I finally found a stylist that listens to what I want and then cuts my hair that way! I've spent outrageous amounts for really bad hair cuts in the last few years and at Great Clips I can count on them knowing what I want and then delivering a great cut! Price is great too! The person that cuts my hair is very pleasant and friendly.

Shallen (Shaolin) not sure how to spell her name, but, she is AWESOME. I keep a skin tight Mohawk and have been to multiple barbers all over, they have ALWAYS fallen short (even the big time/name expensive places.) She has given me the BEST cut and is CONSISTENT. I am 100% committed to her being the ONLY ONE cutting my hair!

Great Clips has cut my for several years now. The quality varies somewhat from stylist to stylist but is usually pretty good. They have cut my son's hair for as long as he's been alive and they have always been very patient with him as he's a toddler and he's still getting used to having his hair cut. I enjoy Great Clips enough that I come back every month for myself and every other month for my son.

Not a frequent visitor here, maybe have been here twice. However, the recent time I went I was blown away by the customer service and level of service we got as well as the good quality of haircuts my sons and I got. They cut my sons and I's hair with no issues. Something else that stuck out was after my son got his haircut finished he changed his mind after 10 mins and had wanted his hair shorter; they happily cut it shorter with no complaints. I definitely recommend this establishment for their great service

I checked in online, I arrived early, willing to wait. Two stylists at the time, they finished with the last customer @ 8:13 however I waited until 8:29 before being helped. A 16 minute wait while they swept, & sanitized combs, etc. While I paid three people came in but the wait time before they came in said a 109 minute wait. I would recommend if you have a limited amount of time before you need to be somewhere else Do Not go here.

This Great Clips locations has super friendly knowledgeable staff. All of their stylists take the time to ask what we want for each of our kids and for myself. The mobile check-in is the way to go and wait times are accurate. Since the pademic started they are following all state and CDC guidelines and practicing safe physical distancing. We continue to be happy with our haircuts!

My daughter and I both got our hair cut. The people there were all really nice, but my haircut was terrible. It ended up incredibly uneven and I had to go home and fix it myself. Unfortunately I didn't notice how uneven it was, until after I got home. My daughter's hair turned out fine. I will go somewhere else, next time.

80% of the time I love my haircut. It's never been a bad cut though. Depends on who you get. Fairly quick as long as there isn't a long wait. Very friendly staff. Would recommend for an inexpensive hair cut.

Nice comfortable chairs that are large enough for a big guy like me and can even tilt back. It was also fun going with a friend. I hadn't been to a movie house and several years because I tend to purchase my own DVDs and watch them at home.

We really like this Great Clips. My only negative observation is the cleanliness. The floors along the walls and under the cashier desk have gotten piled high with hair over the years. Nothing a good vacuum and handwipe wouldn't cure, though.

Fast service, and if your cut is ever not to your liking after you leave, they will fix it without charge. I came here for the first time when I was new in town, and returned after more than a year and had the same hairdresser. She remembered our conversation from just one haircut even after all that time. Very friendly staff.

I'm the guy who hates scheduling haircut appointments. I want a haircut usually at a spur of a moment decision. Some hair cut locations say walk ins welcome, but it's a lie because they can't attend to you for four hours. But this Great Clips location is inexpensive, friendly, accurate, and takes care of me every time.

Funny staff! They always make you laugh. I usually (that's why not 5 stars) had a good haircut. Overall, I usually didn't have to wait long, when I did wait. Although, use their app and put youself on the list...easiest way to be in and out. The staff suggested that many times before I finally did it and made a habit of it.
