I ONLY get my waxes here, I come here every month just to see my girl Annie. She is the best waxer, and a great communicator. All we do is talk, and laugh she makes the experience painless. Of course the pain still is at an eighth even though I’ve been coming for years, but that’s just my body. Having a waxer like Annie makes you absolutely comfortable. She also tells you the what’s up, if it’s something you need to know about yourself, she will let you know. She’s just a helpful, and sweet person all around, I don’t know what I will do whenever she leaves!

I’ve been seeing Annie for about 5 years now and she is absolutely amazing. When I first started seeing her we tried different techniques to make my waxes less painful and after years she still implement those techniques. Very kind and professional with superb customer service skills. When she was on leave for a couple of months she made sure to refer me to someone that was just as thorough and a great listener as she is. I highly recommend seeing her especially if you’re scared about pain levels when getting waxed and really want someone to listen to your concerns.

Annie was SO wonderful. I’m 17 weeks pregnant, and I haven’t been waxed in 12 weeks because it was incredibly painful after becoming pregnant. Annie made the experience as quick and painless as possible while also giving me tips on keeping ingrown hairs at bay. Annie took great care of me. Appointment at 11:00 and out at 11:24. Full length when I started. She removed armpit, full bikini, and back door completely and painlessly. Not to mention she is a sweetheart and very good at her job. She will distract you with conversation which helps with the process. Amazing experience compared to past waxing jobs I have done in the past.

Have only been once but it was a very positive experience. The sitting area is very well decorated and the whole salon is very clean and well kept. The staff is very polite and the woman who waxed me was quite pleasant. I was a bit hesitant initially because they offer Brazilian waxes for $35 ($5 off for students on Tuesdays and Wednesdays) which seemed very inexpensive, but once I got there I was relieved and impressed. They didn't cut corners anywhere, the place was clean and I left a happy customer.

I have been going here frequently for about a year and a half. They are very friendly and seem extremely clean. I like the consistent ritual in which the cosmetologist prepares and does the waxing. The parking has much to be desired but they can't help that. They had to put rules about no shows or being late because, I think, of the frequency of no shows and cancellations. I would highly recommend them for all your waxing needs. I wish they would wax males so my husband can visit them.

$35 brazillian is a great price!! Not as cheap as doing it at home...if you dare. Different estheticians do things a little different here. Some wax more area but miss a spot, some wax less area and don't miss the missed spot. It makes it had to pick a favorite!! Sam and Anne are my go to people!! I love the friendliness of the staff here and it is always clean when I go and aesthetically pleasing. Love love. They are also on point with appointment times!! Sometimes even taking you a few minutes early.

I'd be lying if I didn't say the Brazilian waxing didn't hurt because it did, but they told me since it was my first time it would. I'm giving it 4 stars because although it was painful, it met a lot to me that the lady was there to comfort me, console me instead of telling me that she understands. With that type of pain "I understand" is one of the last things I wanna hear whole getting hairs ripped from a sensitive area.

I've gone here twice now for a brazilian and it has been the most tolerable experience. Let me mention this was my 1st experience getting a brazilian!! I think it's way more hyped up about pain than what one may really feel..at least for me. My only advice would be to not let your hair grow too long. Fabulous clean spa and awesome staff.
