While visiting Florida today I received a Brazilian wax with hard wax. She was very kind and very professional. It was a great experience. I’ve been getting Brazilian waxes for years, and she was one of the best. She was just efficient, yet made sure she got every last hair. I would absolutely recommend Brazilian Wax by Rosy to anyone in the Tampa area. I do not live in Florida, but visit Tampa often and will continue to go back to her for all of my Brazilian wax needs!

Roxy’s very professional, does a thorough and quick waxing. She uses a hard wax, which pulls the follicles out as opposed to many places I have been to that use a soft wax, which often just breaks the hair. She was also able to identify some of my skin irritation issues and provided an exfoliating service to help. Best waxing I have had in the Tampa/St Pete area.

Update! Rosy now has a wonderful woman named Sol. I stopped getting my lip waxed because it hurt so much but when she did it it did not hurt AT ALL! I really enjoyed speaking with Sol as well. I cannot say enough good things about Rosy and her salon. Her prices are great, her location is easy to get to, she is very professional, on time, and I had a great results. I've gone to a expensive salon in South Tampa which I will not name and paid almost double and had a terrible experience with lots of ingrown hairs. Rosy knows how to get the right angles and how to protect your skin and take care of it so you don't get them. I will be switching to her stat! If you go to another salon in Tampa, try her and you'll want to switch, promise! I always feel better when I shop local too! :)

I am always satisfied with my services. The issue is I’ve been going to them for 4 months and every time I come in they never remember me. They don’t even recognize my face. And I have to tell them what services I’m getting every time and I get the same services. I feel like they should at the very minimum have a record of my services so I don’t have to say it every time. And can you at least pay enough attention to your customers that you remember their faces? It doesn’t make me feel good that every time I come in you ask have I been here before?

This was the best experience I could have had for a facial and eyebrows. First with the facial, it was so soothing and painless, with vapor and pads to relax your eyes. Unfortunately my first experience was not a good one. I have seen Rosys car advertisement around the neighborhood and was excited to learn her shop was right around the corner. I texted Rosy 3x prior to my appt to alert I was running a few min late and if she could still take me. I walked over and arrived at 1:04pm (appt was 1pm). No one was at the desk or came to the desk but I could hear laughter in the back so I waited. After some time went by I knocked and said hello and no response just more laughter and talking. Finally at 135pm they walked out but said Rosy was not there and they didn't know if she was coming in bcuz she wasn't feeling well. I understand things happen but not a great first impression.

Waxing near Bayshore, the Rosi epilator attended me very friendly, introduced me to the space and explained the wax that was indicated for my black and dry skin type. And he did my whole body waxing. I am so thankful to have found this place! I got a Brazilian Wax and then my lashes done! Both Rosy and Catolina were extremely welcoming and made sure I was comfortable the entire time! A brazilian wax is only $30 your first time and $35 after that.... you can't find a price and great service better than that!! Catolina did an amazing job on my lashes as you can see in the photos. She made sure I knew exactly what she was going to do and how to take care of them after. She took her time to make sure she used the write extensions that would fit my face and eyes! She has the most gentle hand, I could not even feel it the entire time! I highly recommend coming here! They even do facials!!
