I started my laser treatments in May 2021 and so far the results have been great. Underarms went really fast but larger areas take a lot longer (obviously). The results are fantastic though. The staff is also very friendly and I trust them all to do a great job. They always pay attention if there is any redness or something that may cause issues and make very sure to take care of you. I highly recommend to everyone!

She puts me at ease and is so engaging I barely notice the discomfort; before I know it we’re done. She’s very knowledgeable on the entire process (the whys and hows), talks me through everything she does (no surprises!), and not once have I felt embarassed despite the vulnerable nature of our visits. Had my first appointment today at Sioux Falls East and it was wonderful. The whole staff was very friendly and professional. I did have my reservations about this, but they disappeared a few minutes into the session. Noy was GREAT throughout the whole treatment. I paid for services two years ago and have been going every six weeks since then, minus the months I didn't go during 2020. My results are amazing after the last two treatments! I account this greatness to Lynx, (spelling) she is absolutely AMAZING! She has been the only person to take the time needed to do an effective treatment and I am so glad she is part of the staff now. Previously the technician would barely wipe your face with the alcohol swab to remove any left behind debris/makeup, I really think this effected my post treated skin. I would always be in agony after the treatment, and couldn't apply makeup for at least a week. because my face hurt so bad. as well as would get pimples in the areas lasered. Since Lynx has been doing my treatments, my face literally bounces back within an hour and is back to normal by the next day!! I don't know if it is her attention to detail or the fact that I have had so much hair reduction, but I am So above the moon over it!!! Lynx you are incredible, so sweet and you truly care about clients getting great results, and I appreciate you SO MUCH!! All of the new staff is great in fact!! **Just a helpful hint, if you are starting treatments, I find that taking Advil 30 minutes prior as well as applying an ice pack to the area being treated 30 minutes prior (on the way) truly helps!!**

I love it here! I’ve had three different girls do my treatments and are all super sweet and easy to talk to. The rooms are relaxing and comfortable, and they regularly ask about your comfort during the treatment. The treatments themselves don’t hurt as much as you’d expect! I noticed results from my very first treatment at Milan, and I'm amazed I didn't do this sooner! I don't keep track of the last time I shaved any more because it doesn't bother me to skip shaving. I cannot believe how soft my legs are. Overall amazing service. The staff here are amazing too. I bring my phone for each treatment but I always end up having great conversations! I'm well taken care of and everyone is so kind. I love that the team is made up of all women so I feel totally comfortable. My biggest tip is to take ibuprofen for pain within a few hours of your visit - it eases discomfort and can also allow for a more potent treatment.

Tanya is a great practitioner. She is very professional in her job. The results are great I was skeptical at first, now after a year and very little hair regrowth it is great. I used to go get sugar hair removal done every month and it was getting really expensive. In doing the math this was cheaper in the long run and less painful than getting the hair ripped out. They do have a few rules that you need to follow to get good results but they are very simple in nature to do. Do your self a favor and give these fine folks a call to schedule a consultation you won't be disappointed as the mild pain is well worth the results.

Just finished my first treatment at Milan. I was really nervous about the pain as I had read plenty of reviews saying its like a small rubber band snapping against you. I'm happy to say its not so much pain but more like a small sting that lasts for maybe 2 seconds. The staff are super helpful and kind; they will adjust the level of the laser according to your own preference. If you are considering it, just go in and get the free consult!

I can definitely say this has been life changing, I’ve struggled with facial hair since I was 15. Shaving everyday..sometimes twice a day, was something I thought I was going to have to deal with for the rest of my life. I always had to wake up earlier to shower and shave my face so no one would see me before being freshly shaved! I had my very first session in Feb and I’m already so happy that I decided to do this at Milan!! It’s welcoming atmosphere and everyone is friendly. About two weeks after the first session, some hair came off when I gently rubbed! My underarms already look better than they used to. I can see better result on my armpits than my legs, but i think I have less hair on my legs and feel like the hair grow slower! I know it’s not cheap but they have financial plan and it helped me a lot! It’s totally worth paying for!! You will gain more confidence and feel better about yourself :)

I started my treatments over a year ago. I only had the under arm treatment at first. My armpits were dark from shaving. I had constant issues with razor burn and ingrown hairs. The treatments aren't painful. I have a low pain threshold and handle this fine. I would say it is uncomfortable more than anything else. After doing the armpits for awhile. I started to have treatments done on my genital area and now my lower legs. With these treatments I will be hair free. If this is something you're interested in, I recommend keeping on eye on the deals. They are constantly offering 50% off so it's a good idea to catch them during a sale. The receptionists are wonderful and work with me on my hellacious work schedule and the doctors who perform the laser treatment are always attentive. If you feel discomfort they will work at a pace that is right for you. These women are great at what they do. I would recommend this place a hundred times over.

Okay, so the first question on everyone's mind is how much does it hurt? Yeah, it hurts, especially in the first few treatments, but as the hairs get zapped away it gets better! For the areas I got treated, my neck, arms, and back (for the record I'm a red-headed white male), I would liken the pain to being repeatedly snapped with a rubber band. Some areas hurt more than others, namely my freckles and areas where my veins were more pronounced, but in general I found the experience to be very tolerable. The results are astonishing as well! I used to have typical hairy arms, a back that required a trim every couple of weeks, and a neck beard that would make any "manly man" wince at the sight of me after two weeks without a trim. I'm five treatments in and I haven't shaved in a month and my arms only have blond-ish hairs, my back seems to be completely finished, and my neck has an almost completely defined line where I want my beard to be! The staff is amazing--super optimistic and knowledgeable, and treatments pass so fast because the staff has amazing conversational skills! If the treatment hurts too much in places they are attentive and offer to slow down, but for me I'd rather "rip of the band-aid," and my three large areas of my body are done in around forty-five minutes.
