My friend recommended this place because I was looking for a really good spa to do a laser treatment after a bad experience somewhere else. She told me to ask for Luisa and she was honestly the best! Best experience I’ve ever had for this treatment. She was very kind and delicate throughout the whole treatment. Her energy is super super amazing. If you end up coming here please ask for LUISA I promise your skin will be thankful and happy!

I been coming for a little more than a year now, and I LOVE my results. The atmosphere and the energy in this facility is amazing. I love coming into an office where the staff already knows you and makes you feel comfortable every step on the way. I can’t not forget to shout out my Tech LUSIA . She never lets me down. Overall great experience. This was my seasons session with Serenity laser spa. I first tried laser approximately 20 years ago and I had a bad experience which made me hesitant in trying it again. The staff at Serenity laser spa was very comforting and reassuring. Sandra in particular, the person that performed the laser was a sweetheart, very profesional and constantly checked in to ensure I was ok. Most certainly recommend this place.

I LOVE this place! Thelma is the best! She helped me reach my hair removal goals by carefully assessing my hair growth and giving tips. She truly cares about you getting the results you want. She even made sure to give settings that suit me and the level I am in. I would definitely recommend her and this laser spa. My laser results have been great! I’m Indian and I have PCOS so I had facial hair and thick body hair. My facial hair completely disappeared. My body hair was light to nothing almost. And I still have two more sessions left from my package and my results have been phenomenal. I suggest getting their packages from them directly because their prices are already very cheap.

Well, well, well today I finally had my laser hair removal after all the negatively that I had with the lady that was working yesterday. I was there this morning met the owner and she was very professional we talked about yesterday's situation and I let here know no hard feelings. I was happy she was the one that gave me the laser treatments. She was so humble made me feel very comfortable and not shy at all as I was getting the (Brazilian) laser hair removal. I'm happy I went back. Sometimes the people that work in these places make it look bad. But very happy that didn't stop me coming back. Can't wait to let to know how everything turns out. I'll give you heads up in a couple of months of my treatments..

I absolutely love this place. Maryory and Stephanie were so great. I did not get a chance to try the other ladies, so these are my 2 go to's. this is actually my first time I tried laser. I was tired of my ingrown hair issues in my bikini area and my friend said why not try laser and see. I had tried wax and I think that that is what made my ingrown hair issue bigger. I had black bumps full of blood and hair. As soon as my first laser treatment I started seeing the change. I already finished my year of treatment and let me tell you I do not regret it I wore a bikini this summer and it has been years that I could not. I was scared at first because I am not a fan of pain but totally worth it. Thank you so much to these ladies. I am sure I will be coming back or sending them more people for other procedures or the same.
