Sinentae is the best waxer! I’ve been coming to EWC for almost 6 years Inalways try to book with her when possible! She’s fast, friendly, gentle and gets all the stragglers!

It was an okay experience, the front desk woman Keke was great. However, I came home with both of my back legs still being covered in hair. The length they’re at should have come up easily. The technician made wax strips that were almost the full length of my leg and so they came up slow and inefficiently. They’ve only been waxing for 8 months so I understand that it’s a process to learn, however I don’t feel that I got the proper results or customer service experience from the technician due to difficulty in holding conversation with them. It felt strained and like they didn’t want to talk, I get it.. but it helps me feel more comfortable when I’m laying there without pants on. Unfortunately I will not be returning

I've been coming to European wax center for a few years now and want to shoutout Kat for her amazing professionalism during a stressful situation. She could've handled the situation one way but chose to be incredibly kind and positive when customers were clearly frustrated due to a system error that was not her fault. We ran into an issue with my appointment time but it was handled and dealt with perfectly. I also want to shoutout Amanda for her amazing waxing skills and her friendly attitude. I recently started seeing Amanda and fell in love with the way she did my eyebrows. Thank you both so much for turning what could've been a negative experience, into a positive one :)

I received my first Brazilian from Caitlin T. at the Uptown location and she was amazing. She made me feel really comfortable and the experience went a lot smoother(haha) than I’d expected. She was unable to make our last appointment and I decided to keep my time and wax with someone else, such a difference in experience. I will only wax with Caitlin from now on.

I live in Vancouver and gave that location a couple of tries but was never truly happy with my experience. I decided to try this Portland location and I am so happy I did! My girl Kelsey fixed my eyebrows so easily and made them look flawless. I can’t explain to you how amazed I was with the results. Plus, she’s experienced so when she pulls the wax it does not hurt at all. Definitely always returning to this location and scheduling with Kelsey; it is definitely worth the 35 minute drive!

The best waxing experience ever. Clean, expert service, quick and painless! I have gone to Benmia twice now and she was incredible. She did a thorough job while at the same time it felt like my appointment flew by. Friendly and professional, she made me feel so relaxed that I felt like I was truly at a spa and I even forgot I was getting waxed--No pain, all gain. I would definitely recommend Benmia at European Wax in Uptown Portland!!

I've been seeing Nicolette for over a year now and its about time I leave her a review! I've always had good experiences here, the front desk folks are super sweet and attentive, the facilities are always clean, and Nicolette is a gem. She's detailed, fast, and reasonably painless, plus she's a great human! I oddly look forward to getting all of my hairs ripped out each month just so I can catch up with Nicolette. Since day one she's made me feel super comfortable (even in uncomfortable positions) and she's a great conversationalist which keeps my mind occupied while she works! Honestly everything you could want in an esthetician!

Very friendly receptionist! It was quick and not as bad as I imagined. The only issue was the fact that the floors had leftover wax, some hair and looked dirty. I've been to enough establishments where the rooms need to be as if "you were the 1st one in there" maybe it was too busy to upkeep not sure but it made me second guess their sanitary protocols.

I love this place! There are tons of places in my neighborhood that offer brow waxing for a considerably lower price but I go out of my way and spend almost double to have my brows done here because they are just that good. They take their time to make sure they know exactly what you're looking for and to apply the wax just right. They also make their own wax so it's better on your skin and less painful. I won't go anywhere else since finding them. Bonus: you get a free lip or brow wax on your first visit!

I enjoyed haylee's professional attitude while dealing with an irrate customer. Mary did a great job with my wax and I had very little discomfort. My first time getting a wax was so great, I signed up for the year and purchased a serum Haylee and Mary both recommend. Great job ladies!

Awesome place to visit! Bri and Caitlin really know what there doing, I always leave with a boost of confidence!! And the front desk lady s Danette and Adrienne definitely have the lowdown on those wax passes! Not to mention the promotions keep me stocked up and never paying full price!

I have been going to European Wax Center for the last 6 years and have been to a handful of offices in 2 different states. Nothing can compare to their wax and products. For the past year I have been going to the NW Portland location and what makes the experience even better is my waxer, Lakota. She is the best I have had yet and I have developed such a good relationship with her I won't see anyone else! She is always prompt to bring me back, quick and thorough with my appointments (which is so important in the bikini area!!!) and she remembers everything we talked about the last session and really makes me feel valued. I can't express how grateful I am for her and how much I love EWC! I would definitely recommend going here or at least stopping in to check out their products.

Tara was my waxer, she's super chill and didn't shame me for being a sweaty betty like other waxers in the past lol good convo and highly skilled! (And hello no painful tweezing!) Katie was super sweet and helpful and I opted for the 9 wax package. Don't forget to tip your waxer well, services are a luxury and 20% ain't cutting it! Thank you EWC! 🥰
