever been to. She is a master in her profession! She treats you with respect and kindness and she makes sure that you are very happy with the results. Rubi should be teaching everyone else! Thank you Rubi for taking excellent care of us and we are so appreciative of you! Rubi understands how important the appearance of your hair is in your life!

I was in such a hurry to fix my hair and Grace was able to work with my schedule on such short notice. The color service may have saved my hair, as it is now back in tip-top shape after being fried by the hot Oklahoma sun all summer! I also loved how responsive she has been through texts - always getting back right away whenever we've needed anything.

My stylist was Rubi she was welcoming and very professional. I'm always scared of the final outcome because I always like something subtle but she delivered just what I wanted. I have not applied color to my hair in almost 3 years but I loved the final outcome. Will be back to see her she is AMAZING with a nice personality!

Just left VIVA Salon a few hours ago. First time customers. It was great that they could take my daughter in for a quick trim on her bangs on such short notice. The place was busy and the staff was friendly enough. The stylist that worked on my daughters’ hair was great! Paid $40 for the trim and blow dry with a $10 tip. It’s a little bit more than what I would have normally paid for, but she did a great job and my daughter was happy with the results. She was quick and efficient and followed the style exactly how we asked. However we had no idea what her name was because she didn’t introduce herself and neither did the front desk. Also, No One in that facility wore a mask. So if your health and safety is a concern then I would consider an alternative, or just keep your mask on the entire time like we did.

After moving away from my long time trusted hair stylist in Seattle I was worried it would take me a long time to find another hair stylist I love and trust. Highly recommend Jade for coloring and cut! The salon is relaxing, clean, and has a group of wonderful women who seem very supportive of each other! 💜

Got my hair done a while ago, first thing you’re greeted with is the front desk girl wearing a LACE mask. Hardly safe at all. Anyways the salon it self looked nice and I saw customers satisfied with their hair. The girl who did my hair did not give me at all what I wanted and rushed the whole process. Maybe because I’m not her usual client? But even styled my hair at the end terribly. She was extremely rough with my hair as well. My head was sore for about a week. $300 for my hair to look bad just dosent seem worth it to me. If you guys have good hairstylist hair please recommend them because Hannah did not Satisfy my needs.

She was also able to recommend some affordable products that will help my color last longer. I’ll definitely be back to see Grace, and the awesome staff at VIVA for my next cut and color.

VIVA Salon is a beautiful beautiful, clean, vibrant atmosphere that first and foremost inspires a culture of making everyone feel welcome and comfortable. I've experienced a number of salons that have an 'uppity' feel to them, or stylists that have attitude, or atmospheres that seems gossipy...but VIVA is the opposite of that. Big smiles, talented stylists and bright, colorful, bustling atmosphere. The owner personally said hi to me, and one of the first things out of her mouth was 'I just want to take care of my stylists and that will reflect towards all customers.' That mentality seems reflected. That being said, the main reason I go to VIVA Salon is for my stylist Hannah Marrujo; she's unbelievably talented, the perfect mix of listening to what I want in a style mixed with adding her own professional touch/opinion. I've followed her social media accounts for awhile, and her cuts, coloring, extensions work, etc, always seems on point. She's also extremely kind, one of those people who will almost undercharge so that she can please the customer. I love my cut and I love the conversations, I won't go to anyone else.

I went to this salon a few months ago for the first time and had an awesome experience. Despite the AC being down and it being the middle of summer, my hair turned out amazing and I really liked my stylist. Fast forward to last week when I called to schedule a second appointment. I called on Monday, 5 separate times, and no one answered the phones at all. I thought little of it and called back on Tuesday. I wanted to book with the same stylist that week, but being that her schedule was full all week, I settled for Tuesday 11/21 (tomorrow). TODAY, less than 24 hours before my scheduled appointment, my stylist texted me to tell me that she was actually going to be out of town for the holiday and would be unable to do my hair; she wasn't sure why the receptionist scheduled me. She assured me that I could reschedule with her after the holiday or she would attempt to see if I could schedule with someone else. Obviously I want my hair done before the holiday - I'm going out of town, so I asked her to see if there was anyone else. No response for 20 minutes with her read receipts on. So I called the salon. The receptionist answered and I politely asked her if she had anything at the same time for tomorrow? She told me "no, we don't, sorry." and hung up. This salon obviously doesn't want my business, so they won't be getting it. I booked at Mosaic Salon instead. They were happy to fit me in.

I was with Kiara. I had about twelve inches of hair to be cut and she did that very well! I had a picture of what I wanted and she achieved it wonderfully, only needing to see the picture three times. It was 40 dollars and worth the money. %100 would recommend!

I went in for a balayage and haircut with long brown hair, and it two sessions I now have a gorgeous gorgeous blonde color melt & an adorable medium length cut. Destiny is super chill & super sweet, her and Jess made sure to do everything they could to make me leave happy in my second session. The first session, I was not entirely in love with my hair and I let them know. This is the first salon I've known to actually take action if you are not 100% pleased, and I admire them so much for that. I've always had horrible experiences in salons so I was shocked to see how ridiculously sweet & how accommodating they were! They're very friendly & I felt comfortable asking questions and what not. I would totally recommend people to go there, they are wizards! Mad thanks to Destiny, and to Jess for the great experience. Glad I can have a place to feel certain I want to come back to. & the prices are great for what they can do (i hope they stay good cause they're very talented!) So stop reading and book an appointment with Destiny! My mind was blown in the finished result.

The best overall salon I've been to in Vegas. A bit pricey (relatively) but I was so happy with the cut, the styling, and the atmosphere that it was worth it. Tony gave me the best cut I've had in years and even gave me styling tips. Lo and behold they worked and I was able to (mostly) recreate the killer blowout at home. Pass if you're on a budget but if you MUST have killer hair then this is the place.

For the coming summer, I wanted to go blonde with my long, processed (dye + highlights) black hair. After many days of researching, I decided on this salon. I was paired with Rubi by the front desk. After consultation, the day of my appointment comes-- and, well, I went in at 9AM. I was out from the salon at ~2:30PM as a BLONDE. I am VERY pleased with my result (honestly I was expecting more of an ash brown in one sitting because how dark my hair was), and also was pleasantly surprised. I will be going back. I highly recommend Rubi!
