I planned on my first wax for the last couple of weeks and doing the process I have sent multiple questions via email and Ms. Brandi answered each one in less than 24 hours. Ms. Brandi customer service and the way she explained each question I’ve asked was magnificent. Today I went in for the wax with Jari and the place is absolutely cozy and gives me home vibes. Jari was absolutely amazing from the time I entered until the time I left. The explaining of the process, the after care, and daily care she gave was excellent. She throughly did her job and I can’t wait until my next visit with her. I have found myself a wax home that I am proud of.

Wow. The best waxing experience I’ve ever had. Brandi was quick, efficient, and detail oriented. The spa itself is clean and just lovely. I’ve had my share of Brazilians, this was the easiest and least amount of pain..she even sent me home with a wonderful aftercare scrub that smells delicious!!! If you’re looking for a sign to book, this is it!! Amazing, would give her 10 stars!!
