**2nd update, after talking to the GM and Store manager they worked with me to make things right, and that is very much appreciated. I would like to thank them for that effort and increased my star rating from 1 to 3** **Update she cussed at me, refused a $7 refund starting rebuking me in the name of Jesus Christ, what is wrong with these people!!!***Absolutely dog awful treatment. Not only did the women cutting hair fight back on what I wanted, immediately threatened me to "roll back" tapes. This hair cut is malicious and I warn everyone to stay far away from here. There are signs talking about "cash payment preferred" I bet that isn't for anything but bad intent. Do not, I mean DO NOT COME HERE TO CUT YOUR HAIR

I don’t get my haircut often, but when I do, I always come here and every time they do a great job! I got a light mullet and the stylist did awesome. Receptionist was very friendly too

Nice, clean salon/barber shop. My first time here. Michael cut my hair. Did a nice job. The appointments can be made online prior. Walk-ins ok. The price is good.

I have been going to the Great Clips in Southridge since they opened. I have always had an amazing experience. All of the girls are friendly and always do a fabulous job on my hair. The only one I had an issue with was Park. She is very unprofessional in how she speaks to customers and the one time she cut my hair, it was a wreck. Megan ( purple hair) has always been a god send. She always knows exactly what I want before I ever say anything. It’s nice to go get my hair cut and have such a friendly face and person to talk too. It’s like cheap therapy lol. Lindsay is also great!! She’s funny and always does an amazing job. I highly suggest this location. Keep up the great work!!!

Hair dresser was nice but didn't do as I ask. Had to ask her what about????? Was told could tease my hair and that might do what I ask for. No that doesn't work. Probably won't go back to that one

I go nowhere but Clips. The customer service is outstanding. I relax and the barbers get busy. I have my favorites but it is because I have been there so long. Everyone is on point at this location. Perfection.

Great Clips is a great place to get a haircut they have very professional staff Quick Service online check in very clean the speed of the cuts are very quick to get you in and out and you can't say enough about the relationships that the staff builds with their clients going in to a Great Clips facility that you frequent regularly is like stopping by to see a bunch of old friends

They sent a generous coupon in the mail.i sure needed a haircut.i had not had one since covidit 19. started ,it was the longest my hair had ever been.my barber was very friendly and good natured about my situation and did an excellent job.you can call ahead to get on the waiting list.when your turn is near they send a sms and you walk in.my problem was I got the message walked down and I was # 7.i never seemed to move up.it's a shame because I had been at Mimi's and up $80.other than that it was a wonderful experience and will go there again.

Working two jobs and never getting a day off, I rarely have time to go get a haircut. The barber I usually go to closes at 5 on the weekdays, which is when I normally get off work, and has very limited hours on weekends. A coworker recommended Great Clips to me, saying you can sign in online and be seen almost immediately after walking into the place, and I was intrigued. I have to say, I'm glad he showed me the ways of Great Clips. Now, all I have to do is register on my phone or work computer, leave work, and they're ready to cut my hair as soon as I walk in the door. They're open until 9 PM, which is a big plus since I sometimes have to work late, and they do great work. Probably the best part is they write down what they do to your hair, so if you like it, next time you come you can just say "Cut it the same as last time." I highly recommend Great Clips!

Great service , very friendly staff, and we always get what looks good on us and are told honest Critiques Overall the places is really kept clean and tidy. My concern is the cleanliness of the combs and electric sheers . I see the combs layed out and set on tables that were just used on previous patrons and the electric shears were not cleaned after being used on someone else. I thought they had to be cleaned after each use . To prevent the spread of lice and other disgusting stuff that may spread to others . I saw no containers on counters with Sterile cleaning solutions My only concern is that

Online check in is a must so you don't have to wait forever. Once you get a haircut they save what you prefer done, so when you go back they have it on record. Would suggest it to everyone!
