I went in for a first time walk-in eyebrow threading appointment. You have to use the call box and type in 101 to get into the Mosaic Salon building, as Shanti Threading Salon is one of the businesses inside. I had to wait a few minutes as there were a few customers ahead of me. Samjana (Sam) made me feel super comfortable and was very friendly and easy to talk to. She took her time perfecting my eyebrows in just a few minutes. After she finished, I saw that my brows had never looked better! They really complemented my face shape so well. I've been to quite a few eyebrow places in the area and in other states, but she did an even better job than all of them! Hands down, I will definitely continue to come back because I am so impressed. I cannot stop staring at my brows because they look beautiful. Thanks so much, Samjana!

Very happy with my eyebrows. You can just walk in which is great. Also, if you sign up for a membership, you only pay $10 per session which is a steal.

The place is really small but it's enough for what you are getting done, the lady that was working there was good at her work, quick and knew exactly what she was doing (my brows turned out nice); my main issue is that this was my first time doing eyebrow threading and she didn't explain anything to me about the process and I would have felt more comfortable if she did before getting started. The place felt outdated and the bathrooms were dirty; overall I feel like this place needs maintenance.

I tried Shanti out after terrible experiences (plural) elsewhere. I found it super accessible, with great hours and a convenient location. Haven't had any issues with brow threading, though I just ask for a clean-up, and stress to keep it thick/full. Their new location has more natural light and no stairs. Still on Broadway and memberships were transferred .

Been going to Broadway Shanti Threading for over three years now - the staff is always friendly and professional. The quality of the work they do is high! I’ve never had any complaints on any of the services they perform. They care about their clients. Good value for money! Susanna and other staff are friendly and really good at their work - threading/ waxing/ and make up as well.

Fantastic clean and quick. I normally get waxing but I will never go back to it. Threading you can do at any time (no waiting for your mustache to grow back in) and their unlimited threading for $100 for three months is incredible. Susanna made the process comfortable and painless (especially if you are used to waxing). Highly recommend.

I've been going here for threading my eyebrows and upper lip for the last 4 years. They are the only salon in the Seattle area who do that and do it well! There are 4 salons in different neighborhoods of Seattle and it is a family owner business (the owners are Nepali). I've met them on several occasions and always found them to be very nice, helpful and gentle. I would highly recommend going there. They are taking all the necessary precautions during COVID 19!

Great place to get your eyebrows threaded for a good price. There is a $60 option for 6 threading sessions over 6 months. Well worth the price. They do a good job.

I told her before I sat in the chair that I didn't want to go any thinner, my left eyebrow is considerably thinner now and she also shortened it so now I'll have to fill in and elongate (something I don't usually have to do). I purchased a membership (the place is dimly lit so you can't see too well), hopefully I'll get better threaders next time, fingers crossed!

Reasonable prices and very quick. Book appointments if going on a weekend or there could be a 20 minute wait. Very clean and it would make the most sense to become a member.
