Nicole is a phenomenal esthetician. I’ve been waxing since I was in middle school. Whenever I have to find a new service provider it’s always stress inducing. I started seeing Nicole in February when I relocated to Providence. She is extremely thorough, professional, and has a wonderful personality. I got my first wax EVER. I was terrified deep down, but I knew as soon as the hot wax hit my body there was only one way out unless I wanted a patchy kitty. Nicole is one of the sweetest people. Honestly, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I knew I needed to trust her enough to literally rip the hairs out of my most sensitive areas, but at this point I’d trust her with my life. Before I even set foot in her office, I reached out to her on instagram and asked what I needed to do to prepare. Throw away the Dove soap, use and exfoliating net, let it grow out for a couple weeks—done. When I got in she inspected everything and got to work. She helped me relax and instructed when to take deep breaths through it. She reassured me the worst was in the beginning—This is true. She never lied to me and always explained what she was doing before getting to it. Before I knew it, I was laughing and carrying funny, friendly, and even personal conversations with her. She is so charismatic and pleasant it made all of the pain worth it. She has worked so hard to make this process quick and efficient. No B.S.. She recommended me some products before leaving, of course I purchased them because after my first wax I trust her with my life. Do not hesitate. Choose Nicole and Paragon Wax.
