UPDATE: I don't think I could be any happier! When I did my first session, I was completely educated on what to expect, I have 0 complaints. During the treatment, she gauged how I felt the whole time and did whatever possible for the discomfort (I don't have the best pain tolerance and my lip was intense for me). She was so kind and understanding as well as patient to make sure I was comfortable. The process after the treatment happened exactly how she broke it down to me. It felt absolutely amazing not having to feel so self conscious about facial hair for the following weeks after. My experience with another company previously for the same treatment area was nothing like this. My hair never even fell out, I didn't smell the hair or anything, so I knew from the first few seconds of my first session this was going to work! I just had my 2nd session today and I'm just so pleased I only wish I found her sooner! Highly recommend!! I went there today for a consultation and I have nothing but great things to say. The process was explained to me in great detail so I really understood evey step and have the proper expectations. I have gone in the past for laser hair removal to a different place with no consistency or results and it was a waste...I finally decided to try again and I'm super excited to see the outcome!

After a previously terrible experience with laser hair removal at a different business, I decided to give it another try at Associates in Electrology. I have been going here for about three years now. I cannot rave about this business enough. They are detail-oriented, open to feedback, and always put their client's needs first when going through the process. I love this business so much that I continue to drive 1.5 hours there and back for my appointments. They truly make the three hour drive worth it. I am extremely happy with the results and I am not even finished yet. Not to mention how friendly and welcoming the staff is. If you are in the Greater Providence area I highly recommend Associated in Electrology & Advanced Laser Therapy. After a bad experience elsewhere, I assure you this business is worth the time and money.

I am very impressed with the service, cleanliness, quality, professionalism, and most importantly consultation. Initially, I was very reluctant to get the laser done. However, Deb has made the process very efficient and effective with the expertise she offered! My redness was gone within days and hairs started falling off in weeks. You could see 60-80 percent hairs falling out after fourth or fifth treatment. I would definitely recommend laser hair removal service.

I would HIGHLY recommend Associates in Electrology & Advanced Laser Therapy! I just completed my second laser hair removal treatment on my face, and I am extremely pleased! The results were noticeable after my first treatment. I didn't see it right away.... It took three weeks before I could see that the treatment worked! I can, honestly, say that I believe 50% of the hair was gone after my first visit. It's fast and easy! The office is clean, with friendly staff and Debra makes you feel very comfortable. Two thumbs up & 5 stars for sure!!!!

Beyond impressed with all aspects of treatment! The office is VERY clean and frankly, they’re taking more Covid precautions than my PCP so I feel very safe! I had 70-80% hair loss after the first treatment and my husband often remarked on it! No more shaving every day like I used to - now I wait 2-3 days and am excited to finish up all treatments in another year or so and never shave that area again! I’m happy to report that it hurts much less after the first one, too, as Deb said it would be! And I only felt a sunburn feeling after the first treatment, after the second I was fine within the hour! I’m excited to save up for other treatments on other parts of my body - it is so, SO worth it!! Looking forward to returning and I highly recommend this wonderful place!!

Deb is great and so are the receptionists. Deb explained in great detail the results I could expect with laser hair removal, including the importance of duration between my future visits. I’ve had 2 treatments so far on my back, upper arms and neck and I’m very pleased with the results. Deb is very skilled, trained and knowledgeable. The cost may seem expensive at first however her laser is so powerful and ‘state of the art’ that you actually save money by having less visits and still getting maximum long term hair removal. I def recommend this place to anyone that is serious about getting laser hair removal under the supervision of a seasoned train professional like Debbie. I look forward to summer this year without having to worry about waxing

I have had a wonderful experience with Assoc. in Electrology. I have had treatment over the last two years to remove facial hair. Harold and Deb are so kind and thoughtful and they make the whole process go more smoothly. Helen and Judy are wonderful receptionists and make you feel like family when you come into the office. I feel the cost of the treatments are fair and absolutely worth the level of service you receive. I can't believe that I never have to pluck ever again! I cannot recommend them highly enough and will definitely return if I have other hair removal needs.

Highly Recommend! Deb at Associates in Electrology & Advanced Laser Therapy is the best in Rhode Island. They have the newest technology which is very important when you're dealing with hair removal. I have gone somewhere else in the past that didn't have the same new equipment and it was painful. My experience with Deb has been the complete opposite - I look forward to my appointments now and the 30 minute sessions fly by. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Associates in Electrology is the best place to go for laser hair removal. I had an unpleasant experience with another laser provider closing after prepaying for a package and after meeting the team at Associates in Electrology I'm glad they closed and I was able to finish my experience here. They may be a bit more expensive than "package deals" other places offer but you get what you pay for. The service is outstanding, and the technique cutting edge. I highly recommend to anyone. Awesome job ladies!!! I wanted to post again to share that 2 years later Debra and her team are still providing wonderful service! I recently went back and the new technology is amazing! Much less painful. If you haven't yet, definitely give it a try!

I have received five laser hair removal treatments on my face over the past year+ with Deb and I could not rave more about my experience here! As many other women who seek out laser hair removal, I have PCOS and have suffered with extreme unwanted facial hair since puberty ~ I can honestly say having these treatments has changed my life for the better and given me a freedom that I never dreamed was possible! I'm lucky that I am a good candidate for the technology of the laser hair removal (pale skin tone, dark hair) - I cannot comment on the electrology services offered here but from my experience I would have full confidence in Deb & staff to assess your personal situation with great care and expertise. This is the very best electrolysis service you will ever get. Debbie is exceptional at hair removal, and she and her staff treat you like you are a member of the family. They care not only about your satisfaction but take a genuine interest in you as a person. The electrolysis is not painful and is so effective at getting the hair to go away quickly. I can’t say enough good things about this place! I came here months ago for a consultation, booked my first appt, and haven’t looked back since! I started out with electrolysis for my eyebrows, and was incredibly happy with the results. They made sure my eyebrows were shaped perfectly and timed my return appointments appropriately. No maintenance at all in between! Next I branched out into their laser services for my underarms and Brazilian bikini. I truly am amazed by the results. Debbie made sure my treatments were as comfortable as possible by offering a lidocaine cream for purchase. This makes treatment much more comfortable and I'm so glad I got it! My results are amazing, and I barely have any hair left. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for laser or electrolysis. I'm glad I did!

SO Happy I decided to go through with this and even more happier with my experience!! Debra is amazing. She made me feel comfortable during an embarrassing time for me. I was getting really painful ingrown hairs on my bikini line, behind legs, even around my knees leaving awful scars. After years of waxing and plucking, I was so tired of facial hair that I scheduled an appointment with Associates in Electrology and Advanced Laser Therapy. I met with Harold who assessed my situation and determined that laser therapy wasn't appropriate for me. I was nervous about electrology and was certain that i'd have regrowth between appointments that would be unsightly and embarrassing. As it turns out, I had nothing to fear. The regrowth between appointments was minimal at the beginning and quickly became unnoticeable. The treatments are quick, easy and totally affordable especially when compared to the cost of waxing on a regular basis. The staff is friendly, professional and well qualified. I'm so happy with my decision to go forward and my only regret is that I waited so long to try it. I no longer worry about people being too close or bright sunlight. This office is wonderful. I've had laser treatments elsewhere when I moved out of state and there is no comparison. Pain levels were MUCH lower and the treatment was way more effective with Deb. She makes you feel extremely comfortable and is so experienced and efficient - and treatment is very effective. The office is well run and I appreciate their communication with reminders before the appointment. I now drive over an hour to come see Deb because she is the best!!
